We had a lot of questions the last two days about accessories and purchases and these guys killed it with their knowledge and resources. My husband and I inherited a pair of 2016 BMW G650gs bikes that had been neglected and abused. They went over both bikes thoroughly and fixed all the problems. The bikes now both run great!Even though we are older recreational riders and have somewhat modest bikes, we were treated as valued customers. They took time to listen to our concerns and explained all the work they did.As a long-time motorcycle owner, Ive had my fill of attitude and condescension at other dealerships and shops over the years. None of that BS at this shop! I felt absolutely respected.We have complete confidence in Reparto Veloce and will go to them for all future service. So thankful we found them!

This shop was recommended to me by my son who met the owners at the track events they put on. i had just purchased a new 2019 Yamaha R6 that was all stock. i wanted to have this bike set up for the Track. after talking to Colin about what i wanted to do he was very knowledgeable with this bike and recommended to me a Quick shift with auto Blip. race tune and suspension set up, then a Dyno tune. Gave me a Price and a Date to Drop off the bike and when it would be finished. Oh did i Mention the Graves full Titanium Exaust system and race tune.I picked the bike up when he said it would be done with no surprises.1st Track was the following Sunday . all i can say is WOW. Just had my Yamaha Raider dyno tuned by Colin and am super happy with the results!! I was getting some backfiring & popping on decel after installing aftermarket pipes - and that was with a Power Commander and the fuel map I downloaded from the manufacturers website. And now, after Colin worked his magic on the dyno, creating a custom fuel map for each cylinder, the popping has been eliminated and the bike runs better than ever. Definitely notice a smoother idle and a more consistent, strong pull. And did I mention no more backfiring ;-). The showroom and shop areas are like-new, spotless, and organized - right in line with the quality of their service. Im a very happy customer and highly recommend this shop!! New to the Phoenix area. This place was recommended to me on the Arizona Facebook group. This place and the people working there are nice and informative. I trailered my bike from Reno NV, and it was really dirty. I needed 3 things done. Not only did they do what was needed, they lightly cleaned the bike and tuned my loose throttle and 2 other minor adjustment fixes. They didnt have to do it, but they did. Thats when you know the people really like what theyre doing. This would be my go to if I was to reside here. Great job, great place.

Excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I went in for service work. After they inspected my bike they advised me that I didn’t need to throw money away and that I didn’t need it. That says a lot about their customer service.

By far the best experience I have had dealing with a motorcycle service shop. Jason was the man that helped me the whole time, kept everything honest, and did one hell of a job. I brought in my 2018 Yamaha R6 so they could uninstall my auto-tuner and replace it with a full tune and flash. They also installed block off plates and found and installed a quick shifter with a auto blip. All of the guys at this shop do top notch work very quickly. I am very impressed with how the bike turned out!

Absolutely fantastic service. Took first my own bike in for Tires and chain, and then my Fathers new to him Scrambler for a full 12 point inspection. They were very thorough but also very reasonable about parts and pricing. Excellent service. White glove professional levels.

These guys are beyond amazing. I have been struggling for some time with a low mile 05 600 and it has been nothing but headaches. They never gave up and figured out all its issues (which turned out to be many due to another shop). Went to pick it up the first time and another unknown popped up on my way home, came back and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100%. The bike runs night and day better! They have earned a customer along with many referrals

Not very many shops out here that have high quality racing slicks, swap em out in 15 minutes and replace the 90° valve stems that were failing. Nice, clean showroom, Jason knows what hes talking about, took the time to make sure I understood the critical tire pressures on race day. Appreciate your help, thanks again Man for the information! The folks at AMP Moto Works are all five star! From my very first contact with them I have been impressed by their customer service. I recently purchased a used 2008 BMW K1200GT and had them do the 18k service. Unfortunately it needed more work than I had hoped, but they did everything they could to keep the cost of repairs down. They even took the time to show me the clutch parts and explained what was going on and why it needed to be replaced.

