Apparently, if youre not a professional landscaping business, this place wants nothing to do with you. When we walked in, two employees were behind the counter on the phones, and did not acknowledge us, even after one of them hung up the phone. I had to raise my voice and say Excuse me, I have some questions. In response, he seemed annoyed...like I was bothering him. 🙄 He gave very curt answers and was very unfriendly. We felt unwelcome and we left. It upset my husband so that he said he doesnt want to give them our business. So now I need to find another place for my numerous landscaping needs.

Amazing how big this company is... and they cant afford s C/B radio in the office or loaders. Coming here as a truck driver is complicated cuz you have to call the office to place an order to get a lightweight on your truck to get off the scale... play brand new CB Radio and antenna can cost you about $50 and believe me it would make the life and work of truck drivers a lot easier if you guys would be prepared now I always ask the guys in the office whats wrong with her CB and they tell me that it just broke little do they know Ive been coming to this Pioneer for years and its always the same issue. But the service is awesome. And they are always have the materials we need...

I gave Pioneer Landscape Five (5) stars, because of the way they do 1)business 2)take care of customers 3)their attitude to find solutions.Coming from California they were recommended to us by our neighbors, who love their way of taking care of customers.Today my wife encountered a minor discrepancy in the color of rock, Chase took care of business and resolved our issues in two (2) minutes. We left Happy and ready to do more business. Kudos my friends👍

Do not buy their artificial grass. See attached picture of the poor quality product they sold. In 6 years their grass looks horrible and has shrunk from the edges.

The picture shows the poor quality of product they sell. I needed a 3-way “sod mix” which is mix is soil, sand, and compost. This is to be something for lawns, but when you have this many dirt clods the size of softballs, it doesn’t spread that well. I have bought from others suppliers in the past and never seen even close to this bad. I guess they know they are one of the few options in the East Valley. I will drive farther next time.

The gentleman that work there are very knowledgeable and all you got to do is show him the granite you need and theyll tell you exactly what it is very professional but Ive been coming to pioneer for over 25 years theyve always been top notch both the commercial and the private sector they fear no homeowner or company

Great prices and good people

Horrible customer experience. Staff is untrained to deal with customers. Been in there three times....last time was this week to look for rock color matching for my backyard. They don’t offer to help or ignore you when they see you seeking help. Currently we are dealing with covid-19 so it would be understandable that they don’t want to get near people but my other two visits were exactly the same. On my second visit we place an order for three different types of rocks. Two of the three were delivered on the day that we agreed upon. The last one “they forgot”. This place could do so much better you just need to proceed with helping out customers. If not you will loose service to other companies. PLEASE improve your customer service. PLEASE.

Fast and cheap

Amazing customer service. We came in with a small bag of rocks to match and thought we had it figured out. Noelle is a rockstar at color matching and showed us how rinsing off the newly-laid model of rocks made a huge difference, and it was a perfect match. I appreciated that she took the time to double check this before we spent the money. There was a gentleman working that was super helpful too but I didn’t catch his name. Thank you for the outstanding customer service today!

Loader guy very rude unprofessional got alot off dirt with our granite and first one there and he loads up 3 trucks before us !!!!

We went looking for someting different for around our trees in the front yard. They had white rock that the birds moved all over the yard. Found many options. Am very happy with the results.

Went to 2 different locations and had great experiences at both. Wanted to do a random pattern and the person behind the counter knew exactly what I needed. I wasnt able to get that from the home improvement stores. Ordered pavers last week and got them today. The driver was super nice and put the 5 pallets right where I need them. The pavers are better quality than the improvement stores and cheaper! Very happy I went with Pioneer!

Shorted me 3lnft of artificial turf. When I took it back all they said was sorry we dont measure it. What about my two hours of drive time and the 4 guys I had to pay for nothing. They were not will to fix the problem or offer any type of discount to correct. Very poor service at this location. If you.hsve to use Pioneer I would recommend another location.

Lack of staff of caring. How can you only have 2 people working in a little trailer and have no one outside to assist your customers. Horrible experience.

Weve order from Pioneer several times, but this time was a mistake on our part. We ordered 5 1/2 tons of 1 rock, and after shoveling 4 tons, the rest was red dirt and maybe 5 more wheelbarrows of rock. We had Pioneer come look at what was left and they told us that there was plenty of rock still in the pile, but wed have to rake it out. We asked them if they could bring a bobcat/frontloader to haul the dirt away and they said they dont do that. Weve raked as much of the gravel we could, but still have a decent pile of dirt. After this, we will be going elsewhere. VERY INFERIOR PRODUCT, however they told us they stand behind their product. Im glad at 64 yrs were still in good shape to do the work.

Noel and Andrew are so amazing, and have always acted professional with a sense of urgency; a very refreshing thing to see these days. My preferred go to Pioneer location for these reasons.

You get what you paid for unlike the low price yards here in Chandler and AJ . I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They also dont do landscaping so you arent buying from your competition. Reminder to the landscapers buying from A.R.S. you are buying from your direct competitor.
