Mary is awesome! First time customer and will definitely go see her again when I get my next lot of silver sorted out. She tests everything right in front of you and is upfront about what her rates are. She definitely earns her keep and she has some really cool stories. She was very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about silver that you wont find on YouTube. When it was all said and done, she paid me with a check and that was it. All in all 5 stars, worthy of more but five is all they allow.

I envisioned an experience like Pawn Stars: where they ask you what you want for your items and you start high ($) and they start low, then after a lot of back and forth haggling you find some common ground. It was nothing like that! Mary meets with you one on one in very professional office and ensures your items are gold. She then shares with you what the market price of gold is, and exactly what Valley Goldmine can offer you. In less than (35) minutes we walked out with a check in our hand. I am a senior and totally trust my intuitions on judging character. Mary is personable, knowledgeable and HONEST. Lastly, some of my gold rings had gems in them. While I was prepared to part with the gems along with the rings Mary educated me on the gem ($) market and expertly took them off my rings so I could keep them for their sentimental value. We strongly recommend Valley Goldmine.

Five years ago, I walked into Valley Goldmine. ABC investigated undercover on the gold buyers in AZ. The investigation was done on finding the most reputable, honest and the biggest bang for your buck so to speak, stores. Unexpectedly, watching this unfold on TV, I never knew I would need to do this as an emergency. I went in Valley Gold mine with a ring and needed to fly to my mom for she had collapsed while visiting others in Chicago. They gave me $1,000 immediately. I went to valley goldmine in chandler and met with mary...she was awesome..she is extremely professional and explains everything to you..she helps understand the value of your items and what she goes by for prices. I took some gold jewelry in to Biltmore loan in chandler and they offered me 350 for my items... I decided to keep looking around and came across the goldmine website. I went to meet with mary and come to find out she offers way more money. she offered me 520...when doing my own research on the value of my items she gave me close to 75 percent of full value which is by far the most you will get anywhere you go. my experience was great overall. professionals that are friendly and actually care about helping you rather than getting rich off of you. I recommend them to anybody looking. hands down great. I will definitely only do business with them from now on.
