Nice mall, all your usual stores. Lots of food court options and tables to sit at. Enjoyed the extra large chess set out front of the main entrance which was fun.A new electric car on display!Cool motorcycles for the kids to ride around on.Just an overall solid mall.

It was a little disappointing. Too many shops were closed. It was dirty inside. Unfriendly people. We ate at the food court and was not pleased with it at all.

Maybe not quite 5 stars, but close enough. Very good food all around. Worth a visit or a few.

One of the best malls Ive visited in the area. Despite most malls being on a downward trend this one is alive and thriving with plenty of variety.

I havent lived in AZ for about 6 yrs but I swear Ive been to this mall before but once I got there it was unfamiliar. This mall is super nice. It has all the stores I normally shop at. Im excited I found my new mall lol

Amazing stores stopped in at Dillards Ive got some beautiful new glasses for the year fall collection time ready for winter couple of sweaters they always have what I like and the newest in colognes and fragrances and recommend everyone to stop by by the way I stopped at Dillards

Went to Macy’s to return some clothes my mil sent my kids. She got the wrong sizes… was able to return everything and get the amount refunded on a gift card so that I could go online and order the right sizes and styles the kids would like. Got there at 11am when the store opened and hardly anyone else was there. The lady who did the return was super nice and quick.

I went for my birthday and had a blast. The food AS ALWAYS was great.

We are close by , mostly walkable to fashion mall , well organized and good place to hang out .

Pretty good place to get clothes from, but mostly only clothes, all for fashion, I thought it would be just like a regular mall but I didnt find what I was looking for, just seen clothes and more clothes haha

The store CUTTING EDGE is selling large razor sharp knives to children.My son came home with a huge knife. I took it to the store owner and he told me there is no law restricting the sale .Chandler Cops sargent said yep no law. Insane!

Very beautiful place

This is probably my favorite mall in the greater Phoenix area! Its super big and is still very busy on a regular basis, gives me mall vibes from the 90s, lots of life. Has a good mix of all the best stores, high end and mid range. Got 3 bags worth of stuff and spent under $100. Ive been here a number of times and still dont think Ive seen every store, but Im not the all day shopping type. If youre looking for a place to go with friends or family, this is a great spot. Also supported by a large surrounding area of additional food places and stores!

Fun place to go. Especially with the corona virus, everyone is wearing a mask and you get to walk around in air conditioning, eat a good lunch, look at fun stores and enjoy family time. Here are some pictures of the fun stuff there

Great mall. There are lots of great stores here and food court is pretty nice. Lots of restaurants and shops around the mall as well.Most stores are higher end so I wouldn’t go here is you want bargain or cheaper items.

Its a mall so of course everyones experience sucks at the mall. On the other hand, its not as crowded anymore because everyone shops online so finding convenient parking is easy. They have Buffalo Wild Wings, The Old Spaghetti Factory, BJs, California Pizza Kitchen. Their restaurants are their main attraction at the moment and may be the only reason that mall is even still open.

Rubios in the food court was good. Other places and some stores were closed on a Friday evening. Not sure what you are going to find when you get there. Call ahead if youre looking for something specific.

Love it here the mall is always so clean and easy to get around. Theres a wide selection of food places and so many different stores for everyone! And of youre an avid pokemon go player like myself then youll be happy to know theres plenty of gyms and stops throughout the mall!

There are a ton of stores, of course, and you can always find great deals on sales racks of your favorite stores since each store is huge and inventory is plenty.Eyebrow threading at this location is amazing - this is the only place I go.For small children, there are ride on amenities and a trampoline attraction. Even if just window shopping, a family can have a ball and get great exercise.

Great place to take the little ones to.Lots of hands on activities to do and to keep them occupied. I went there with a 3 and 7 year old and both had lots of fun. Great way to get out of the heat and sun.The employees were very nice as well. The snack bar was a little pricey but to be expected.Just a bit disappointed that several machines were down when we visited.

One of the best malls Ive been too. All of the vendors we encountered were super nice and helpful. Everywhere we went was clean, and there were so many places we enjoyed going to! If youre a fan of anime/pop culture there are a lot of stores here made especially for you.

I like this mall just cause it’s setup different. Lots of restaurants outside and plenty of food options inside. This is the only mall with a current open LEGO store also. Stores for everyone and everything you could be looking for. Parking lot is really huge. Lots of stores on the outside of the mall also.

Nice size mall compared to the Tucson mall. Dillards was nice. And the pop toy store place.They had decent food court. We had a pepperoni pretzel from the downstairs wetzel pretzel. I dont recommend it we were used to freshly baked pepperoni pretzels from Tucson mall wetzel pretzel. The cheese and pretzel were not hot just barley warm.

A great mall, with plenty of stores and aisles to walk up and down to burn all those calories.

The restrooms are really clean in this mall. Also, I like how it is not that far from Costco (One could kill two birds with one stone). Also, the individual stores themselves have a really friendly atmosphere. The food court is small (around 6 actual places to get food from), but the options are popular, varied (diverse ethnic food), and not too expensive. I got a meal from the Italian place for 10 bucks (a big slice of pizza, 3 garlic rolls, soda) and it was filling.

Had to get school clothes for my 11 y.o. daughter and ended up at Target and Old Navy. Found everything she needed all in one location. It was a little expensive, but I know that these clothes will last longer than 3 washes. Good quality, friendly staff, clean stores.

