If I could give a zero I would. My husband went for covid 19 testing for travel and the store representative kept entering his name incorrectly. We had to go through the drive thru 3 times to get it corrected and the results were still sent in the wrong name. The airline would not accept the results. We are still working to get it corrected. They couldn’t do the basic task of entering information correctly, there would be no way I would trust them to fill my medication prescriptions.

Runaway from CVS. My brother went there to get a COVID-19 PCR test before traveling to Canada. They promised that the results will be back within three days max, then on the third day while he is driving to Canada he called minute clinic customer service three times checking for updates about his results and they all said it might come today or may not due to the high volume. The fourth time he called the customer service, an honest lady tried to help him by calling the lab to get an update and called us back, saying we could not find your sample!!! My brother had to get tested somewhere else and wait three more days for the results!Add to all that its been a month, and they still didnt process a refund of 139$!!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. I called to apply a copay card to a script I had sent here and I wanted to confirm it was applicable before driving over and picking it up. The pharmacist refused to take the copay card over the phone?! She said I would have to provide the card in person, which I have never had to do. She was extremely rude and then disconnected the call. I encourage everyone to stay far away from this pharmacy.

Patients and prescribers should steer clear of this Pharmacy. Literally impossible to call in prescriptions here. Left on hold indefinitely. No one ever answered the phone. Had to send my patient to another pharmacy in order to call in prescription.

I love this CVS. I get all of my parents medications sent here and they are very quick at filling them.

This CVS Pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription which nearly costed me my life. I am waiting for this place to go out of business

Literally they took 30 minutes just to print one passport size photo

I went by there today, one of the employees was not wearing a mask, and there were three or four customers without masks as well. You would think a pharmacy would do a better job protecting peoples health. I have filed a health department complaint against this location.

Lady at the drive thru was so impatientit was hard to hear her thru mask and mic, and i had fever and was sick. Instead of being nice she raised her voice why dont u listen to the steps im telling u!!!!

Anywhere you go, you have to wait. It’s a pharmacy store and not a fast food chain. Good service and friendly staff. I was greeted right away and was asked if needed help. It’s better than going to a store where you are seen and not ignored. Thank you!! I hope someone sees this review and acknowledge the staffing at this location.

Never had any trouble at this store but yesterday went to pickup prescription from drive through. Notice that same drive through is used for COVID testing too . It’s not safe for people who don’t have COVID to use same drive through as COVID patients. Want store to reconsider their choice .i might have to change my prescription pickup to other CVS store

Good service. Courteous and friendly staff. Not sure why there are bad reviews. The drive in at times can remain unattended. Only disappointment is the location stopped being a 24/7 acess point.

Korean or Asian lady working @ pharmacy stated we do not have this my medication, however we have it in a milder mg. She did not offer to order the doctors exact pain prescription or call another CVS. I ended going to another CVS on my own and my exact prescription was ordered. She has a no care, no concern attitude with me and the other customers as I waited in line. Where is the good customer service for CVS corporation? 😠

I would rather to go to another CVS next time. I went there to pick up some stuff and this place seems very old and not well organized. I have asked the guy who works there to guide me but he didn’t seem to care saying: “maybe you find it there”. Cashiers are very slow and I would recommend to go to any other cvs in the area but not this one.

I was perfectly served by someone called Teresa, I was talking to her about some detail in my transaction, then suddenly a rude employee called Sandy interrupted the conversation just to show Teresa something on her cell phone!!! when I paid that rude Sandys attention that I was speaking the moment she interrupted my conversation, she said sorry but in a more rude way!!! She needs years of training of the ethics of the customer service and the ethics of apology!

Longest pharmacy wait ever

Both the pharmacy and the front desk are super slow. Every wait is over 20 minutes. Then need a better system.

I only needed to stop by for a quick visit, but I was able to easily find what I needed for a price worth paying. The checkout process was easy and friendly.

I was reluctant to go in there after reading the reviews but decided to take a shot. Just ordered my first prescription fill and they totally messed it up. I was supposed to get 10 pills and I only had 5 in it. When I called them, they asked me to come in you get it changed. Its very much possible that I didnt even get the right medication which is highly dangerous! Stay away from this place, going to switch out my pharmacy after this pick up.

I would not recommend the pharmacy of this CVS. I have always gone to CVS for prescriptions and have not had any issues. My first time using the Chantilly CVS pharmacy will be my last. Two prescriptions were called in from the Doctors office. After waiting the given time, we were rung up. During the check out process, we asked about the second prescription only to be told they failed to see there were two scripts phoned in. We were told to wait an additional 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we returned for the missing prescription. We payed and proceeded on our way home. It wasnt until then did we realize that we were never given our debit card back after paying. So, we will HAVE to return to the pharmacy but only to retrieve the debit card. I understand that we own part of the mistake for not realizing we did not get the card back, but, after the initial issue of the missing meds, AND after reading some of the other reviews, its clear this particular location experiences a good deal of problems.

If i could give this place a NEGATIVE i would, I have been on hold for 30 mins then someone answers and then hangs up. Really either get more staff or dont hang up on people who have been waiting for 30 mins.

Pharmacy, whether inside or drive-thru, is professional and fast!

The handful of times that I’ve tried to use the pharmacy, there is always something messed up. I refuse to use it and travel farther away to go to an excellent CVS. This is the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever visited.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I was given the incorrect medication and after taking it for a month I went to refill it and they said oops we gave you the wrong medicine. Thats it! I absolutely hate this place. Theyve made me wait for forever in the past after saying it will be only 20 min wait and they dont know how to count because my medication was two pills short. Stay away from here!

Very bad service. The people think that they are doing charity for us. Not a single smile face and attitude.

They have one pharmacist working...ONE! They told me 15-20 minutes and it’s been an hour and 15 minutes and I’m still waiting and it’s not even busy.

If I could zero I would too. These incompetent rude distracted smelly foreign women who staff the pharmacy are an embarrassment to any company. Cant call a cell phone, fill within hours of promise or even know the pharmacy hours in which they work. Worst.
