In the search for someone to replace the carpet on our stairs, everyone told us you have to pick someone who knows how to carpet stairs, not just someone who can do carpet. They were so right! Josh listened to what my wants were, offered quality suggestions, and brought samples to the house that matched exactly what I wanted at a great price.When it came to the installation, communication was excellent from beginning to end. Jose did an amazing job on the install and we couldnt be happier with the results!

Wow, just wow, what an easy process! We are both in retail and the customer service is top notch! Jose the installer did a great job. We weren’t able to be home during the installation, but Jose kept us informed the entire time. He called us before he arrived, and if had any questions called too. We shopped at Home Depot to look at carpet samples at the beginning of July, 2021. No one assisted us or answered questions until we signed out some sample boards. We picked a carpet, had the rooms measured, and were given an installation date. After moving everything out of the rooms and crowding the family room, kitchen, and bedrooms, we barely had room to walk through the house. The installers arrived with the wrong carpet, and we were inconvenienced for another 17 days before another carpet came in. This second carpet was also the wrong one. Home Depot agreed that they obviously couldnt get the carpet we wanted, and agreed to cancel the order and refund our money.Then Carpets of Arizona came to the rescue! We entered the well-appointed store and were helped immediately. Josh asked all the perfect questions to determine exactly what was appropriate for our home. In less than an hour, we took samples home, chose one we liked, returned the samples and had an appointment that afternoon for Josh to take measurements. We signed a contract and had the carpet installed within a week. The pleasant installers arrived on time, helped move the heaviest desk, and the carpet was completely installed 4 hours later. We are happy with the entire process, pleased with the installers, and especially impressed and thankful for the efficient and professional way Josh handled everything. We wholeheartedly recommend Carpets of Arizona.

Ive written a rather comprehensive review on Yelp outlining specifics of our ordeal with Carpets of Arizona, but wanted to also add a review to Google.We previously hired the company for a rental property and had a great experience, which is why we decided to use them for our house. Install started in November 2020 to put new LTV and carpet in our entire house and was is still in process as of this post due to having so many repairs needed on all of the brand new flooring plus baseboards.Previous management was fired and newly promoted managers have stepped up to correct everything. While the installers did rush the process, leading to many of the items that had to be resolved, they also took full accountability and have spent many man hours at our house for repairs, plus reinstalling LTV flooring in one room.That being said, odd situations have still occurred, like charging our credit card for a remaining small balance without our permission and before all the repairs were done (that have to be done due to the damage/errors from their team). In total, we are spending ~$18k on floors, a rather large sum. Summary below:Pros: Sales team being very helpful and answering all of our questions. New management stepping up to the plate to address all the issues the prior management team never resolved or even escalated. Second set of installers, who were extremely communicative and were also extremely careful not to damage furniture or drywall. One installer, Manuel, took ownership of some of the issues and worked hard to fix everything, was very honest and up front about the issues. Geraldine and Miranda have been great to work with throughout the process and stepped up to address many of the items.Cons: Sales team taking incorrect measurements, and not fully explaining that the baseboards would be unfinished after install. Wrong baseboards being ordered and specific wrong ones being installed in the kitchen, which had to be replaced later. Previous operations manager who didnt reschedule us after he found out our floors would not arrive for another week after our scheduled install date and who still had the installers come out and rip out all of our flooring and stack our furniture, leaving us no place to eat or sit, and leaving our house in chaos. He also rushed the job from the sound of it; we were told the full install would take 9 days. He tried to get his people to complete it in 6, which is Im sure why we had so many problems. Theyve now spent 2.5+ months fixing the issues they could have resolved if it hadnt been rushed in the first place. He also lied to us several times, told us conflicting stories, and generally took no accountability. When we showed him gaps in the LTV, he said they were acceptable. Clearly seeing cement through the gaps is unacceptable on an LTV floor.Cons Continued: The first set of installers damaging furniture and drywall in many places, leaving chunks of concrete and nails all over our house for the full week (we spent hours cleaning up after them and removing nails). Second installers who were, generally speaking great, but did rush the process in various areas around the house with uneven cuts, LTV gaps showing cement (as noted above), baseboards installed that were damaged and/or cut wrong, carpet coming up several places in different rooms. Floor transitions not matching as they were forgotten and now would be far too much work to re-do. Tons of glue all over the house (some was obviously expected).Weve never once heard from the owner, which does seems odd given the extent of this situation. We were also never offered any kind of discount for the chaos and stress weve had to live through, although I will give them credit for all the extra labor that had to occur to repair the problems.SOME photos of issues mentioned attached.