Where to begin....I was referred to Colin at AMP Motoworks by another local bmw mechanic without hesitation, which I liked. The 1st time i walked into AMP, which was only a few weeks ago, I was treated like a longtime valued customer, which I also liked. Most of all, I felt like they took care of my bike as if it were their own. It needed a full service, and I got everything I needed, and nothing I didnt, keeping the cost much more reasonable (by several hundred dollars) than the quote from where I actually bought the bike. Again...i like that! And when they found an issue, they were clear and communicative with me, and they dealt directly with my warranty company...with a phone call it was covered and dealt with! Awesome! 1 week later, nail in my tire. Tires ordered, next day installed...these guys couldnt have been more accommodating and reasonable with there prices! Thx to all the guys at AMP Motoworks!

Major kudos to Reparto Veloce!!! Wish I wouldve found these guys a couple years ago while was dealing with the big box guys up the street. Jason and the guys are about as professional as they come. Called them up to get my BMW R1200GSA serviced/repaired before leaving on a big trip. After a discussion about some premature wear on my cams which was discovered during my last service with the other guys, Jason spoke to me in the simplest of laymans terms about what ACTUALLY needed to be done. His honestly and no b.s. approach was comforting. He also gave me a tour of the shop, which was immaculate!!! In the end they saved me thousands of dollars, got my bike running like a champ, replaced my leaking fork seals, changed the engine oil and threw on a new pair of tires all in short notice and in time for my trip. I HIGHLY recommend Reparto Veloce if youre as picky as I am about maintaining your machine to the degree that I am.

This is an Italian motorcycle dealership, so that tells you they work on high end bikes that require a lot of care and attention. In addition they service the bikes of a local police department which tells you their reputable. Their techs are also track riders so they really know what to look for and what their talking about.I brought them my Japanese sport bike (GSXR) for valve adjustment service and when I got the bike back, it was running better than ever.They made small adjustments to my map for me for a smoother torque curve with no charge. They took excellent care of the bike, I got it back with no unwanted surprises and they even shined her up. Big shout out to Collin!Thanks again guys

Bought my dream bike brand spanking new from these guys and theyve answered whatever questions I have had and been more than helpful when coming to maintenance and warranty work. It may not be a two day turn around but you have to understand that they are a small shop. If you give them time everyone gets done as it should be and from what I hear around the community, they will work with you if you have issues affording repairs or maintenance. Not too many shops will do that. If youre going to look at the (probsbly only one) one star review first, its an outlier. It shouldnt be there.

Hats off to everyone at Reparto Veloce! They took care of my CBR 954 rr as if it was their own. And they understood how long I had looked for that particular bike and it was nearly impossible to find with low miles and mint condition. When I asked for ideas to get the most HP and torque possible they knew exactly what to do! And they did it! Absolutely incredible the gains I got when they were finished!! Especially on torque. On top of that they recommended adding the Quick Shift and again they were right on the money! It’s literally like having a brand new bike - and it’s a Beast! Thank you so much to everyone at Reparto! I am extremely happy with everything they did and will hands down recommend them to anyone looking for true and proven performance upgrades!!!

Just got my bike back after having it dyno tuned and some suspension components installed and tuned. These guys listened and delivered. The powerband is much much broader, the bike runs cooler, and the suspension is more comfortable and controlled. Best service in the valley.

Colin performed a preventative maintenance check after my bike had been sitting for a while. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and explained everything he was going to do. After the maintenance (oil change, chain clean/lube, tighten bolts, etc.) he went over the bike with me and made sure I was satisfied with the work. His prices were very reasonable, and I wont hesitate to recommend him and his shop to any of my riding friends.

The owner Colin is very friendly and knowledge. Fit me in before the move and fast turn around. Did a Dyno on my 2017 victory. I was have having some backfire and slower throttle response w the basic PC V map. Now seems to have better throttle response and no back fire. Drove it home today nice improvement from when I left it. Looking into more engine upgrades in possible future would definitely go back here. I rarely give 5 stars. Thanks Colin :)

I had my 18K service done by these guys and since the bike was already there, I just had to add a performance exhaust system. I chose the Remus header and slip-on exhaust system. These guys did an excellent job on my bike. They completed the job on time and on budget. I highly recommend them for all your BMW service needs.

