We have had a wonderful experience working with Homes Direct. Our salesman, Matt was recommended to us and he is indeed top notch! Very laid back and helpful during the shopping process and then works hard to keep the ball rolling and truly serve the customer through the process of ordering and having the home delivered. The length of this process for us was longer than we hoped (8 months) but everything cant be perfect. The homes themselves are gorgeous! We were able to customize ours exactly how we wanted it. The pricing is reasonable and transparent. The price they give you when you ask is what the total ends up being. We have worked with Clayton Homes in the past and there were many costs that were added on. None of that at Homes Direct! If you are in the market for a new home we definitely recommend calling Matt Sylvester and checking out their beautiful homes!

BUYER BEWARE: Horrible communication/customer service and they do not care to address issues or resolve them. They also lead you to believe things that are false and you will start to find that out after you sign those papers and give your MONEY deposit which there is no way out after that. After that is crickets, chasing after them and finding out surprises along the way that you should have known from the beginning. So if you want this type of service then this is the right place if not then I suggest going elsewhere. Dont say I didnt warn you!UPDATE: Absolutely nothing has changed!!! No communication/customer service whatsoever from Homes Direct and Champion Homes. Your not only dealing with Homes Direct but Champion Homes as well and they are the same! They both never resolve issues and the house you get is not like the model houses they present as promised not at all. Im still having ongoing issues and they both refuse to assist or resolve. This has been a total nightmare of experience and a full time job. You have to do everything yourself to figure it all out and they do nothing to help like they present they will do. The contractors they have that YOU have to deal with are totally incompetent and dont do things the right way. The experience is basically a bait and switch deal. Its unfortunate you pay so much money and up front that you dont get back and get very poor quality house and service. Again if this is the type of service you want you found the right place. Dont say I didnt warn you again!

We purchased a home from champion. Our sales was Matt. Matt did a wonderful job in guiding us on making the right selection. He was always prompt in answering our emails or phone calls. He is very patient and great to work with.

They seemed, the fellow we talked to, have no interest in talking our money, and seemed to look down upon us, as if we were too low class to be there

Very poor customer service, after I told sales guy I only got approved for 100,000.he started to be very un helpful, the price posted on the website are tight but if sales guy doesnt have time for you or you dont fit his commission budget then he doesnt have a time a day to explain or give good customer service. Buy somewhere else where customer service is better.

My husband and I just purchased our Champion home 2 days ago after several years of working with Matt Sylvester at Homes Direct of Chandler. We looked at the models and floor plans many times and each time decided to wait, but Matt was very patient plus he spent so much time with us talking about details and answering our questions. Matt is very professional and knowledgable and did not pressure us at all while we were deciding. Champion has so many models to choose from and has numerous models on the lot at their factory next to the office so you can see what you are buying. The quality of construction is very obvious watching them being built plus they are very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quality home with a great sales person, see Matt at Homes Direct. He is the best!

Homes direct mismanaged our money and cannot account for thousands of dollars of funds they were responsible for handling. My last email from an employee of their included:Every minute of my day is overspent right now and I hate that I have dozens of calls not even listened to and 423 emails in my inbox that need some attention from me. I have an assistant starting on Monday but I cant get to a fraction of what has been put on my plate. --SalesmanDont expect customer service once they get ahold of your money.

I put my deposit on a home and was told I would be contacted to select my colors I never had a contact my home was never ordered alone I considered was more than I wanted I had to go someplace else to purchase

I purchased the home from Matt Sylvester at his Chandler office (adjacent to the Champion Chandler factory).This was a smooth comfortable transaction. Homes Direct has about 10 fully furnished models adjacent to their offices. It was easy to select colors, options, carpet, tile and everything else. Matt was there to help every step of the way. He assisted my getting the various contractors needed to complete the house. This week he sent a cleaning crew and Champion contractors to complete my punch list items.I could not be happier with the beautiful home, the service Matt gave us and the reasonable price. When we are ready for our next home, it will definitely be a Champion and Matt will be the one who sells it to us.A great reliable dealership with well built and stylish homes with amazing low prices.

Great models that look like, and qualify as stick built homes, excellent prices, and their staff are thoughtful and will guide you through the entire process.

Customer service is bad. They close earlier than their website says and they don’t return your call.

Matt Sylvester is the best, most helpful housing consultant ever. He really took ownership and guided us, the factory and the installers through the process to ensure that all requirements were met and most of all, the customers (us) were thrilled. We loved looking at our new home right after it was done being built. Its beautiful, we cant wait to move in.

The homes are beautiful. So much nicer than others we have seen. Impressed with these. Salespeople were nice didnt pressure me.

Worst experience of our life. Between Pinal County and incompetent contractors that dont care we still are not in our house. They will sure take your money but dont lift a finger to help get the house completed. Take my advise and go somewhere else.

Ive been in sales for over 20 years in my career, and Steve Ladwick is one of the best. Im trying to buy a new home and to find the right Park to be in. All of this from New Jersey, without seeing the home in person, and suggestions about potential lots that could have availability in late 2019. Our house was off the line at the end of April. We still dont live in it as of August 14 because of transportation errors, terrible installation contractors, damage from the crawler, incompetent gas line work from the factory, doors that dont work, and the list goes on, with no end in sight even by the end of August. I could have done this work faster and better by myself with no training. I am beyond dissatisfied with the entire experience.
