I love this place!! The staff are very helpful and gave us great suggestions! We were also able to watch them make the ice cream rolls which was so fascinating! It’s also nice that you get all the toppings without being additionally charged (price per dessert is $5.99). All the flavors are very kid friendly and the fruity ones are delicious!!! If you are looking for a twist on classic ice cream this is the place to go. I will definitely be back again because this place is just delicious! 👍😋😄

Delicious Thai Rolled Ice Cream place nestled between Pita Jungle and Valle Luna on the lake. Great views of the lake from inside & the patio, where there is a back entrance. You can build your own ice cream bowl with a variety of toppings and mix-ins, or select from a dozen or so premade choices. Would highly recommend the chocolate ice cream with nutella mix-in combination!

This is their second day open and they rock!I had the minion which is mango and peach my friends had dark humor which was brownie and oreo they were delicious! Fun to watch them make the rolls too! They are putting together a super cute back patio too.

Realllllly wanted to love this place. This is a unique, fun concept, and its walking distance for us. Unfortunately, the service seems to be consistently incredibly slow. We waited on a weeknight for over 40 minutes on our first visit. We were waiting outside chatting about it, and another family chimed in to say that was the norm at this place. There were only 3 other small groups there, so imagine when theyre busy!There was also a strange communication issue. 2 or 3 of the ice creams have a similar name (Black Forest, Chocolate Forest, something along those lines), and more than one group we saw was confused about it. When they would call them out as they were ready, people would ask if it was theirs, one they had ordered with a similar name. The employees genuinely didnt seem to know either, so it was a toss up if you were getting your correct order.The ice cream is good, but for the price you pay and the long wait times, it should be out of this world. Bottom line, this is a good novelty option on occasion, but I wouldnt make it a regular spot.

The owner is nice didnt care too much for the rolled ice cream is all. Might have been better if you get a sherbet then a cream based ice cream. It definitely worth a try though! Nice place... would have given 5 stars if the place had an outside sitting area...did see an area but it was not set up so cant tell if they intend to have one or not. They do have a lovely lake view so it would be a shame if they dont use that.

Good ice cream, but if you go on the weekends be prepared to wait 35-45 mins. Need to really hire more than 1 person making the ice cream. Business is too busy to cheap out of hiring 1 more person. Also advise people of the wait before they make their order. Will never come back now so no need to reply to my message. Just fix it.

They sold this place. New place is no where near as good. The I e cream is almost as good, but the staff is super slow (it took 42 Min from placing order to receiving last order). They entirely ignored a family that came in because they needed to make ice cream. They have MORE stations to make ice cream now and take longer. You dont have the build your own as an option anymore. Price went up.Not worth it.--------------------(5 stars) Liquid cool!Pick your ice cream flavor, your add ins, and your toppings. Then watch the magic as liquid becomes flat ice cream that is then rolled up into a cup!Did I mention it is delicious?

Mocha was delicious! Its fun to watch them make it. They have a great little patio out back to sit by the pond and eat your ice cream. The cashier was happy to explain it all to us newbies. Great place!

We were pleasantly surprised by this dessert! We were welcomed with friendly staff and it got better and better. Pick your base, pick your treat and pick 2 toppings. Or you can pick one of 10 standard selections, then your topping. This will satisfy your top 5 as far as desserts go. Make sure you watch the process. It is so cool! Enjoy this spot as much as we did! We will be back!

My daughter loves this place. I like it because the ice cream isnt too sweet and you can get fresh fruit mixed in. My little girl and I get one order, split it between two cups, and enjoy a cool treat on a sunny afternoon. This is a great alternative to the frozen yogurt places.

Im sure the place is good, but my boyfriend and I got there at 1230 today (Sunday) and their hours say they open at 1230. They were not open. We waited until 1245 and I called, they said they are open, yet the doors are still closed. We even walked up and tried to open the door but the workers were just in the back talking.

Went here on a Friday night. Ordered a strawberry Cheesecake rolled ice cream at 8:05pm and didnt get the ice cream until 8:47. It looked like there were only two people running the entire operation, one gentleman was making the ice cream, and a woman was taking the orders, placing the ingredients in the lineup, and then finishing the toppings before handing to customers. The ice cream itself was GREAT, but Im not happy that I had to wait over 40 minutes for it.

This place has totally changed. You no longer get to customize at all. Wait was long. They put our names on our order but then didnt use them so we couldnt tell when they were calling our order. Workers werent very pleasant. Not sure we will be back.Edit: I understand it is hand crafted ice cream. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the fact I can no longer customize ice cream that is made to order, paired with the fact the staff was less than happy to be making said ice cream.