Jayson down here is a really great guy. I went down to look at a Zero motorcycle and have spoken to him on the phone a few times and am really amazed that somebody so honest and easy to deal with still exists in the world today. As a previous reviewer mentioned this is a small dealership, but I think they have a great variety of interesting motorcycles, a clean show room and a really tidy service shop that seems well staffed. I really hope I get to buy a motorcycle from these guys.

I love this shop. It is really tidy, and the even have their own machine shop in the back. They dont leave the bikes outside all day like some other places. As for the owner, he is a super personable and knowledgeable guy, every experience I have had with him has been straight forward and friendly. It seems they have deals every other week. Definitely a 5 star rating in my book.

AMP has worked on my bike for 3 years. They have taken care of oil changes, tire replacement, battery replacement, and all the diagnostics I have needed. Their customer service is outstanding. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have. They are extremely thorough with their work. I am confident after each visit to AMP that my motorcycle is as safe as it can be. I know that the work done on it is done properly. I have dealt with the service department at several dealerships before I found AMP and I will never seek service anywhere else again. I trust AMP over the BMW dealership hands down. If youre looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and efficient place than bring your bike here. They are the best in the business.

If you want to get it done right the first time?! You are %100 at the right place. First of all. Starting with I dont have the best work schedule at all they worked around it and got my bike in. Second, quality work, Super reasonable pricing. Next, I really appreciate the Communication, they were very Patient and explained every detail to what was going to happen the work on my bike. AMP Moto Works was highly recommended to me by a group of avid riders and friends and now I know why. These guys are top notch! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with and talk with and have reasonable pricing. Never had an issue with them and do very solid work.

This place is fantastic! The owner is very passionate about these bikes. Always willing to help with whatever you need. Theyve helped me on multiple occasions and even stayed late fixing my problems to make sure I got to ride! Also the techs have a lot of experience and background with these special bikes and know them from the ground up. They also do some excellent custom and and fab work. Service quality is unmatched. I highly recommend going by even if it is just to gaze at the bikes or chat with the people that run this place.

Thank you for the timely work and consideration while servicing my BMW K12000R Sport. I have owned a number of BMW motorcycles and this was the first time to experience the sting of costly repairs. The group at A.M.P. Moto Works was sensitive to the cost of the clutch repair and searched diligently for an alternative solution to replacing the entire clutch. In the end I opted for the updated version of the clutch from BMW and the installation was timely and without problems. Thanks for getting my bike back on the rode.

I was referred to Reparto Veloce by a good friend of mine. I am usually one to do my own work as I dont trust many shops with my toys. However, Dyno tuning is something you cant just do in your garage. I left my 2014 ZX10R with them and I am thoroughly pleased with their service. I got my bike back a day earlier than I was quoted, and they even went above and beyond cleaning my chain, sprocket, balanced my tires, and all kinds of other small things I have noticed. These guys are straight shooters and are very educated in what they do. I brought my bike in to reduce the crackle and pops, as well as make adjustments to the A/F. They tuned it to my exact preference and even got an extra 7 HP out of it! Bring your toys here! You will not be disappointed. This is the only shop I will EVER take my bikes to from here on out. I know they provide the utmost attention to doing the work correctly the first time and have offered alternatives options when feasible but keeping the safety as job 1. These guys are great to work with. I originally contacted Jayson, and we went over everything I wanted to do with my motorcycle. He never once tried to upsell me or push me towards a particular product/brand, just legitimately listened to what I wanted done and offered a bunch of different options as well as his experiences which was helpful in making the final decision. I have a lot of respect for the fact that they dont operate like salespeople, trying to pressure you to buy something you dont need/want. Theyre straight forward, bike experts, and they all seemed to take a lot of pride in making sure that my upgrades were done correctly. Colin handled the dyno tuning/ecu flash, which came out perfect. No issues with the gearing/responses, and it felt smooth as soon as I got on the throttle. He gave me a detailed breakdown of what he did, how it affected the bike, and put it in real terms. Great team over there, Im very happy with the results, and it was all done for a very fair price in my opinion. I recommend checking their shop out, they were always very quick to respond to my questions. Ill definitely be coming back in the future when I need more work done.

