This is a great thorough car wash but most of the employees are rude. They act bored, like they can’t be bothered. The location in Ahwatukee is much more friendly and helpful. Be aware, this location is a little tough to get out of, as the traffic is crazy. That said, I do like how clean it gets the car, the towels and the vacuums for do it yourself after wash care.

Like this car wash. It does the job well. The vacuums work well too. They have cloths for interior cleaning. The gas station here sucks tho. The prices are way more than other locations.

Poor exterior car wash. Brushes didnt clean well. Brought it to their attention and they wouldnt run me through again. Wont be back. Poor customer service and equipment.Edit and follow up...got a response from the manager, who said they always offer a rerun if the first one didnt work, BUT you have to contact a manager. Well, I did contact an employee and they said there was nothing that could be done. Never said to contact the manager. Wouldnt just letting an employee know be enough??

Ok so I have driven through this was at least 30 times no issues with either of my cars until one day I took my Escalade through and its ripped my front grill cover, the guy looked for every single excuse possible on why they werent going to cover it, trying to tell me about other cars that were taped on etc....then guy watches the video shows my car driving in from 3 different views BLATANTLY shows that my piece was NOT loose NOR WAS IT MISSING. It was on perfectly fine then he precedes to tell me that even though it was perfect when it went in because the blower ripped it off at the end that it wasnt there fault it had to be loose, IF IT WAS ALREADY LOOSE WOULDNT THE WASHERS RIPPED IT OFF???? NO THEY RIPPED IT FROM ITS SPOT AND THE BLOWERS RIPPED IT OFF COMPLETELY, they say right on there papers and as you drive in not responsible for mirrors or aftermarket parts, this obviously is not a after market part, if I could give this place a negative 10 starts I would.

Another company is quick to sign you up at all their location but make it almost impossible to cancel. You cant cancel where you signed up, cant cancel if you call, and on the website, they pretty much hide it.Thats just on canceling; the car washes are spotty at best.

The staff were ver friendly and professional. My car went in needing car wash of plastered bugs on windshield and front fender . Car was washed , rinsed well and bugs scrubbed off. Tires washed and sprayed with tire care spray. My service advisor was Josh, he got me signed up for car wash service where I can take my car in anytime for wash and vacuum. I am very pleased with how the service personnel work together to get the job done in a timely manner as possible. The staff very courteous. I am grateful for my clean car inside and out. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done. I highly recommend your services.

Matt, the manager was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They found a leak in my A/c system. They fixed the leak but now the air does not blow cold anymore. It was ice cold before service. He said it’s an old car and it just doesn’t work good anymore.Sorry. Unacceptable.Now I will need to bring it to someone who knows how to fix it and treat their customers with respect.

Horrible, took 3 hours for a detail when told it would be one and when I asked for a refund after 3 hours, it was magically done. Manager, could care less and its clear they dont have any customer service skills. Go someone else where they dont make excuses and care about their customers.

I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change, which I needed badly. It was so timely. I took my car in..and Wowza!I was not expecting a full-blown car wash with vacuuming included. I thought I would have to vacuum. Incredible place. Will be coming back for sure! Such a prompt service too, all ready within half hr (I mean, it was mid-morning on a weekday, but still, so to the point). Just make sure you empty your car before hand. 😅They are so thorough and down to earth.Anyway, I didnt know what hit me, but this place is great!

Really bad experience. Arrived at 930am, purchased platinum wash, headlight cleaning detail service, and dash,/door detail service. Was told it would take 1hour and 15 minutes, and they were packed. I waited 2 hours to finally ask whats going on, and was told it would be an additional 1 hour. It went from 1 hour and 15 minutes to a 3 hour trip- no thanks. I was given a refund for the detail service they were not able to complete. Will be avoiding this location going forward.

