[Incident date 7/13/19, Time 1:45 pm.]I went to exchange the jeans I had bought a 2-week prior (since I had lost weight and they no longer fit). I had the receipt, but unfortunately they dont accept exchanges.The exact words they used when I explained my situation to them were, Sorry, there is nothing we can do to help you. The young gentleman at the counter told me. If the tags have been removed and the jeans have been washed, we cannot exchange them.In summary, I will not be returning here in the future.

Terrible exchange policy. Be careful what you buy here. There is literally no allowance for an exchange if you’ve worn a garnet. Getting a refund is even harder. Impossible.

It was one of the most horrible experiences that I ever had. Returning policy it sucks, whatever is the salesman told you do not believe them because whenever you try to return it based on what they told you they denied it and they asked for proof of document. Customers are not their first priority. fair quality that will cost an arm and a leg.