I love these guys for the great work they do! Just recently i took my bike in for a major service. Fork seals, valve adjustments, n all around tune up. I can report that the bike runs like new after thier services were completed. They pay attention to the details and i could not be more pleased!!!! Big thanks to Colin and Brenden! A great alternative to a BMW motorcycle dealer. So far they’ve done an oil change and waiting to have a new front tire installed. Prices are reasonable.They will be moving soon, look for an updated address in April.

***BEST IN BUSINESS AND SERVICE***If there was a place in the dictionary for Service Above and Beyond Colin and his crew of specialists at AMP Moto Works would most definitely be listed and highlighted. Every year for the past 5 years a group of us Canadians travel to Mesa AZ in the fall and back to Kamloops British Columbia Canada in the spring. I have committed to take my BMW K1300GT to Colin at AMP not just for the convenience of doing so but for the high level of service I receive at every visit. In my opinion there isnt anyone in the industry that cares as much as he does. Perfect example. One of his technicians told me that during one of my services he walked in first thing in the morning to find Colin sitting on the floor beside my bike in determination to fix a leak that in 6 years of owning this bike no one else could figure out or fix. Short story long :) Colin fixed the issue and at a cost that most would say, how could he do that and only charge that?!?!? Thats not the last of it. When I brought my bike in before our trip back to Canada in April of 2017, my bike continually and frequently stalled in the idle position. Every other place I took my bike, including BMW authorized dealerships/service departments, they all informed me that the K1300GTs were famous for this stalling and there was nothing really that could be done without tearing the bike apart at a very high expense. Well Colin and his crew fixed this issue as well and to this day my motorcycle has never run better. For piece of mind and confidence whether you are traveling far or just need a regular service I highly recommend AMP Moto Works, Colin and his crew for anything and everything. They truly do go Above and Beyond and am grateful to have had the opportunity to deal with such an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient group of individuals. Jason and the crew at MV Agusta are all about motorcycles. If you enjoy riding come by here for a visit. They have bikes, accessories, gear, etc. There is always a MotoGP race on the TV, but even better, Jason can hook you up with Desert Road Racing so that you can have your own track experience.

Went into Reparto inquiring about a new RSV4, they answered all my questions and took me on a tour of their shop & I have to say it was one of the most well organized Ive ever seen.

Its truly a rarity to see any sort of business earn near-perfect reviews on Google, but after doing business with them I can easily see why theyre so popular among customers. Theyre simply stellar guys.I came in with an unknown problem that was preventing my 2004 MV Agusta Brutale from starting. Truck and trailer rental for 24 hours was already costing me a fair chunk thanks to the 120 mile drive to the shop, plus I dont get a lot of days off, so I asked if it would be possible to get her in out and out of the shop in a single day (to avoid more rental costs and scheduling problems). They were very accomodating, taking my bike into the shop around 11 a.m. and working on it continuously until almost 7 p.m. so I wouldnt have to wait on it or rent a truck again.Not only were they very knowledgeable and skilled regarding the troubleshooting process (particularly given the rarity of this machine), but they were also patient enough to let me hang around and ask questions and learn about my bike during some of the work. Something that could test the patience of any mechanic. Nobody likes having a customer hover. But they were pretty cool about it.When the exact cause of my issue was located, the plastic component responsible actually snapped in half during removal (due to aging, poor maintenance, wear and tear - not the shops fault). The mechanic went above and beyond trying to obtain a replacement without having to order it and wait for it to come in. There werent any compatible pieces in their inventory or at any of 3 local hardware stores, but that was not a deterrence. Rather than be beaten, they machined an entirely new metal piece to replace the broken plastic one.And after already going above and beyond to meet my needs, they cut me an outrageously good deal on the whole thing.What more could you ask from a business?