Everyone was so great to work with! Josh Nagler, my sales guy was fantastic, he helped with recommendations, helped with picking out colors and he worked hard to get me the best deal. They helped me pack up a few things I missed, they asked permission to play music (which is always a yes in my house), they kept me informed about what they were doing and everyday they went over everything they’d done before they left and they answered all my questions and explained in depth what they were doing every step of the way. In September 2021, Carpets of Arizona installed approximately 1600 SF of vinyl plank luxury tile flooring in our home in Maricopa, AZ. The installation included an upstairs den, hallway, and three bedrooms (with closets), stairs and a downstairs living room and master bedroom (with closet).The flooring was of the upmost quality and guaranteed not to buckle or shift due to installation. The tiles were clicked together (loose lay) and not glued down.In addition to the Karndean Luxury flooring installed which has a 25 year product guarantee, we also have a lifetime installation guarantee. No other company that we researched in the Phoenix area provided us with these guarantees.Of upmost importance was the installation. We highly commend Luis Diaz and his crew for the highly professional job performed. The stair installation required a tailored approach to the bottom stair so that all stairs looked the same. At all times in our home, Luis and his crew were careful not to damage walls and carefully moved our furniture from room to room as necessary.We give thanks to Corey McCullough the Operations Manager for Carpets of Arizona for being there at all times to answer our questions and resolve any issues that arose during installation.We are extremely pleased with our new flooring and the commitment from Carpets of Arizona to ensure that our expectations were met. Website advertising is a little confusing. Led to believe carpet pricing for the Home Sellers Dream program was cheaper than it actually is. The price included removal and disposal, furniture moving, new padding, as well as install, and special odor treatment.The price we had to pay was also higher than our estimate based on how they sell the carpet...they buy carpet in 12ft sections so we had to buy that amount. I have never bought carpet before so this was new to me. Thats fine, we have a pretty good remnant now.Confirmed date and time. The night before install, we got notified they had to push back our install. Not going to work as we have realty photos at the new proposed time. The installer understood and kept the original time.He showed up on time but didnt think he was supposed to move furniture. Wanted to wait for helper. We declined the helper, and moved our furniture we paid to have moved. Again...time crunch as photos were the same day as the carpet install.He did a good job with install, asked questions about certain house features and worked quickly. He did leave an obvious seam in one of the join areas which noticed later on.Overall, the process was easy and we got our home recarpeted in time for photos.Not sure Id suggest this company unless you are a landlord looking for moderate quality and quick turn over.

Over 2 years ago they installed new flooring through out the entire house. They did a great job. Recently some of the flooring got damaged and about 9 planks needed to be replaced. The replaced area looks just like the original area. They do great work.

We paid quite a bit for mid grade carpet for our entire home. Installation was frustrating because one of the installers kept asking for cash to do specific things and then proceeded to pocket it. The carpet was installed incorrectly on the stairs and most of the carpet seams are bulging up and are very noticeable. We have had people from Carpets of Arizona out 3 times now for the issue, and many more phone calls and still no resolution. Incorrect installation is their own fault and something they should be fixing ASAP. The carpet has been in for 6 months now and it’s still not fixed!! I will never use them again because of their poor service and lack of communication.Edit: Response to COA. How could you know the floor is uneven without taking up the carpet and inspecting the subfloor? We have found more seams that are bulging when we moved furniture out of the way and door seams are visible in some doorways. My husband has called and left 2 messages now about your “resolution” and has not been called back. Someone somewhere is dropping the ball with regards to communication. Come back out and show me where the subfloor is causing these issues. Stephen and Joaquin were the installers and Stephen was the one asking for the money and would disappear for hours leaving Joaquin to work alone. Stephen asked for cash and I only had $40 and he said he needed more and asked me to pay him using Zelle. My son and husband can both vouch for that. I talked with 2 people about the asking for money part because it didn’t feel right and was told he would be talked to and to not give him any more cash.