Was quick and for only $20, my car went to feeling brand new after a dust storm. Everyone was nice too, and had a water gun to shoot my car like Im a toddler, 5 stars

I took a coupon for a wash, was told I could get a upgrade and a month of free washes for $25. I said sure then I get a bill for $35 the next month. I was purposely mislead and stolen from. Ive called and emailed, its been 2 weeks. Dont go to these scammers. They tell me they are busy, but no too busy to steal your money. Over 2 weeks, no response to calls or emails.

This car wash is the coolest place! Im from a small city in Wisconsin, they didnt have this there! and they go above and beyond with service and help you out with all your needs and questions! I go every week to get my truck washed and Jonathon and his detailing team are the best!!! Go check them out!!!

It’s 3:30 pm on a Monday, great time to get your car washed. Very slow right now. This place is great. Plenty to do while you wait for you vehicle to be washed. The staff is fast, friendly, and they do a great job. If you need you vehicle washed you need to come here. Great fun for the whole family.

Went in for a oil change, got the high mileage synthetic oil change, wasnt my first choice it was chosen for me. And the tech kept telling me that I needed this and that, then bribed me and said to give him $100 on the low and he would do a transmission oil change also. Got the carwash, they did a terrble job at vacuuming. I even paid extra to add air freshener which i didn’t get and paid for wheel shine, they didnt do either or want to make me happy and revaccum and add freshner and shine my wheels.

I like this car wash but the attendants seem pretty clueless. They stack cars though the wash on too of each other, I mean feet away.If you do t get ready to hit the gas the second your car is done drying the car behind you will hit you. Why do you stake cars so close like this? Whats the point?

Used to be the best place to get a car wash and oil change. Used to be packed like crazy because of great quality. WELL THAT HAS COME AND GONE! The people in the car wash do not give a dam anymore and do a very poor job. The only reason I go there now is because with a oil change you get a car wash. I will no longer go there for just a car wash.

I must be nuts for going back to this place again and again, because the service is horrible, every time. Poor vacuuming, terrible car wash, dirty windows, bugs on the car and it costs a fortune. Disappointed, yet again. I’m done! Save your money. You’ll have to wash your car on your own anyway.

I purchased the Diamond Touch Wash ($44.99). This package was to include a full exterior service (wash, wax, tire dressing, trim detail) and interior service (vacuum, seat and dash cleaning). As you can see from the pictures, they did not vacuum the seats, nor did they attempt to put any effort in getting dirt/debris out of cracks or corners that are in plain sight. in addition I had some gum on my driver side window frame and pointed this out to the representative who assisted me, explaining that I would like them to address this gum issue. He said no problem. To my surprise as I inspected my vehicle upon being serviced, the gum was still there, they had not even attempted to clean it off. In my opinion, Cobblestone Auto Spa attempts to up-sell you into their top tier washes and car details without having any ability to provide an equitable service for those packages/costs. I will not bring my vehicle to Cobblestone Auto Spa again. There are many places to choose from and the lack of customer service and attention to the details makes this an easy choice. Hopefully you will learn the lesson I did before paying top dollar for a $3 dollar car wash.

Come here all the time for my washes because they are fast and my car looks great! Ray and all the cashiers are always smiling and quick to get everyone taken care of quickly - which I truly appreciate! Im not the most patient woman in the world ! Lol!Del the manager is always working side by side with his team outside and right there to make sure everyone is happy! (Not like other places where the manager hides in his air conditioned office all day!) You have to admire that!I came here a few weeks ago to get the first oil change on my new Jeep. I was so paranoid to bring it anywhere after I had such a TERRIBLE experience at PepBoys with my last car. (they put a headlight bulb in wrong & it caught my car on fire 🔥!) Devin the Quick Lube Manager and Chris were so helpful!Chris was very reassuring and even took the time to show me a few things about my new car - like where to check fluids and what’s what under the hood! ❤️ They were fast and washed the car for FREE!I was so excited when I started driving and saw they’d set up my dashboard system and could now see my mileage and car info because I didn’t even know it could do all that! The entire team definitely goes out of their way to let you know they care.

