Stopped in for gas and snacks one evening and was very impressed with how clean it was (outside and in) and the friendly employees. Bonus: the food was better than I’ve ever had at Sheetz.

I stopped by the store on Jun 28th, 21 around 5:30-6:00pm. I had trouble with using my coupon on the app. The store manager_Mr.Jack was super duper nice to help me out, and the 2 girls ( I did not see their name tags) were extremely friendly and helpful as well! Thank you guys!

There was an employee that helped unscrew air calve cap in my tire around 4 today and got tools from his car and I just wanted to say thank you so so much to whoever this was!! Insanely appreciated!!

I order during end of big rush, so the food took about 10 min. but thats not why Im leaving review. I was watching the workers making the food --- then the boss yelled at a girl for throwing away a cheeseburger bun that she make wrong, from accident!! She really yell at her, and I saw the girl starting cry!!!! I feelt so sad! Be nice to employees, especially from accident!!!!!! Lots of pumps so never a line. Smaller seating area inside than usual but it’s usually not crowded.

Believe it or not but these are 2 hot dogs. These workers should be ashamed of themselves. For $12/hour I’d think they could make hot dogs that didn’t look like someone punched them with hate.

Great deals for a convenience store!

I placed an online order around 3:45 a.m. and arrived to the location around 4. Due to long hours from work I passed out in the parking lot in my car. Upon regaining consciousness I went in to apologize and pick up my order around 9 am. The staff (Matt, Andrew and Saira) were very courteous, friendly and extremely understanding that they even offered me coffee and remade my order. I just wanted to give praise and recognition to 3 wonderful individuals for their customer service. Definitely will be visiting here again.

Never had an issue with this location. Love Sheetz for the gas convenience and their wide selection of munchies.A few of their employees could be a bit more cheerful. Sometimes its like walking in a cemetery. A few employees are pleasant, however.Also the floor and bathrooms are somewhat dirty : /

Recently changed their pumps to use chips in cards but they are buggy and only take my card half of the time. Save yourself some time and sanity by just going to the Royal Farms down the road.

Shout out to Andrew! There were long lines today and he smoothly ran 2 registers and the lotto ticket machine. He had a smile for everyone and is clearly an asset to this store. Regardless of the ease kf a credit card payment, Im still impressed!

Highlight: One time my debit card wasnt working, so they gave me free meal.Living in the metro area, its either this location or Manassas if I want Sheetz. I never have to wait long for food and the staff is always so kind and understanding. I only get gas in the evenings, so Ive never experienced the gas pumped during the morning/afternoon rush. Its usually a breeze getting gas.

Whats not to love about Sheetz? Their stores are packed with everything you could possibly need for the road, their gas prices are low, and they are almost always extremely clean. This particular one is very nice as it looks like it is only a few years old.

This is the slowest sheetz i have ever been to! This is the second time ive been there in a week to get a quick lunch. The first time it was about a 10 minute wait. This time i waited for over 20 minutes for a cold turkey sandwich and a small fry which were cold!! I will never go again

The station I go to is very popular and busy; thats because it is so conveniently located on this road. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Besides, the food is excellent!

Ive been to dozens of Sheetz and this is by far the most inconsistent. There were 3 people in front of me with fairly easy orders, I ordered AN ICED COFFEE& waited for 12minutes and politely stated my order to the girl, who did not care whatsoever and just ended up leaving, as I had 10min left to get to work.... so annoying. Ill go back to Starbucks. I can get a coffee in 4min there...

Great experience everytime I go. The guys working the kitchen are usually real cool and friendly. Love the shakes and the mozarella sticks. Its always nice to fill up the tank here and get a snack!

Its Sheets. Its a pretty good one though with solid food service and pretty good staff. Definitely one of the best gas stations around. Make sure to get a sheets card and register it online for 3 cents off every gallon of gas all the time.

I love this place. Usually Sheetz has the cheapest gas in the area. This one doesnt, but I still go there as an excuse to order from their made to order menu. Fried cheese sticks and fried mac and cheese, so good!

This Sheetz is honestly the reason i graduated high school. My best friend and I would arrive here everyday after school for our final two years and just hang out for around 15 minutes while getting food. The staff is sweet and polite, the food takes a minute but always tastes amazing, and their selection is both huge and affordable even for high school students. The gas prices are some of the lowest in the area but the actual Sheetz may be the best thing in South Riding.

Cashier just seemed out of it. I said thank you and she was just like “yeah..” and already looking at the next person. Rude customer service on the phone. She was snappy and had an attitude. Said the Sheetz wasn’t close to the 7-Eleven, but it definitely is.

Just went at midnight on a Sunday and ordered some sandwiches and a latte. Cashier was on the phone and had me waiting forever and I think the chef was her mom or something. The woman had our order wrong and fixed it after struggling with all the machines being off. Was extremely nice and was trying to teach her coworker how to properly make drinks and what not so it was good to see that she was trying. Gave us 3 free donuts! :DBest convenience store around!!

Recently reopened after a major renovation. Nicer layout than before and same awesome staff.

We had to wait a little while for smoothies and the manager gave us coupons for the trouble. Theyre all about customer service at this location. Good folks, good gas stop. We always stop at Sheetz if we have the chance when we are on a road trip.

I hardly go into the store but love the upgrades to the pumps!

Gas is usually on par with other stations in the area but you can get 2 or 3 cents off with a free sheetz card. The food is perfect for curing hangovers or getting something in you mostly quickly. Bathrooms are clean as far aa gas stations go and the staff is usually very nice.

Very often packed. Half working trucks, half commuters and I usually have to wait a long time to fuel up. Everything else about it is great.

So I been a really sheetz fan here lately and they smile every time I come in and I dont mind the waiting because I still get my food I want. Best sheetz ever to me.

Tasty made to order food options, love the Wisconsin Cheddar Bites and Jalapeño Poppers! Overnight staff is always very friendly and helpful, and always hard at work restocking the shelves and coolers.

I have ordered did at this sheetz at least 10 times over the pay 2 years and it always takes 10-15 minutes to get the food prepared. That is way too long. This is appears to be a management issue.

Gas prices are reasonable, food is decent but definitely not as good as Wawa!

Dont expect either fresh coffee, or any coffee, between 4-4:30a. This place used to have their act together, but something changed in the last month.

I went on Saturday afternoon. The wait for food was unreal. 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. There were only 4 other people waiting for food, so I cant IMAGINE why it would take that long. I would have left if I hadnt already paid for the food. When I finally got my sandwich, the employee mumbled sorry for the wait.Also, the store is dirty and dated looking. The floor was disgusting.
