I had a great all-around experience in this store. The sales person was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor to boot! He checked into various aspects of my plan to ensure I was getting the best deal and made suggestions on how to change it around. In the end I made a small, inexpensive change that resulted in a much better data plan and free HBO Max as well.

Sam was amazing! Went line-by-line with us to figure out the differences between plans, added a phone to our plan, and helped us upgrade an existing phone. Super nice and genuinely kind man. It’s rare to come away from setting up something tech-wise in an amazing mood and we were raving about it all the way home.

Joel did a great job answering all my questions and trying to get service to stop dropping from my phone.. but unfortunately it’s still not dropping. Dennis

This is my go-to store for AT&T assistance. The team members are helpful, professional and go beyond expectations to meet customer needs. I especially like that they take time to help older folks with technology roadblocks. We recently upgraded 4 lines of service with new devices and Daniel was extremely helpful throughout our shopping and purchase decisions. Since phones are part of our daily lives, it is important to have good service and this team provides just that. I like their appointment system and hope everyone realizes that you cant be in a hurry when you are at a phone store. This team is efficient and respects the customer, but they also follow process. So, make your appointment and you wont be disappointed by Chanhassen AT&T.

Daniel is the guy to go to. I purchased a plan at one of the big box stores from At&t employees but. When several issues came up during activation and the quoted plan pricing, I was referred to the AT&T store here in Chanhassen. Daniel was already resolving issue for another customer who ironically was ahead of me at the big box store and also had issues. He solved their problem, then stayed way past closing to take care of mine. Font waste time at the local big box store, go see Daniel at the actual AT&T storeHis years of experience and great customer service are well worth the cost.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful during our visits.

Even though we purchased our iPhones a few years ago and had an issue with an old iPad, Daniel was right there with resolutions to each of our problems and solid answers to every question we had. He was also very conscientious about COVID considerations and keeping surfaces clean.

Austin was just an amazing clerk and definitely knows how to treat costumes with high class respect. I went into AT&T to get some basic assistance and input with my devices. I worked with Austin and he was very polite, professional and intelligent. He helped me get all of my devices set up and working together perfectly! He even demonstrated the benefits of syncing all of my products together and I showed me how an Apple Watch would be of benefit to me! 10/10

The manager at Chanhassen, was extremely efficient and helpful. He had helped us several months ago, when my wife wanted her I-Pad phone date upgraded. He had also checked my LG to see that it was up to date, and working properly. My LG has gotten quite old, and even though I dont use it that much, it used up all our data every month, and we kept having to purchase more. So, after researching it, I went in to see about upgrading my phone, and Austin was extremely helpful in assisting me in accomplishing that. We had to order the phone I wanted, but I am looking forward to going back next week to transfer information and set up my new phone after it arrives. He is extremely good at what he does, and his understanding of the needs of the phones you carry. This is from a physicist who built a computer in his youth, and has continued to work with them to this day!

Have been here twice, once to just get a phone and once to do a whole family upgrade. Both times worked with Demetrius. Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as being very friendly and easy to work with. Could not ask for better customer service. He took his time, answered our many questions, and got us all set up. He really knows his stuff and really works to give you the best experience possible. Highly recommended.

While initially dubious of this location due to its Authorized Retailer sign, having normally only done my business in corporate locations, I can honestly state that the team at this location goes Above and Beyond the norm in assisting its customers! Friendly and Knowledgeable Experts on almost all devices, the reps were kind and full of energy! They answered all my questions without a hint of frustration (I ask a lot of questions haha) and even helped me acquire a cellular Microsoft Surface tablet! I recommend this store highly (5 stars) to anyone out there who wants amazing customer service!

This is the most Friendly and excellent Location to go too!!! The Staff are amazing to work with and everyone there has a personality!! Austin the Manager always makes sure everyone is having a good time, Bri just makes you laugh, Dain (spelling?) is very informative, not with me personally but i saw this when he was working with another customer. Eric did get to work with him personally but it appeared that his customers were enjoying him as well!!!I would advise anyone that has AT&T services to come here and get there questions answered hereYou can tell Austin the Manager takes pride in what he does!!!!will be making this my home store from now on!