TL;DR: If youre just looking for a car wash, go somewhere else and do your own vacuuming/drying. Its cheaper and you can be more thorough. If you need detailing done, buy the cheapest wash and its a good value. However you may have to complain to get it done right.I visited this location for a car wash and to have my engine bay detailed (two birds one stone, etc.) They asked if I also wanted a headlight restoration for $65, but I had a $15 kit I wanted to try so I said Id decide later and come back the next day if I did.This was grievance #1 as I wasnt told that you have to buy a car wash ($15 minimum) to get any of the detailing services. So I ended up paying $80 to get my headlights restored the next day.They then took my car and I went inside to pay and wait. It was very clean inside and they had plenty of amenities to keep you busy while you wait. Theres a good selection of snacks, a play-area for kids, comfy chairs where you can sit and watch the car wash, and even water pistols to spray the cars going by in the wash. So this is a great place to go if you have kids.Paying was painless as they had plenty of cashiers on staff and it took about an hour to get my van back.Unfortunately this brings me to grievance #2. The wash was pretty meh for $30. As part of every wash they vacuum the interior, wash your windows, and hand-dry the exterior but of the 3 only the window cleaning was done right. In fact it was done so well that the lack of attention everywhere else was legitimately confusing.They touched up the spots that the washed missed on the spot and I touched-up the interior with the vacuums they have on-site but it definitely wasnt what I expected for $30.When I got home I looked at the engine and noticed quite a few missed spots. The headlights restoration kit I got was also no good so I decided to go back the next day to get the headlights restored and the engine bay touched up (two birds with one stone again).The attendant said it looks like they did their job on the engine but also said there were clear missed spots. I wasnt sure if theyd fix it or not, but thankfully they did. And thankfully they also did a fantastic job on the headlights the first time. They look as good as new now.In the end I did get my moneys worth, but just barely, and the experience didnt leave me particularly enthused.As an aside, I noticed that the customers were generally more older and more affluent than I and were most likely also regulars. Indeed, thats very much how the experience is geared. This made me suspect that perhaps they dont put as much effort into customers they dont expect to return often or tip as generously.So if you are looking for somewhere to take your shiny new car every weekend and dont mind paying extra for a premium experience, this is an excellent option and I suspect youll probably get better service. But if you only wash your vehicle infrequently and are more concerned about value for money, Id recommend looking elsewhere.

Staff was not knowledgeable enough to assist a customer (me). I was forced to be in a position to accept a service. The guy drained my car oil even before discussing a price and acted as if it was my issue. You don`t have any price offer for customers to choose... whatever on your board showing $41.99 was all a lie.

It was horrible to be honest. Paid 30 bucks for my car to still have some spots that need to be vacuumed, stains still on the front of the car, and they didn’t give me a free air freshener as they told me. What a waste honestly.

I paid for the $38 wash and received nothing. They drove my car through the wash, slapped some tire shine on it at the end and put their hand out for a tip.I watched as they moved my car twice and never touched the interior. They literally never touched the inside.I specifically told them I wanted the front bumper cleaned and showed them the bugs. They said they would pay extra attention if I paid for the top wash, which I did. I received the $3 wash on my BMW when I paid for their top wash and was more than happy to pay extra if needed to get it done correctly.Do not waste your money at this wash.

I signed up for the fast pass and I was told I get a discount on oil changes and of course unlimited car washes a month. Well I went in for my 1st oil change since signing up and no discount and they half washed my car. When I brought it to the guys on the lines attention they immediately got an attitude and said my it was the wash on my receipt. Not wanting to cause a scene or argue with them, I still tipped then and I just got in my car and left. I decided to call the manager and make a complaint and of course to him it was not really a big deal bc its only a carwash right but when Im paying my money and tipping well I expect my car to be cleaned properly. So I will be canceling my fast pass and going to Jacksons and sons carwash and getting a fast pass there. I feel they have way better customer service and do a better job. Its further away from my home but quality is better by far.