They fit me in prior to their move and replaced a rear tire, sprockets, and chain. The work was done quickly, priced fairly, and completed correctly. There is a noticeable difference between the old chain/ sprockets and the new.

Colin is the best! I trust all of my BMWs to his talented hands, and I ride many thousands of miles each year. Colin is a real professional.

Love the guys there. Always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Its the only shop I trust around the area.

I took my Victory Cross Country in to A.M.P. Motoworks .I came from out of town,staying at motel while the work was performed.They installed new Cams,Air Filter,Spark Plugs,Mufflers,Timing Wheel,Throttle ring,Power Commander.Then tuned it on their Dyno.Im pleased with the performance of my Victory motorcycle.Colin kept his promise of prompt quality work.I would recommend this facility to any fellow riders.Colin and his skilled technicians have earned my trust and future business.Thanks guys for taking good care of my Victory.

Waited 2 weeks for a booked appointment, just to wait A WHOLE NOTHER WEEK for Jayson to order parts with asking/telling me, changing the color of my rear shock (not that I couldn’t afford a new one, I just was not ready to replace the shock at the same time as everything else) so we got into a dispute and he didn’t like what I had to say. MV Agusta is motorcycle ART. Jayson changed the look of MY bike without telling me or asking me if that’s what I wanted. I spent over 5k here, and he didn’t want to let me come back because of this dispute which is fine. Customer service is not moving someone’s schedule back an entire week and posting false reply’s to reviews. I had a blown rear shock, that I barley notice, and being I was spending over 2k already, it wasn’t a big worry on my end. Jayson wants to say he did me a favor by replacing it with a used shock that’s a different color? Sorry but that’s not ok with me, my brakes are gold, there’s good accents on my bike, and so fourth. NOT your bike Jayson, you got mad that I was upset about you messing with my bike? That’s your fault. FORGET ALL THE MONEY YOU HAD ME SPEND THAT WASNT NEEDED. I give this bike all the service it asks for, and the only reason I kept coming back is because unfortunately you are the only place that sells MV and can get parts and everything much easier. Trust me I have no problem putting my bike in the hands of people who aren’t going to rip me of. Shop was good when RICHARD was still there. Otherwise, good luck getting robbed. And my bike had 0 damage BTW.

This is a cool little shop off of Warner in Chandler. Met with Jason today to look at some RS Taichi gear. Jason was knowledgeable and super enthusiastic about bikes. Gear selection was unfortunately pretty limited, but theyve got a pretty small space to work in. Ogled some great looking F3s and Brutales. Hoping this place drums up some business so they can grow the space a bit and stock more of the quality products theyre selling.

Great service, very trustworthy! Bring any motorcycle that you have here, they are superb BMW motorcycle mechanics and really any other brand, even though they sell Italian and Zero Electric bikes.

Got some work done by them on my 08 CBR 1000rr. They did everything they said they were gonna do and did a good job doing so. They also worked with budget since i was doing a lot of work with them which i apprecaited as well. I even had a problem with my bike after they worked on it which wasnt related to any work they did but they diagnosed the problem for me for free which saved me 100 bucks. Quality work and good customer service. i would get more work done there and have no problem recommending them to others,

Took my Aprilia Tuono in to AMP for a dyno pull, just wanted to verify my AFR was OK and to get a baseline. Very happy with both Colin and Brenden, they took more time with me than I thought they would for a relatively simple task.You can tell they care, and have passion for what they do. Some shops Ive been in, they seem to spend all their time trying to show me how smart they are - this was not that. Hell, I didnt even get called bro or boss once which is refreshing.I had a great experience and wont hesitate to come back for any service/work/tuning I need.