We recently had a wear warranty issue. The team at Carpets of Arizona were extremely accommodating and helpful in assisting us getting the claim submitted. The process was long and I know Shane insulated us from the cumbersome back and forth with the Manufacturer ultimately finding us a replacement rug. Shane and his team went way above and beyond in helping us get a replacement rug outside of the manufacturer. He did not need to, but knew the Manufacturer was not doing the right thing. The brands Shane sells and represents should be so lucky to have other dealers like Carpets of Arizona, it would save them a load of grief and bad press. Mike and David installed our vinyl floor for our 700 ft apartment. Their work was exceptional quality and they met their deadline. They stayed until the job was completely done to our high standards. They even came back out to inspect their work to make sure everything was how we wanted. We recently had new carpeting installed by Carpets of Arizona, and let me share that Shane (owner) and Miranda (sales person) both worked very hard to make sure we were happy with the carpet. The first installation didnt look right, because the carpeting showed every single footprint way too clearly. Miranda came right out and saw what we were seeing and found out it was a manufacturers defect. After a second try, a different line of carpeting again was showing footprints (but not as much), and by working with Miranda and Shane, they allowed us to go for a third try to get a carpet that met our intended look. Their installers were also very kind and hard working, very easy people to work with.My bottom line for writing this review is that you dont often find a business owner who is willing to satisfy their customer so completely. Even though this process took a while, Shane followed through right to the end to insure our satisfaction.

Today we had the most luxurious Mohawk carpet installed in our daughter’s room. The selections were plentiful and well organized in the showroom. The decision making process went very smoothly. The salespeople were no-pressure and informative. They gave us a steep discount. We basically paid wholesale for top line Mohawk carpet. I noticed they also featured laminates and other non fabric flooring and we will go back to look at those for another room.The installation took less than 2 hours. It was performed efficiently and professionally by Jesús. He cleaned and prepped the floor, installed a deluxe pad and the carpet. Then he vacuumed it and hauled off our old carpet at no charge.The best money we have ever spent on a bedroom! I will use this company again and request Jesús also to install. Shane Levinson is a man on a mission and his company is a well oiled machine. Being a business owner myself Its important that I have great support when I need something done. Right now is the season for my business so I have very little time for anything else. A tenant recently vacated my rental and destroyed the carpeting. Shane was referred to me by a friend (which is the only way I hire someone). They recommended me this wood looking vinyl flooring. It was much less than anything else I was quoted and then if the next tenant ruins it I can just peel off the section thats ruined and glue down another piece. They were in and they were out and then followed up. Everyone was on time and they finished sooner than they quoted me. It looks like really expensive wood flooring and seriously you wouldnt know it is not wood until you get on your knees and inspect it close up. Since it made the house look really high end I increased the rent $200 a month and literally the next day I had a full offer for 2 year lease. Thank you sir.

Very nice group to work with!

We just completed a three part remodel that included Karndean lay down tile in our kitchen, dining and family room and two bathrooms, new carpet in two bedrooms, and new baseboards throughout. We had a great experience with them once before and they did it again with more complexity. Michael and Adam helped us from beginning to end Their installer was fantastic, very meticulous and prepped all floors properly. The owner Jerry stopped by and showed us how to better utilize our slider curtain The group was patient and informative. A very fine company and office staff too.

I thought the joke was tasteless but not that bad. Now after reading the comments and seeing you go after each person in the comments and posting the reviews thats definitely not the kind of professionalism I would want to do business with!!

Outstanding work and I am thrilled! We just had our new carpets installed today and the whole experience was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable and the service was wonderful! The showroom was wonderful because they have a play area for children while you are looking at flooring and they allow you to take samples home and follow up with a home visit.The installers were on time, clean, dressed well and were very courteous. I was blown away with excitement that their supervisor personally visited our home just to make sure that things were going well and to see if we had any questions!This company is top notch and we will be using them in the future!

My guys and I pride ourselves in quality work and Carpets of AZ is the only company that we work for that pays for the quality install. We called Carpets of Arizona to do some Laminate flooring in our house in Phoenix. Michael showed us this stuff called Karndean which is supposed to hold up better and last longer than laminate or wood. They installed it last week and our friends can’t even tell that it’s not real wood. I love that I am able to mop with water and we don’t have to worry about spills. It has a lifetime guarantee on the floor.We liked that the owner, Shane delivered it because it’s suppose to sit in the home a couple days before the install, I’m not sure why, but they were really on top of things. Shane came back at the beginning of the install and at the end. We did have a tiny problem with one part that wasn’t done just right but they came right back out and fixed it.