I come here for the Dunkin Donuts. For the summer the offer medium ice coffee for 1.50. They have a good selection of donuts and the service is friendly. Its located inside cobblestone auto spa. There is an outside oasis where you can chill. I do recommend trying this place out.

I have been using Cobblestone services to wash my truck for many years. Jonathon does a great job. He is respected by his crew and is very customer friendly.

Very bad experience. Came to this location for detail and they did not cover the stripes of my camaro which destroyed and faded the vinyl pretty soon. Manager Dell just said we can file a report but we will still decline it. He is blaming the sun for ruining my stripes. It may be true later on but they damaged it first and they wont take responsibility. I asked them to at least remove the vinyl and I can just buy it and have it attached back but no action. Poor management in this location. No sense of responsibility!

This place is amazing! No matter how busy they are... the staff always makes you feel welcomed, the wash is completed quickly & the quality of the work is top notch. No drops or smears when I get home. They make sure to clean the rims, shine the tires & thoroughly wipe down the interior. I don’t even live in the area, but don’t mind driving out of my way for excellent service.

I took my car to cobblestone Car Wash a few days ago. A small problem occurred at time. Problems are common in all businesses. However what makes the big difference, is how the problem is handled. In my case, the existing problem was handled superbly by Dell, the general manager of cobblestone Car Wash. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he did so with such a profetionalism. He looked into it right away, verified the details; and proceeded to fix it with out loosing any time. This is what management is all about. Owners and/or stockholders want to have peace of mind to know that the people they have entrusted their business to, are managing their assets well. Because after all, the reputation of their business is established by the people who physically run the everyday business. Furthermore, what l would like to say is that Dell, the Store Manager at Cobblestone Car wash, has proven himself to be indispensable! Dell is an amazing contributor towards that goal. I also believe that Dells managerial skills should be acknowledged, appreciated, and rewarded; because he actually cares. And as in my case, he converted me into a loyal customer for using all the services you offer at your establishment, for life!I would also like to complement Ray the assistant manager, and Omar, the man who physically detailed my car.From here on, I shall be recommending the Cobblestone Car Wash to everyone l know.Thank you for reading my review.

It’s sad to say, but based on our experience today, we likely won’t be using this location for future services. My husband took our van for a Platinum exterior and interior clean (which includes an interior wipe down and vacuum according to the website). This is a service we have received before with no issue. When my husband provided a coupon we printed from the website and told the representative what he wanted, the man adamantly told him that it did not include the services he was requesting and that he would have to pay over $100 to receive this service. After arguing back and forth, my husband finally left and brought our van home to vacuum it himself. He called the store to complain of about the poor service and was told yet again about the prices of an interior DETAIL of over $100. It appeared that this service was trying to be unsold but in a poor way. Either the staff needs better training on upselling services, or better training on current services provided. SMH

The guy that helped me out convinced me to sign up for the monthly service. I rarely drive my car but he was so friendly and it’s not expensive so why not! I felt very taken care of !:)

Not trying to be a Karen or anything but I spent $28 on a car wash and also tipped and what I I got back in exchange was a poor vacuumed car like they didn’t wipe anything inside nor vacuum the interior or between the seats and my carpets were full of dirt and my back seats still had crumbs so I’m not sure why I spent money, what I know now is I’m not going back to the cobble stone on Alma School

They are terrible at vacuuming. You’d figure having to pay so much a month you’d get decent service. What I find pointless is the fact I get asked what kind air freshener I would like, if at the finish line they NEVER spray my car. The guys argue when I ask them to spray, and they say “well we have already sprayed some, but I guess we can spray some more”. Like no I’ve been sitting in the chairs they have outside they did the windows, which is never good. Streaks everywhere, water drops here and there, and when you point it out. They get upset with you as if you were not paying for the service. Back to what I was saying, they simply clean the windows real quickly, pass a wet rag along the car to pick up any excess water, and have someone apply the tire shine. Nothing else. I only went back because I didn’t have time to clean it myself at another wash. Take your money to a self service place or somewhere where they don’t get upset when you point out the flaws.

