I worked for Dean for over six years and received nothing but respect from everyone who worked for the company. He is and has always been an honest and fair man who respects and cares about his employees.

First off if I could leave a half star I would do it or even zero stars. To all machinist/ toolmakers avoid this company at all costs. The owner of this company is not a straight forward honest individual, he will tell you what you want to hear. I was hired and worked 5 weeks then was laid off stating he lost his largest customer and there was no more work and other employees were to follow. I went three days later to get my tools and all employees where still employed. I spoke with the gentlemen just under the owner and he had no clue of loosing the largest customer they do work for. Please be aware of this company.

My husband flew out for an interview, as we were from another state, he was hired. We move to Arizona and my husband worked a total of 6 days and then the owner said there was no work and he was laid off. We were in the process of buying a house and getting settled and they completely ruined that. I would stay clear of this company as they like to hire people to do a job and then lay them off. As a business owner you should know if there is more that a weeks worth of work for the position you are hiring for. Complete waste of time!!!!
