The wait to be helped is ridiculously long. The staff moves like snails. I made the mistake of being patient and forgiving the first time, thinking it was just a busy night for them. Ordered a ring. They never called us to pick it up but when we showed up and asked about it, it had been waiting for us for weeks. We waited in the store almost an hour to find this out. Had to send it out to be resized and again, when picking up, had to wait over an hour. I will not waste my time shopping here ever again, and if you care about your time, you shouldn’t either. It’s ridiculous. I’ve worked a lot of retail and tend to be understanding but there’s no excuse for this.

Couldnt be more disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Brought my rings in 2 separate times and got them back each time with the orders incomplete. I requested one of my gold rings be rhodium plated, they sent it away for 2 weeks to have done, charged me for it yet it was NEVER done. I am now informed thats not something they do??? Huh?? Now of course, not surprising, they wont refund my money unless I make a 3rd trip into their store.If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am leaving this review not because Ive shopped here, because I live all the way in Peoria, but because the Arrowhead location DOES NOT answer there phone, so I called this location and was help by a very friendly customer service rep who even called me back to help resolve my issue the best she could, I wish the Arrowhead store had the same service, thank you again.

Nora made our visit excellent! She was so kind, accommodating, and patient with us. She showed us so many styles and didn’t hesitate when we were unsure of styles for rings. I would highly recommend requesting her.

I took my diamond engagement ring in for the 6 month check. They couldn’t find my husband’s phone number in the system. Asked if the ring was purchased at this location. No it wasn’t. Then they couldn’t find his name in the system. Finally found him in the system. Handed me back my ring, I had to ask if it looked ok. And to top it off .... they didn’t even clean it! If I could give zero stars I would. Won’t be going back to this location. Terrible service!

I am very frustrated after my last trip to Zales. The man that works there (the only one as far as I know) inspected my ring. He didnt say a thing about a missing accent diamond, and when I asked about the center diamond being lose he dismissed me saying it was fine, he didnt even put it back under the microscope to check.Thankfully, I brought it back to have another employee check. She was happy to send it in for replacing the missing diamond, plus she took me seriously and found the center diamond would twist, AND she marked 3 prongs as damaged to be repaired. How did the first guy not get any of that in his inspection? Added 1 star for the woman who helped out, but Im still mad about that male employee.

These guys are awesome! Sad you guys are next to the play place but my experience every time has been great! The employees are super nice, specifically 2 ladies that I’ve dealt with. I will definitely be purchasing more from you guys!

Very disappointed with staff. The original sales man that helped me was great and I purchased two rings, but when I went back to pick up one of the rings the lady who finally assisted me with hesitation was beyond rude. For that reason I don’t think I will be a returning customer.

I would never go here again. Me and my bf went to go looking for promise rings and they looked at his credit for a estimate of what he can afford and instead of just checking his credit they sent a application with out his consent to open a Diamond Credit account. He recived a letter and they closed it so it wouldn’t impact his credit. We did vocalize that we were just browsing.

Excellent service, had a ring crack on the back side of the band. Zales offered two options, advised me of the price for each and offered no pressure. Once chosen they took photos of my ring, promised a repair date and gave me a receipt. They also emailed me copies of the work order and the photos taken. It arrived back on the day they promised all repaired. Again they took photos and then I paid for the repairWhen I got home there was email with the new photos and a coupons towards a future purchase. Very nice and professional.

I love coming to this Zales. The staff is friendly, there is no pressure, and they show you everything you want to see and items they think you might like. My favorite sales person is Basima. I always ask and wait for her. Excellent customer service.

AGREE - most of staff dont want to help, not friendly and act as if you are intruding on their time. Asked for my ring and they had my drop off day 12 days later than I took it in. What a mess All I wanted was a simple repair - estimate came back at over $500

Bad customer service. one lady in particular. she is nice when she greets you but becomes rude when she finds out you are not purchasing anything. I went in to get my engagement ring sized and she completely changed her attitude as if she did not want to attend us. When I got my engagement ring back(after about 16 days) i noticed one of the stones was completely different. we took it back a few hours after picking it up. Again this same lady approached us and was rude when she found out we were there to complain. We did have another employee look at the ring only to find out it was indeed a completely different stone. They then proceeded to tell us the system was down so they could not take it in for repair but when their system was up it would only take 3-4 days to repair it. I went back a few days later and once again the same lady was there so we had to deal with her again. I again explained the situation and she looked at the stone again as if she didnt know what I was talking about. then she put the repair in and told me it would take 2 weeks to repair, then pretended she had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned to her that she last told me it would take up to 4 days. Im getting married in 2 weeks and i might not even have my ring. SO IRRITATED WITH THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Im sneaking around trying to buy a gift from my son to my wife for her Birthday. I called ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock... even provided the item number to them. Although they didnt have this particular ring in stock, she assured me that there is no discernible difference between the two rings and even my son, who picked out the ring, would have no idea that its different. I got to the store and it is completely different from the item I was looking for, completely! Thank you for wasting an hour of my drive time when Im trying to get somebody a gift. I will not be back and understand why you have two stars as a jewelry store.

Nice jewlery, great lighting, but we had 2 different sales people interchanging between each other as we bought our wedding bands. This made it confusing especially when we told both sales reps we did not want the insurance, yet we somehow ended up with it. Most reps are rude when we have gone in since then.

Went in to get another name and stone added to my mothers ring. The sales guy was all about it, could totally do that etc. When i went to pick it up the name clearly did not match the others. It was after i complained that it became my fault that i didnt specify that i wanted it recast. Um? I very specifically said i wanted it to match. Youre the jeweler, you should explain it to the customer to make sure what is being asked is entered properly. When i asked abouy getting it recast they became very dismissive and told me i needed to do that online. Horrible service, just about as bad as fiesta mall.

They love to make mistakes with others money and try to ring up sales under the salespersons name.Then you dont get the item you paid for at all, and then youre expected to work it out with your bank and then repurchase it again for the same price.

This location is located near the childrens play area. One of their sales associates thought it would be appropriate to yell at the children from the store to stop screaming. It was completely unprofessional, rude, passive aggressive and immature to yell at a child for...being a child (it wasnt my kid). There are more gracious ways to vent frustration. Perhaps approaching a parent and saying, I know this must be your down time however, I have to listen to kiddos all day when they scream, would you mind asking your kiddo to stop? Being gracious in actions shows professionalism and self-control (which should be expected from an adult). I hope they can find better employees, or this particular employee asks for a transfer to a different store. I wont be taking my business there.

This place is Horrible with customer service they do not greet you and average wait time is 20 min just to be helped I purchased a ring and waited 2 weeks to get it sized picked it up diamonds missing now have to wait on it to be fixed I wish I never spent my 700.00 here!!
