I was told that it would be at least 1 hour. He said if I had any errands to run instead of waiting I could go do those errands but make sure to be back in 1 hour. I got back in 1 hour. And then wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before my tire was fixed. So what do you think? I was a little disappointed in how much time I waited. Not to happy with discount tire.

This is the only tire shop Ill go to! Called them up and they had 2 of 4 of the size tires I needed. They called 1 day later to inform me that the ither 2 had arrived ahead of the scheduled time. Went to the store and my 72 C-10 was in and out in 1 hr! :-> Awesome Team, Great work and fast and professional! Definitely get the Roadside Hazard Warranty its worth it!

Thankfully I looked at valve stem covers and 1 was different, they did correct that issue. Couldnt find lock for wheel lock, guy hadnt put back in my truck...that was also corrected

Had a blow out couple miles from this location, showed up right before closing time. The new tire was processed, mounted and installed in less than 15 minutes. Best part was the level of professionalism, that means a lot to a guy who runs a maintenance department and a 20 year UTI alumni.

This was one of my worse nightmare. Tire pressure light came on in my car. These tires are 2 months old. I go back to Discount Tire thinking there maybe a nail in my tire. Not the case; my tires are worn down to the metal. I only go to 2 places for my vehicle...dealer and Discount Tire on Sheldon, for accountability purposes. The new guy tells me you needed to get an alignment to prevent this from happening...I did get an alignment at the location highly recommended by you guys off East Fwy. Now they want to charge me for 2 tires. Not going to happen! We have been going to Discount Tire for over 10+ years and that location for 5+ years. They did help out and cover 1 tire as the manager knew us and know we are regulars.

They did a great job in checking and adjusting the air pressure. One tire had a leak and was unfixable. Couldnt purchase one right now, but they did inform me of my options and were very courteous.

This is my favorite discount tire. Everytime I’ve been they do their best to take care of us. There was one instance with my father a while back where they “lost” his vehicle but they were able to work with him. I’ve never had a problem at this location myself.Always keep your receipts as computers aren’t always reliable. Won’t shop for new tires anywhere else.

For their level of business, they move fast. Good folks, good work.

Ive been here several times for tires, rotate and balance and flat fixes. Pretty quick each time with good customer service. They just take care of you and dont bother you with a bunch of unnecessary stuff. They keep 35 truck tires (E and F) in stock and do great work on the bigger trucks.

I loooove looove discount tire but I pulled up to this location for free air check and waited about 10 minutes before I was even greeted. Julian and Erick were working right on front of me. No one was ahead of me so I called the store and the assistant manager Barrett came out immediately, apologized and serviced me right away.Next time let’s at least a acknowledge our guests guys.Thanks Barrett.

Ive had a flat issue for some time on the same wheel. The guys that helped me were able to identify the issue and showed me all the previous repairs on the wheel and why it kept leaking; there was still a nail in the wheel that couldnt be repaired. They said Id need to replace it. I asked if there was anything I could do to hold me over until Friday and my paycheck. The guys were super sweet and loaned me a used tire. I havent received this type of service anywhere. Super happy! Definitely replacing all my tires here.

3/11/2019 Landon was awesome guy he explained everything very well. His a very caring person to his customers. Im very surprised last visit I wasnt please. You need more guys like him that enjoy there work. So Im taking my time and bringing him breakfast.Now for Alex his very direct his has a fake personality. This is not the first I ran into him. When i came back to inquire about my car. I told him that if my car was ready he said yes. I told why didnt get a text. He had a little attitude and said oh its not working and brush me off.

Took my car in to get 4 new tires Sept 1. I knew my front tires were good so i told the sales person to leave me the two front ones. He did then when I got home I inspected the tires and found a big cut in one. I drove about 14 miles so it impossible for the cut to have been there. Also the cut is a clean straight cut.Update: my issue was taken care of thanks thanks to the manager at discount tire. Going to give it three stars because this should have never happened but the customer service was great.

Was charged $64 more than if I wouldve just paid online and set an appointment to get them done. TPMS (tire pressure sensor) light had come on the day before and he told me that was an extra $64 charge to clear it. So I paid extra for a brand new set of 4 tires and I still have a low tire pressure light on. Yeah, great service. And when I asked about the extra charge for the sensors I was told it wasnt extra. Asking questions gets you arrogance and attitude here. When my car was done, they pull it up front, leave it running with the drivers door wide open and comes inside to talk to me about everything they did,With the time of let me run through this as quickly as possible because I really dont want to speak to you now and so youll leave. This is on Sheldon rd. In Channelview so Im pretty sure the guy who left my car running with the doors open wouldnt do that with his own vehicle. Wont be back to this location. Used to always go here. Now I remember why I quit going here.

I went in today to get some information i have never bought tiers from an actual place not ran by a sweaty hispanic. Anywhoo the guys here were very helpful and informative .you can also do payments on tiers if your approved.

Made an online appt here because the one closer to my house (off the beltway and wallisville) was booked and packed, as they always are. But seeing how this one is like 10 minutes up the road, no big deal. There was like 2 other cars waiting when i go there.
