I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store! I found the staff very welcoming and kind! I am so I glad that this store opened in Chanhassen because there is nothing like it and it is so amazing! I very highly recommend this store if you want a laid back, fun and exciting shopping experience! ♥️

Love the store but not the OVERLY suspicious staff there. I was at the Chanhassen location today and literally set a large bulky sweatshirt on top on my smaller to medium size purse (it was zipped close) while looking at another size. The staff member surprised me with saying “hun did you just put that in your purse” I was absolutely appalled! The sweater couldn’t fit into 2 of my purses let alone one! I simply set the sweater on top of my purse with the intentions of trying it on while looking at another size. Unfortunately this store has super cute things, but I will never ever be back! I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store only to be accused of putting a sweater in my purse that wouldn’t fit in my purse if it was 1/3 the size. No comfortable laid back shopping experience going on here! After showing her the size of my purse and showing her that was absolutely NOT what I was doing she didn’t even apologize. She definitely had to have know she was wrong. Had she apologized I probably would have proceeded to try the sweater on and probably buy it. To bad ☹️