I usually visit this Mall weekly and that would be for the last 2 years including during COVID-19. These were taken March/April 2020. It was a ghost town. But not anymore, its back to almost normal. Of course, some businesses didnt make it but its a great place to shop.

What a great mall. Reminds me of a time when malls were valued and exciting to shop at. It did seem to be a dated building in some places but really nice aesthetics so it balances.

I must admit, Im not a huge fan of malls in the first place. That said, this mall is a good one. It is very large and the layout is well designed. It has everything a typical mall has, with the usual emphasis on clothing stores and food. It was definitely an early adopter of mask leniency, following the CDC guidance to allow vaccinated persons go without a mask in public. About a week after the guidance, I would estimate about half of the patrons are without a mask. Individual stores are making their own decisions about whether you need a mask to enter, and some dont care while others are still very strict on masks and body count. Overall, Im very satisfied with this mall and glad I am only a short drive from it because it has a lot of desirable offerings.

Went to Crayola Experience. I actually had fun. Better for toddlers, older & pre-teens may loose interest pretty quickly.

Wow yesterday I and many others drove very fair out for a organize car meet that this mall and the cops agreed on having this meet is very respectful no issues ever if there was it would of been handled. To the security guard that acted liked a Child yelling at everyone and calling the cops because it was a big meet for other people and kids to look at cars thanks for making the kids upset. You must be so proud of yourselves and think you handled it properly. I’m sure no one will be showing up to this mall ever as management failed at their jobs. Yes you should feel bad for all the food vendors that came out in prep and was ready to cook portable many people. If you want to host at this mall don’t because management is on professional and not organize.

A lot of premium stores have closed. Disney store, Nordstrom all closed. Most of these stores have been replaced with random home goods stores.The mall still maintains a clean up market vibe, but the stores do not match this vibe.Dillards, Macys, Bath and Body works, Lego store, Pottery Barn are all still operating and worth visiting.

Great mall with fantastic shops. Its always clean. Ive finally visited almost every store in this mall and Im finding new things to explore all the time. There is also a movie theater located inside this mall.A lot of different eateries where you can come here theres plenty of parking very well lead to if you come at night you dont need to worry about being too dark so good place you can see it right off the street and theres a lot of different stores.

Has many stores to choose from, and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

I had a great time at the mall! Many stores and good selection at the food court. If you play Pokemon Go there are many poke stops and a few gyms.

Beautiful mall filled with thriving stores. I can’t believe I’ve lived in AZ for long and have missed this one. Don’t miss the animal rescue. I was lucky enough to go when it was filled with puppies and truly got my serotonin fix

Actually was at BJs. Great prime rib dinner, smoking price. Servers were friendly and service was fast. Highly recommended.

Chandler fashion Center is a great mall full of light and interesting shops. I would have given them five stars however their bathrooms are just gross. Theyre not maintained often enough, the stall walls are filthy.

Great food! Went there for lunch. I am glad they serve smaller portions at lunch. The service was great, we were able to be seated right away and my glass of lemonade was never empty. Nice job!

Red mountian weightloss center . Super clean and I absolutely love the personal. This location is one of my favorites by far.

Fun indoor mall. Nice and clean.Good number of branded stores. There is a food court too.Play area for kids and things to do for kids is a good addition.The restaurants in the same area is a plus.Would recommended this mall if you just looking for regular chain stores.Ample parking space.Pwrfect for weekend hang out.

Spent a nice afternoon strolling the mall...mostly window shopping. Mall very clean and was glad to see most of the retail open.

These wings are addicting! Love the sauces. Service was meh, server was running around. There was condensation falling from the roof and the restaurant felt muggy. Had better experiences

This mall has been going downhill after covid. Its becoming another AZ mills. The only good places their is Cheesecake Factory, Lego Store, Barns and Noble, and Bath and Body Works.

I had never been to this mall until today. I actually enjoyed it and found it very inviting and has quite a variety of Big Name Stores. Check it out you wont be disappointed. Also they offer quite a few good places to have a bite to eat. Great variety of choices inside and around the mall area.

For some reason, it was spectacularly hot and humid. Probably due to the excess lung moisture from the throngs of unmasked simpletons. Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon instead.

Surprised at the number if people. No place to get water except for vending machines that dont work. I was charged for 3 bottles but only got 1. No customer service.

There’s hardly any clothes stores left here! It’s a nice break from the heat to walk around but if you’re going to try and find clothes it’s a hard thing to come by.

This is one of the better malls in the valley. Sears is gone but other than that, they have everything rented out. As retail goes out (like GAP and Coldstone), activities come in (like the Crayola Experience and escape the room). Its just the right amount of busy (dont need to push through crowds nor is it sparse).

Generally only go to the Harkins movie theater at this mall its always very busy. Parking for the movies is always a problem but its just down the road from us so convienient.

Crowded but a great first experience. Shops are clean, organized, has many choices for consumption and entertainment. A great place to take the kids.

Got what I came for and got out. Shame seeing so many stores closed but thats just the world we live in now. This mall was my jam back when it opened and I was just barely a teenager. But Ill take the easier parking and lighter crowds any day. Addition of the Lego store makes it that much better too.

Huge mall, easy to get turned around or lost in. Its a good thing that theres seating all around; because you definitely need to stop and take a break here and there. Love the variety of stores, no complaints.
