One of the most comfortable IKEA in Istanbul. Outside and underground parking available. Big food court. Only downside, the travelator to the underground doesnt work. Once you repair it youll get 5 star. π£
Γmraniye store was a great experience. The corporate office there aided me with a nice person who spoke English, he walked around with me through all sections to help me with my transition to Istanbul new home. All people working there are lovely and very helpful. I will be their loyal customer always. Thank you again for everything.

The best place for IKEA lovers... very verry big and spacious store to find any kind of IKEA products in one place. Restaurant and kids playground located in the store. Not only there is parking lot next to the store but also delivery service provided by IKEA and you can choose and pick your objects and they will send it to your address.
Online shopping from IKEA in TurkeyWell , IKEA stores are identical in most countries and this store is not different . Shopping online from Turkey was a new experience . Went to IKEA Γmraniye to check all the options and when i decided placed the order online ( Price same store + 10 % delivery fees) . It arrived in two days as they promised , and even received an SMS before one day confirming the devilry time . Overall was an excellent experience.

Ample parking available, the store itself is very spacious with lots of varieties of home ,office ,garden tools etc to choose from.
It really messed up. 05.08.2021 When we went to buy Wardop at 10.30, we got a queue number and started to wait, before there was only one staff member. We waited 35 minutes. When we asked, the staff, whose name was Mahmut, said that he was the only person on the morning shift. And he did not call anyone for help. Meanwhile, a female staff (Sn.Ebru) member came to the computer and we continued to wait. She didnt ask us why we were waiting. Even though we had a queue number, no one asked us anything. She said she did not understand why we were waiting when we asked her why she did not call us even though she had our number, although she was not helpful. He said that he did not understand that we were waiting for half an hour, even though we were just at ten. What kind of a corporate is it... The staff was a disgrace... Our only fault was that as people, we were waiting for a queue number, but at IKEA, I guess that doesnt matter.

IKEA is showing the locals how when a company pays utmost attention to even the simplest details, it is good for business. The whole shopping experience is a pleasant one and that is the icing on the cake.

Not convinced by the advertisement of environmental care for the cardboard products, but its a good approach. Lightweight as well as durable is always appreciated. I also think IKEA should make their showrooms more like a maze, rather than a half marathon. This way customers could be stuck longer inside. Food prices in the canteen are lower than I expected to be honest.

Horrible service. Almost nonexistent English support. I kept trying to get in touch over the duration of a month and they put me on hold. I ordered multiple things that reached piece by piece for weeks. Definitely wont repeat the mistake of buying from here again.

I went with my parents to IKEA to buy furnitures for the apartment, I was worried about the communication but everything goes smoothly, we found Mr.Hakan Γeken I think business department I guess not sure, he speak English fluently and helped us from the beginning to the end. they delivered the cargo and the installation is done. About the furnitures they have too many options and everything you want. and they best thing there is a mall and alot of restaurants its perfect for spending some time over there. About my rating why 3 stars! Because they made 2 mistakes, first they didnt bring the bed when I went to them they said its out of stock! Second they didnt even try to call me and say that.

Many parts of this IKEA store has its benefits. The main reason are the furniture of course, but theres also the kitchen side.The furniture side goes back a long time because weve been visiting IKEA for a long time and bought many stuff. Theyre extremely quality and never encountered such problems. The memes and the thing with assembling parts after buying them is sarcastic but logically the best choice.The kitchen side also goes back a long time because weve been eating stuff from IKEA from a long time as well (especially their meatballs and french fries π).

Its another large and well served branch of IKEA, the only problem is language and IKEA should come up with a solution as many foreigners are moving to Turkey recently and they know IKEA more than any other local brands.

