I ship everything here and have a mailbox here. The owner is very helpful (Im usually completely lost if I have to pack or ship anything myself) and always helps me with the best shipping options. I dont go anywhere else to ship anything because the owner provides the best service.

Very personal and friendly owner. Convenient for many services. I send out packages and the owner is very accommodating every time. When she isnt busy. She seems to get confused with names and address in the system.So you have to correct and help her.This is an update the owners attitude changed and wow was I shocked to have such a bad experience. Getting copies made. When I went home an important page was missing so I had to return. The owner got defensive even when I return looking for my original paper. She was with another customer and insisted that nothing was left behind. So I looked around the area where the copy machine was myself. Knowing when I walked in it was all in my hands this was the only place I was at besides my home. This was a legal paper for my bank!!!Unfortunately my review had to reflect the truth. This was not professional at all.The store is dumpy inside and feels more like a second hand store. I give everyone equal opportunity to do a job.Not a place for me anymore.

Very rude charged me 5.00 for a used box , then wanted to charge me 52.00 to send my sister toilet paper fed ex .2 weeks delivery. Price gouging. Will never go back again.