I had a lot of maintenance work performed on my Cadillac CTS at Cobblestone! The crew was wonderful and made sure all my services were done efficiently!I would highly recommend getting service from Cobblestone as they have never let me down yet! This car wash will damage your car.I took my new car which is less than a year old and had no prior issues to this carwash. After washing my car, from away I saw the car washer jump starting my car. He later handed the car back to me without saying anything.When I got into the my car, it would not start. I asked the car washer what went strong, but he didnt give me a good reason. He had to jumped start the car again.I called the car wash manager, he was impatient, very rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me as if they washed my car for free. He checked the camera and said he could not see anything and said my car battery must have almost died before I brought my car to the car wash.I will not advice anyone to visit this car wash.

This is the worst car wash I have received. They did not vacuum well and my trunk was never vacuumed and that is what I mostly needed. My car was still dirty in places. $30 and I’m still going to have to go clean and vacuum it myself. I also have paint missing from the side of my driver side door. I also still have sticky stuff on my windows that they never even attempted to clean off. Terrible. I will not be returning. Spend your money somewhere else.

The overall experience was excellent. The technician greeted me and directed me to the correct bay. I drove into the bay and the technician explained the process. He was friendly and courteous. He took the information and proceed to change the oil. A fast process and painless. I will use the Quick Lube service again. Thank you for offering this twist to the oil change process.

Paid monthly for unlimited washes and cleaning the inside of my truck. Recently cancelled my service because the last few times the inside of my truck was barely touched. The last time I went I watched them wipe my windows and vacuum the drivers side and that was it. When I asked, the guy told me they were really busy. Even if you are busy, I expect to get the services that are paid for. But the same thing has happened when they werent busy so not sure why the service has went down over the 6 months I was a customer.

I mentioned it last year here in the reviews and again waiting over 45 minutes for my car. The management is sorry about that....thats it.... 3 frontline teams is. Not enough! Other cobblestone branches are way more faster. Yes its a high demand area but whats the problem to hire and keep more people? And no I wont call or mail anymore. Get out and watch your business!

Extremely friendly staff; answered all of our questions and explained all services thoroughly. We werent sure if our truck was too tall and the manager offered to let us drive up to check and made it so we could back out, if needed. The wash was exceptional. We couldnt believe they even washed our interior windows including our moon roof!

Dropped my car off for a full interior detail and basic wash: $125. Car was pretty dirty after road trip. Saw that the basic exterior wash included bug remover, perfect. Got the call saying the car was done. The inside looked really good but there were some missed spots. Front passenger carpet had some black stuff rubbed into it. The widsheild still had bugs on it. The grill was still dirty and so was the outside of the trunk. In my opinion this should not happen.

Not a good experience at this car wash. I paid for the premium wash service, however, the wash didn’t even meet the basic wash. The car was not clean inside nor outside. The manager, Chris, came and apologized, but the workers still didn’t do a good job. I had to tell them what to clean and check after them. I appreciate that Chris has gave us a complementary wash, but I would appreciate more if the work were done properly without going through frustration. I don’t recommend this service.

I went here for an oil change and car wash. Someone along the way looked through my center console and storage area below my a/c and radio area. Im glad I removed all my change beforehand. Sucks I cant trust these guys.I was never violated like this by the Elliot and I10 location.