IKEA has cheap and more or less reliable furniture, with a range of designs. However, after spending a very very considerable amount of money furnishing two apartments top to bottom only using ikea furniture, we werent giving much of a discount or benifits which was disappointing considering that other furniture stores in Turkey offer very considerable discounts for newly weds etc.
Great but the taxi stand is so far from the front of the shop and the customer is not allowed to roll the trolly to the taxi stand. Everything if you own car, but not if you care about the Environment and dont have a car.
Im sure that this place is the best when it come to furniture and home stuff...prices are good combined with great quality...dont forget the amazing restaurant inside the store , thats alone is another story...love it
Good place to spend some time with your family if you drop by in the weekday you will have better time as it will not be very crowded however in weekend it is. As for the food it is good I liked it you can buy meat balls by 14tl I think but the drinks are expensive at the same time you can refill as much as you want. The tatlΔ± was not cheap you pay 9 for one cheese cake but second one is half price.The thing in general I do not think IKEA is cheap place it is made in a way you will spend more than you think so before you buy check the Internet or come with a budget.
Online store has major logistics problems. If possible, do not order more than one big piece of furniture. If you are in a rush or tight with schedule, just go to the real store and buy it there.The system does not check in advance whether they have the item in stock and they let you buy it. Then, you wait them to deliver you your order and nothing happens on the day of the delivery.What is worse is that the customer service does not tell you in advance whether there is a problem, or what exactly is the problem, till you call them for the fifth time.At the end, IKEA customer service generously offers you the reimbursement of some 12 Liras paid for a scheduled delivery, while they pocket 10% of your order as shipping costs and make you sit for a week.

Their Ikea style is the same worldwide..If you can have more time for search, Turkish products are more durable which is essential for the functionality.

I visit a lot of IKEAs around the world.. They are same.. Not in a boring way, the are insanely good same! I love it.. I found everything I need in that store! So nice. The price is kind a high now but it is about the exchange rate.. Still we love IKEA!

This IKEA store is well situated within the city centre with lot of parking lots underneath it. Well organized and has standard IKEA quality. The building also hosts a mall.
The store was nice and clean and everything was working as it was supposed to. The restaurant was fine and the food was cheap and tasty but some of the drink refill machines were broken (possibly because it was very crowded) Overall, its your average good IKEA store.

Is a regular IKEA Store like in every country. But the hot Dogs which they sell regular around the world arenβt the same in Turkey at all. They smell and taste really bad. Which ill wouldnβt recommend anybody to buy those. Overall the IKEA itself seems fine.

Generally as good as IKEA in other part of the world. Sometimes very difficult to find the parking. The only thing I dont understand is why the membership is obligatory? They dont sell if you are not member.
One of two IKEA shops in Istanbul, this one is on the Asian side of the city. Ive visited IKEA shops all over the world, and this is exactly like all the others. Thats part of its enchantment, and also what can make these shops so dull, boring and predictable. Some products are obviously cheap, while I found others like pans and lamps relatively expensive. With such a rich quality and a wide offer of furniture in Turkey, I dont get it why people here still come in mass to shop in IKEA. The court food was quite dirty, very few cleaning personnel to clear off trays and clean the tables (in Turkey it is not accustomed to clear your trash yourself).
If you are a foreigner do not buy from this Ikea. I paid for delivery and assembly, I received a message they would be at my house between 9 and 12 they never turned up, when I called customer care it was a machine for English somebody called back hours later and said their system is down they cannot help and today they have still not called back. Rubbish customer service. Very inconvenient I have to return to my home country and have wasted 3 days sitting in the house thinking someone will come to assemble the furniture.
Of course, no need to review a well-known , established manufacturer. However, it worths mentioning that living rooms and couches canβt compete with the local manufacturers. To me, prices are logical in terms of quality and convenience. As for the store location, it is completely and perfectly well located. The food court is very popular though the food is mediocre. The outlet department is nonsense in terms of prices, despite the fact that sometimes one can find good deals there.
Generally ikea are same everywhere, its goods are not cheap as many people think, and a moderate quality.
Even though the communication was somewhat hard, (we didnt speak the same language), the shop assistants were incredibly cooperative and kind :)

It has a great location in between Buyaka mall and Meydan mall, makes it the perfect choice for spending a nice day and evening in a warm entertainment complex.
