I love Einstein bagles but this location was not good. It was not busy when I went but almost all the tables were dirty and they only had about half the bagels available. At 9 am I dont think they should be sold out of almost every flavor. When we got our food the bagels were cut poorly and there was cream cheese slopped all over it, not just on the inside. The staff was friendly but you could tell they didnt really care about doing a good job.

Ive only been here once, but I noticed a large selection of bagels and coffee. The food is delicious and one of the employees brought me my food and drink while I was sitting at a table. The cashier was okay, but it seemed like she didnt want to be there. Other than that the service was good.

Slowest service ever and they NEVER have any bagels! I mean, what is the point of a bagel shop when you can’t even offer them? I just left and they literally had 4 choices. Won’t be going back. Too bad, it never used to be like this.

Good bagels. Lost one star because of their new order system is confusing. They dont have signs telling you where to order and pickup.

Maybe they were short staffed, but their customer service was apathetic at best. Late morning visit, and they werent prepared with their full menu.

Good Variety, great selection and wonderful bagels (as usual)!

Came in for a quick lunch. Disappointed in the tough bagel and salty shaved lunch meat.