We looked for rolled ice cream after getting out of a dance lesson. We mapped this one and it said closed at 10. We drove 20+ minutes out of our way because it put us getting there at 9:43. We walked in and no one came to the register we just heard a “we’re closed” we stayed at the order counter and a woman came out and said sorry we are closed. We said no your door says 10 and it’s 9:45. She said sorry you can come back tomorrow. I give them a BIG “I roll” and a 👎🏻 if you want to close your store at 9:30 or 9:45 PUT THAT ON YOUR DOOR AND MAPS but don’t put 10 then decide you want to close because you feel like it. There were also 4 people in there still eating. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL !! Don’t go here!!

The Berry Lolla roll was delicious. The kiddos so loved watching the ice cream being prepared and rolled. They were very generous with the toppings. We will definitely be back.

I love this place! Ive been twice and had to get the same flavor it was that good (original, Nutella, graham cracker, with kit Kat on top)! The menu could be displayed better but the employees are really sweet. Make sure you watch them roll! Five stars for the freshest tasting ice cream!

We visited this place tonight for the first time and we love it. The ice cream was very delicious and we loved watching them make it. Also if you exit through the back door you can sit outside and theres a lake. Very nice view and green area for kids to play.

We went in 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve us saying they were closed. I had just watched another couple walk out with ice cream. The woman at th counter told us they close at 9:30pm but a previous response from the owner on a review says 9:45 but their sign says 10..so which one is it??? Feel like they just didnt want to serve us...Not to mention, there were people eating in the restaurant when the woman said they were closed.

Very clean environment, our order was messed up and they did nothing to try to make it better. Out of three items ordered, nothing was done according to menu. Flavor was very bland. People were very nice, pretty location.

What a fun concept for ice cream! Our kids watch ice cream being made right in front of their eyes. Liquid is poured over cold plates and rolled into ice cream within minutes.Great flavor combinations. Our kids love the smores/kit kat combinations where we were more interested in the fruit profiles. Fun environment where you can write your own post-it note and stick it on the wall! Definitely a memorable experience.

I enjoyed the ice cream, but thought it was a bit pricey for what you get.

I didn’t get to try their ice cream because they do not abide by their closing time. When they say they close at 8 but stop serving at 7:30. They should post actual closing times! If you don’t take orders after 6:30 that is your actual closing time. Beware!!

The icecream was delicious and the people were very nice!! I just want to let people know though, this is hand rolled and about the experience and not just a quick stop (especially if theres a group of people in front of you).

Didnt know its apparently normal to have a 45 minute wait for an ice cream (which was also fairly mediocre, especially for the price).At very least they should let people know this long wait situation.

We came Sunday evening they met us at the door to let know they where closing and no longer serving. I told them on line it said open until 9pm and he said no they changed hours. In all fairness at the door it did said 8pm but we still had 20 min until closing!!! Waste of time taking time to drive from West Mesa area. Kids definitely disappointed.

Man I love this place. Its definitely not your traditional ice cream. Think Coldstone but in rolls, ice cream base is lighter though and very delicious. It can be light and creamy if you go with fruit mix-ins... or sweet and decadent with chocolate and candy. They have some combinations already set to choose from or you can create your own. I always go Dirty Berry which is cream base with mixed in strawberries and Graham crackers. Toppings: roasted marshmallows 🍓 and mochi 😋

Good custom made, freshly rolled ice cream. Chocolate sauce is ok, fudge would be better (peanut butter would also be a huge plus). Overall, would recommend.

1. Its beautiful, spacious, and being able to eat outside with a pretty view is great2. The flavors are NOT good. They taste like the great value version of actual ice cream. My pineapple toppings tasted like they were infused with soda or something. I got a minions w/ gummy bears, mango bits few; my friend got a dark humor w/ whipped cream & graham crackers; and my other friend got a cafe something (the #8) w/ strawberries, cotton candy & peanuts. Not one of us liked what we got or what the others got.I honestly just think its because it was thai ice cream because there is another rolled ice cream place in las vegas (where I reside) and the flavors are DELICIOUS as well as the experience. The people are great, theres amazing customer service, and they give more options of flavors and it always is filled with people (during the rush hours I guess).RESPONSE TO OWNER: Lol what?!

Complete disappointment!! We drove 30 mins to try their ice cream rolls and they were closed. The information on the web stated they were open till 10 pm ON LABOR DAY!! Broke my 3 little girls hearts! ...

We waited an hour for our ice cream and when we finally got it the ice cream tasted like frozen milk! I ordered the Nutella party and my ice team was completely white and had not even a trace of Nutella in it. Seriously tasted just like frozen milk and I was beyond disappointed.

Wont be back.When on Saturday an hour in a half before closing and chairs were on tables and not one word was spoken by employees to greet us or ask us if we need help. Only words I heard from them was the total i had to pay.50 min wait with nowhere to sit down (chairs stacked on top of the tables). Only one employee making ice cream while the other one sits at the order desk waiting to not greet anyone who might walk in.The other people in there were saying the same things.Ice cream was ok but not worth the wait or unfriendly environment.

The ice cream is soooooo good and the ice cream rolls are cool!! Love that all the mix in and toppings are included in the price.