These folks are dishonest. My first experience was about a year ago when I went in for an oil change and I have avoided Cobblestone for gas, car washes and oil changes since... until yesterday. During the previous visit, I was told I needed a new belt and opted to have it changed. I literally stood there and watched them install a new belt. Imagine my surprise when about 3-4,000 miles later I returned to Cobblestone for another oil change and they told me I needed a new belt - the same one that was installed a couple months earlier! I said show me, and the mechanic pointed to the belt. I then informed him the belt was new and they had replaced it last time I was in. Should have seen his face. I reported it to the supervisor, who it turned out was the person who actually replaced the belt previously. He shrugged it off. So yesterday, after about a year, I returned for an oil change, partly thinking those dishonest folks would be gone, but mostly because the location is convenient and I had a coupon. Different cast of characters. They told me I needed a bunch of services, never mind the car had full service at the dealer a few months ago, but the best (or worst) part is they said I needed a new air filter. (it was replaced at my last oil change). They even took it out of the car and showed it to me. It was white, and new. They proceeded to lie to my face saying it needed to be replaced. These folks are convincing and are not honest. They must get an incentive for upselling and talking people into things they do not need. While it is a shame that people lie, I also blame the ownership/management for promoting a business model that cheats its customers. If you do go, dont be cheated into buying anything they suggest.

They didn’t vacuum out my vehicle really very well at all... I just got the membership and it has me thinking twice... Asked for Black Ice interior spray, and didn’t receive it when I picked up my vehicle, so I asked again to get interior spray. It was just a piss poor performance from everyone from start to finish and I still tipped $20 at the end to receive a under vacuumed, rims not wiped down SUV that I paid extra for so..... That’s going to be a BIG NO!!!! from me. I’ll go to another cobblestone where they like money and don’t ask twice for things to get done...

Great car wash. I have been going here since they opened years ago. They do an awesome job consistently and expeditiously. Many employees have been there forever, which speaks highly of the business. No aggressive up sell anymore, which is nice. Lisa G. the cashier was very friendly.

Great place to have my car washed! Even with the covid-19 situation! They are offering specials & although they can’t clean your interior, they are socially distancing the cars in the self vacuuming area so you can feel comfortable doing yourself!

Their service was very good and I would recommend using it.

I paid $197 for a complete detail and wax. I dropped my car off at 7am and was told to return between 12pm and 1pm. When I returned, it was after 1pm and my car was not ready. When I asked for the manager, he came out but was very nonchalant. Poor customer service. Finally, after waiting for 30 minutes, they brought my car up and the rearview mirror was dirty (had not even been touched) and the wax was smeared throughout the body of my car. A wasted $197. I will just stick to the $16 per month run through car wash, that cant be messed up. SMH....

Ive been a customer at Cobblestone for years now. I only just decided upon the Unlimited monthly service as a young man took the time to thoroughly explain it and the benefits to me. Thank you for your continued friendly, efficient and honest service!

When I pulled up I was attended to right away with excellent service. The gentleman who attended to me was very enthusiastic and very friendly!

I will never return to Cobblestone. I could barely drop my car off without the sales person asking me 5 different promos and would not take no for an answer. I literally had to tell him to stop. I did get the cheapest service basic, and it was less than that. I could tell they deliberately did a poor job so that I would upgrade next time. Not worth $17 dollars for the stress and poor job. Could have gone thru a drive thru for $6 for same quality. I gave it a two star because the gentleman that delivered my vehicle at the end was super nice.

The auto spa has always been great. My issue is the Mechanic portion of it. I paid for a service that was recommended by the tech. A month later the issue I paid for became a bigger issue. Taking it to a actual car shop and getting both a second and third Opinion both said that the service looks as if it was never done. What I paid $10 for and never being done now my car is now having issues and cost me $100. Don’t recommend the mechanic aspect of this place.They got 3 stars from me only because they always make my car clean.

If you need any help in automotive go ask for allan at this cobblestone location. He is very professional, patient and the type of person you can completely trust working on your vehicle. His whole crew is just as professional.