Received great attention and service at Chanhassen AT&T. Had been to Eden Prairie location and it appeared that if they couldn’t sell you something, they were not interested in helping you with current technology. Tyler helped my grandson download games on his iPad - went above and beyond to set us up.

Fantastic customer service! Demetrius one of the managers was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I threw at him. They had my plan and phones all square up within 45 minutes and had direct tv installer within 2 days. A+ service I would recommend!

I recently switched from another carrier to AT&T using this location, it has taken me 3 weeks of numerous phone calls and going back to this dealer to correct the account mix up that the DEALERSHIP was responsible for. This dealership was NOT helpful, they did absolutely nothing to look into the problem which lead to hours on the phone with AT&T. Customer service was not a priority here. Do not recommend at all.

We have been with Verizon for years and needed a change. I was expecting the same old routine and a lack of customer service. Not only am I happy with AT&T, we received such amazing customer service from Austin today! We had a few snafus (couldnt remember passwords, our fault) and things took a little longer than normal but Austin was kind, funny and patient the entire time. I felt that we were valued even before committing to switch service. I have no doubt the other team members there are just as great! Thank you for surpassing my expectations and making the whole process very easy.

This AT&T has some of the most knowledgeable staff Ive ever come across at any cellular location.

Came in to get a phone and another line added to my account for a gift to my son. We had the misfortune of having Austin help us. He kept insisting on us getting a phone we did not want (The iPhone 7) which they did not stock but had to order and send to us. A few days later we got a letter informing us that AT&T could not fulfill and canceled it. We tried to contact Austin (who by the way claimed he was the manager) but he would not return our calls (every time my wife or I either stopped in or called he was not around) and in the end we had to goto the Apple Store to get my son the phone he was waiting for for almost 2 weeks. I found Austin VERY unprofessional and pushy and will never goto that store again. I will travel the extra miles to Eden Prairie or Waconia even though this store is close to me.

Wanted to get new service with my iPhone I had just got. Sales person wanted to sell me everything from direct tv service plan to phone cases. Didn’t talk about my phone plan much, didn’t even make sure it was connected and everything was set up had to do that over the phone when I got home. And thanks for not telling me hbo go wasn’t active for 2 billing cycles.

Tried to set up 3 phones there on a family plan, over 2 days with a combined 7 hours it was finally finished, seems like no one knows what they are doing, also got an HTC Desire Eye, it broke after 1 year and they did not do anything about it.. Switched to Cricket Wireless, way cheaper and same coverage as AT&T, got all 3 lines set up in about 30 mins with no problems, cricket doesnt have any data overages and no taxes, so if the plan comes out to $100 (Mine did) the bill will be $100 flat. I have 3 lines on cricket all smartphones with 3 GB on 2 of them and 8 GB on 1 for only $100, I have had the same coverage, but better overall experience, Also when I run out of data I dont get charged extra, the speeds are just slowed. Hope everyone can benefit from this review,

This is a store franchised to sell AT&T mobile services. The customer service here is awful. The young guy who seemed to be in charge was arrogant and unhelpful. I hope this store is a bad exception and does not represent the service quality of AT&T stores in general. I’ll never go back to that store.After the poor experience at this Chanhassen store, I decided to give another AT&T store a chance. I went to the store in Wayzata. There, I received excellent service from the staff member, Charlie. I got my questions about service programs answered and my phone upgraded to iPhone X, professionally and smoothly. Both the Chanhassen store and the Wayzata store are franchisees. However, I was treated respectfully and courteous in the Wayzata, but rather rudely at the Chanhassen store.

Horrible! I was told by a saleswoman I needed a new phone and none of my data was backed up on icloud and all my information, pictures, everything would be lost. I did not really believe her so I went to the Apple store. They told me I needed a new battery and nothing was wrong with the phone and all my data was backed up on icloud. Either the Chanhassen people are incompetent or they lie. Do not go there.

Austin was so unprofessional. His swearing was out of hand. He was very loud and rowdy and it made me uncomfortable. He kept saying he was the manager, and if he is your manager, I suggest he find another line of work.
