I have been a customer/patient of the Miracle Ear Chandler Office for the past 4 or 5 years. I always received excellent service from the past Specialist! I was disappointed when I found out he was retiring, however, after my first visit with the new Hearing Instrument Specialist, Christina Bourassa, I realized that she brings new ideas and innovated ways to improve my hearing. She and the receptionist, Amanda, go well beyond the call of duty to ensure each visit is successful and Christina always adds more clarity to my devices. This is an exceptional office and I highly recommend Miracle Ear especially with Christina as your Specialist!

Mike has been caring for my hearing problem since 2015. Because my hearing progressively gets worse over time, I walk out hearing better than when I walked into Mikes office. I wish him good luck in Oregon.Walking into the front office Im always greeted with a big smile from Brittney. She is easy to talk to and a good listener.

They are pricey but their audiologist are fabulous the service is great and theyre after purchase service is probably the best of anyone out there

Ive been visiting this center for the past year with my father-in-law, and the staff is outstanding. Brittney is on top of our appointments, has cleaned and repaired broken aids, anticipates what were going to need and always greets us with a smile. Michael does a very thorough examination and fine tunes the results, taking the time to make sure everything is working just right.This is a enjoyable visit... these two clearly like their careers, and it shows in their interest in their patients. I highly recommend this office, and my father-in-law is hearing better than he has in years.

Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Mike obviously knows what he is doing. I had a very positive experience and am impressed with the product I purchased here.

I made a review a year ago, please disregard.Miracle-Ear1900 W Chandler BlvdChandler, Arizona 85224A week or so before Thanksgiving last year I purchased a two year extended warranty for my aids, they sent one in to be repaired. Recently we made a move to another state so I got in touch with the Miracle-Ear here because I need to have my other aid sent in for repair, they contacted the Chandler store to get my warranty info. Britney told her they wouldnt honor it because I moved out of state, the Miracle-Ear lady Im working with now said that doesnt sound right, people move. So then Britney from the Chandler store said well it was only for one year. I paid almost $200 for a two year warranty Britney not a one year. Im a 74 year old living on Social Security it was hard enough for me to justify paying that kind of money for a two year warranty let alone one. And I may be old Britney but my memory is just fine. All they gave me as far as proof of sale was a sals slip which faded so you couldnt read it. I really should have gotten something that spelled out two year warranty, this is what happens when you trust people. Well Britney you won you screwed the old lady, sure that made your day.

We went for a hearing test a few months ago. My GF hearing has been getting bad for while. The place is small but comfortable, its in a shopping enter strip mall. Mike was great and we bought hearing aids that day with care credit. When the hearing aids came in Mike adjusted them and made sure they worked. Thngs have been GREAT! GF has been able to hear and life has been easier for us both. Mike is a laid back friendly guy and has been quite helpful.

We go to the chandler office. Mike is awesome.

2017 My dad is 66 almost 67 and he lives with my family. I have been on him to get hearing aids FOREVER. He used to coach football and his hearing is shot. I am repeating myself constantly and having to yell and Im seriously at my wits end. Well one day he slaps this free hearing test coupon down on the counter and says If you make the appointment and go with me, I will go.And Im like.. do I hear angels singing? Im thrilled. Im ecstatic. Im over the moon! I am like FINALLY THE GODS HAVE ANSWERED MY PRAYERS! I hop right on the phone make the appointment for ASAP so he doesnt change his mind. Customer service is great. Super nice people. We go in, and the office is kind of small, a little industrial, I am thinking okay so maybe this is a new location and things just arent put together yet. Sweet little old lady comes out of the office shes setting up her follow up appointment in two weeks Im thinking Great! Okay dont judge a book by its cover. Everythings going to be cool.Dad gets called back, we talk to the Doc for awhile get a little run down on the testing yada yada then he puts dad in the sound proof box. Which I dont think is very sound proof, like I can hear the beeping going off and dad cant hes like pretty much deaf in the higher octaves aka womens voices aka ME.But heres where things start going down hill.The sound proof box, is this tiny little box on wheels that LOOK like a hearing sound proof box. And I know this because I just took my 4 year old son to get his hearing tested for his IEP around 2 months prior.-The box is under a massive a/c unit that kicks on right about the time the test starts. Of course dad hears THAT. Now he swears up and down thats why he failed the hearing test.-half way through the results the Doc goes I would show you mine but I forgot mine at home. (You sell and prescribe hearing aids, how do you forget yours?!)- he lets dad try on a pair but its just to try on. Like he never turns them on to let dad see what he is hearing (or lack there of) to compare what his hearing is to what it could be.-and the realistic ones that you probably should get is $5k but why on earth would anyone buy something for that much money with out test driving it first? Sure they give you a 60 day money back guarantee but who buys something for that much and hope they get their money back if they dont like it?The only plus out of this was they werent super pushy sellers which wouldve chased my dad away but now Im back at square one but worse because now dad thinks he REALLY doesnt need hearing aids. Hes comvinced it was all a set up to get him to buy something. For the love of Godiva chocolate I am losing my mind.This was about 2-3 months ago and Im just now writing the review because I just got done yelling to my dad the same sentence 5 freaking times.2018 Update. He is 68 and 4 months. He is still convinced this was a sham. My voice is hoarse from shouting. Thanks, Miracle Ear 😐🙄😑😒2020 Update: Dad passed at 69 years old November of 2019 and he remained as deaf as Helen Keller (God rest their souls) miss you Dad, bet you can hear it all now 🖤
