Tom Short did a Fantastic Job at finding me the Mini Excavator that I needed to match my business. He went out of his way to find the BEST DEAL, financed me through John Deere at almost zero % interest, sold me attachments that I needed. Great company and great people. Especially if you consider what we had to deal with before John Deere bought out our Equipment Manufacturer that dealer was not customer oriented. Since John Deere bought out them out you guys have out performed the old deal of said equipment in the first week we dealt with you guys the staff is excellent its always a pleasure to go to RDO the are very accommodating and have a smile and are happy to help couldnt ask for more. Ask anyone who has worked there why its called the Revolving Door Organization. This place is not the place to work at. They bring in interns, promise them the world, and then fire them when they arent performing at master mechanic levels. They bring people in that are new and expect them to learn without any help at all. But thats what you get when you put a truck driver in charge, someone whos experienced at driving something into the ground.

Facility is top notch, with the acquisition of The Wrtgen equipment group John Deere has surpassed CAT. Their grading & paving equipment is 2nd to none. But the service dept is spread thin & the salesman need more of an understanding of what they are selling.

Mike was awesome! We took our son to see the construction equipment and Mike was great to take us for a tour! Thank you and see you again!

John Deere dealer on east side of the valley .Well located.It still got issues on parts..thats normal RDO,since they are dealer for several manufactures.They carry John Deere Yellow(contruction).