There seemed to be confusion over a coupon I got from their website. None of the employees were familiar with the exact coupon I found on the site and brought with me to use. I had never used cobblestone Auto spa before but I found a pretty decent coupon online on their website and I thought that would be a good opportunity to try them out.I told a cashier there, and one of the sales people there in the service department, about the coupon I was going to use and he also sold me on a transmission drain and fill and some air filters that came with a discount if you installed 2 filters. One thing that threw me off is I was told it with my vehicle it was not possible to do a drain and fill you had to do a transmission flush. Ive never heard of that being situation before and I personally do not like doing transmission flushes I feel like its a safer bet overall the only drain and refill the transmission with some vehicles if you flush the transmission you run the risk of having small particles becoming stuck in the narrow cooling channels that are built into some transmission models and then you got a very expensive problem on your hands, it could end up costing you $1,500 to $5,000 instead of a hundred to a hundred fifty bucks for a drain or flush on your vehicle.After I agreed to the prices and services and the services were completed then I was told that the agreed prices were not available because they were a coupon price and I could not use the agreed price that I was offered and the coupon that I had initially said I was going to use together. I had to choose one or the other. I ended up paying full price for the air filters and having to cancel the transmission fluid service (I stopped them before right before they did a transmission flush different than a transmission drain and fill).I was unaware that the transmission drain/fill, and the intake filter & cabin air filter package deal were coupons. The oil change and car wash deal I brought in from the website was a coupon, and I would only be able to use one, I would not have agreed to that price do the air filters, I could have bought them at the auto parts store and installed them myself, no problem, but with the deal the guy offered me I figured what the heck its only a couple bucks more than if I do it myself and Im already here. I was only told about the problem with the coupons after the oil change (I never got my car wash), and air filter combo had been completed, I felt like I had no choice. I ended up only getting the coupon price for the oil change, and I paid full price for the air filters and I only got the air filters done because the coupon made it worth my while. Still after all this I never received my free car wash. when I told the cashier that I was supposed to get a free car wash with the coupon I used she told me that she had applied a different coupon that saved me $12 on the price of the oil change. I never asked her to do that the coupon that I had intended to use have saved me a total value of about $17 between the free car wash and the oil change discount.Overall I wasnt entirely pleased with my experience.I will say that the people there were nice and that the work they did was quality work.

Its good for a wash but I dont understand the priority when they dry cars. My car was left in the sun drying where water spots could form but they pull another car next to it and instantly starts drying it off before one of the workers put it in park

I don’t like feeling pressured to get a higher-priced car wash than the one I bought a book of coupons for. Twice in the last 2 weeks, the same guy acts annoyed when I say, no thank you, just the basic please. Slaps the ticket on my window with a scowl, doesn’t say thank you, says nothing. It’s an uncomfortable experience.

Steer clear of this place!! Seriously. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to get your vehicle washed/detailed. Took my fiancé’s work truck in for a regular detail and wash. The employee we first spoke to (Kyle) was nice and understanding of what we needed done. We had mentioned and apologized that the inside was dirty, hence the detail, and mentioned two coffee spots on the ceiling upholstery along with some trash throughout the vehicle. We thought everything was going to be easy sailing and headed home to wait until they gave us a call that it was done....Five hours later and no phone call, we decided to drive back ourselves to pick up and pay. Upon arrival and looking inside, they had stolen everything inside the truck that was remotely worth of value. Small things even like a Bluetooth connector that can be easily purchased for less than 20 bucks were taken out of the vehicle...things that you wouldn’t expect to be taken and they were taken anyway?! Not to mention they barely “detailed” the inside of the vehicle, which is the service we paid for in the first place. You can tell their employees rushed around and decided to spray whatever “fancy” car oil on literally EVERYTHING including the upholstery to make it look like they wiped things down but there was still water/drink marks on everything...it just had some extra fancy car oil on top of it. Disgusting and super unprofessional.Not sure how they haven’t had lawsuits because there’s some major thievery happening at this place. Cleaning services apart from an actual car wash are horrible and beyond efficient. They don’t take time or care into the work they do..Be EXTREMELY cautious if you do decide to come here, but ultimately..it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with. Use their free vacuums and go somewhere else to get your vehicle detailed or washed.
