The facility is very clean, the staff are all polite! Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and professional. I had very very bad experiences with other optometrist, trying to up charge for everything, and a lot of them cant even get the prescription right...but Dr. Nguyen kindly went over everything with me, and did not rush. I have finally after 4 years of terrible experiences, have found my Optometrist!! I will not only plan on seeing her every year, but will refer anyone I know to see her! She is awesome

From the time we walked and to seeing the Eye Dr. The process was seamless and even though they were wearing a mask you could tell they where smiling. My fiance took awhile to find glasses but they where very patient and thoughtful. As a diabetic I take alot of time choosing my providers and this was a great choice! As long as we are in Northern Virginia we will come here!

Such an awesome staff. Very COVID clean and I’m slowly easing into my progressive lenses but they are a win so far. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience! The staff were very efficient in the pre-exam and exam. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and patient as I considered my options for glasses and contacts. Prices were reasonable and Sandy was great to work with on my order for contacts. Would definitely recommend this location!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I went in because I needed specialty glasses due to a freak incident, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and then continued to be treated with the best customer service. The sales rep Sandy was very sweet and the manager Sam was very pleasant to deal with. 10/10 will return for any other eye wear needs I have.

I was there over 2 hrs. For contacts and glasses. The insurance specialist couldnt figure out how to apply my coverage because I had two plans and, still ended up paying out of pocket, over $600.00. Its been a month and still dont have any glasses. I was given excuse after excuse as to the delay but, it comes down to the fact that it has been a month! This was my first and last visit to this place. I went there because of the positive reviews. I guess Im the only person whose glasses, frameless, were so difficult to make that it takes that long. I actually received better service and results from Walmart but, I just moved to Fairfax and didnt want ti make the drive back to haymarket. Bad mistake. Lesson learned!

Terrible, horrible, frustrating!!! I would never use this place ever again!!!!While the doctor was amazing and did a wonderful job, the general manager lied, and did not finish my glasses on time as she promised to do, very confidently, with repeated assurances that she will have them ready on time. I’ve explained my situation, especially my limited time, and that I needed them before heading to my work overseas; apparently none of that resonated.During the process of selecting my frames, a kind employee was helping me, whom I asked whether they can finish my order on time, to which the General Manager replied so aggressively that they will be done. Surprised by the abrupt, rude, alarming, and the unnecessary intervention, I wondered if my question was inappropriate or ill-placed; her reply, while visibly red-faced was: “you’re fine.”When expressing disappointment that my order was not ready, shockingly, and sadly, she appeared to me to enjoy and gloat about the fact that her customer was unhappy about not getting the glasses on time. From my perspective, her answers appeared very mechanical, and extremely disingenuous.She blamed it all on the lab, and made claims that she tried, but “they” didn’t listen to her. My simple question was: “then why did you promise to have them ready??!!” She again pointed to the lab.She did not offer any alternatives, like expediting the order over 24 hours, or anything else, instead, she quickly refunded the money.I felt there was an utter lack of professionalism, clear joy in excercising her authorities, as a general manager, marked with her inexplicable smiles of gloat. I felt unappreciated, as a customer, unwelcome, and she appeared to enjoy every minute of it. I have never seen in my entire life such horrible treatment, and I could feel an unbelievable high level of unreasonable vendication. To this moment , I cant understand it.A few idea crossed my mind as reasons for her ill treatment of her customer, may be she hated my name, age, or ethnicity, but I can’t make any such claims because I can’t prove it.Another employee interceded, and tried nicely and politely to vouch for the general manager. But, again, no solution was offered, only a dry sorry for the “inconvenience.” When asked, the other employee said she was only a trainee.Interestingly, they were able to bring half of my order, a pair of lenses, but the general manager claimed they were too large for my frame; again, blaming everything on the lab. Not once did she accept any responsibility for her actions, not once did she appear willing to fix anything; she refunded my money and basically said “good bye.”I can’t believe that the owners of this place would leave their investment, hard labor and financial future, including all fiscal risks they took, and the big corporation’s name, in the hands of a manager, who seemed fixated and more focused on her ego, than completing a simple transaction professionally, with a bit of descent courtesy.
