You are immediately greeted when you come in and they get to know you as a bride, your wants and likes. Overall, what a great and positive experience, something all brides should be treated to :)!

Amazing shop! I went to several places before I found Yes I Do Bridal. And they were my last, not just because the dresses but because Stephen and Serena are amazing. It’s run out out of their home, but once you get inside you’d never know. You get the whole shop to yourself (at least every time I’ve ever been there). They work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. I found out I was pregnant a month or two after ordering my dress from them and they got me in right away for alterations and worked with the dress designer to make sure I got my dress on time and with the updated alterations. I was so worried about the dress fitting and looking super prego but I had no need to. The dress was beautiful and I felt like a real princess; I received many compliments on it. Thank you two so much, and of course thank you to the designer Casablanca for such a beautiful dress.

This place is absolutely amazing. They made you feel completely comfortable and worked with what I needed and what I had, even being a plus size bride. I ABSOLUTELY will refer anyone I know here!! ♡♡

Had the BEST experience! I brought in a dress that was a few sizes too large and she was able to get it fitted so perfectly. She was quick and price was very reasonable given the amount of work that needed to be done on my dress. The two owners were so sweet and so helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I cant say enough good things about Stephen and Serena at Yes I do Bridal. They go above and beyond to make sure your dress is perfect. They helped me through a really crazy process of multiple fittings after the COVID pandemic postponed our wedding and I my weight was fluctuating. They did so much for me with no extra charge. Serena really knows what shes doing with alterations - she is an expert you can really trust. Theyre both so nice and fun and their selection is AMAZING. Loved the experience of working with them.

My experience at Yes i do bridal was more than extraordinary. Since I arrived, the attention has been phenomenal, Serena and Stephen are both very attentive, gentle and see every detail (they even waited for me at the door, so i felt really welcome). The dress options are very select, one better than the other, all dresses are beautiful. Serena and Stephen have been so great to work! They are genuine in the care they put into the whole process. Serena was very welcoming to my guests and I when we arrived for my appointment. We discussed what I was looking for in a dress. My price range was at or below $1,500 plus alterations, bustle, tax, etc. There were so many gorgeous dresses at or below my budget! Serena picked out several dresses while we browsed and grabbed a few more. While trying on dresses, Serena was very helpful in explaining the fit of the dresses and discussing some customization options if there was something you wanted to change. I chose to customize the neckline and sleeves of my dress. I told Serena and Stephen what I wanted and they nailed it. I think I cried a little when I saw the sketches. My dress is so beautiful!Throughout the process of trying on dresses, I didn’t feel rushed at all like I did at the other bridal shop I visited. The dresses at Yes I Do were very good quality. I noticed a difference when trying on dresses in the same price range elsewhere. They were very up front about alteration/bustle costs and give you options to ensure the most cost-effective choices for you. They offered a discount for bridesmaid dresses with the purchase of your wedding dress. Serena and Stephen take pride in what they do. Their knowledge and great communication made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly felt like I was in good hands. Thank you so much!

Serena and Stephen are amazing. The new place in chandler is beautiful and feels so comfortable and special. Yes, is by appointment only (call) to make you feel super special and not hearing the door open every minute of your appointment. All the attention and suggestions from both of them were just perfect. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I went to a few shops but I had to return and buy my wedding gown here. I just fell in love with the dresses. Thank you.

SOO happy I went to I do bridal for my dress alterations (I had already purchased a dress prior to moving here). They are very friendly and professional. The seamstress sketched up my dress alterations in about a minute to show me the changes and the prices. The prices are very reasonable!!! Everything wedding is so expensive so it was much appreciated. She made my dress fit me perfectly and enhance all my good features. She added the bustle to pin my dress up as well as added applique to cover a tattoo. She made suggestions such as I shortened the length so I wouldnt trip over the dress. It was absolutely perfect. I have received so many compliments on my dress and how I looked in it. I felt the most beautiful Ive ever felt, which is how you should feel on your wedding day!! I definitely recommend checking them out!!

Rarely do I ever give 5 star reviews but this Is definitely the place that I wish I could give more. What all the great things the other brides are saying are pretty spot on which is how I found them. Serena and Stephen are unbelievably amazing.Serena was almost like my mini wedding planner. There is so much knowledge she has let alone the great tips she gave me. Much needed since I am not a bride who enjoyed all these details. They all saved me from some potentially bad decisions from me. She gave me so many tips that I am so glad I went to her.Her talents go beyond tailoring. She does hair and makeup, makes jewelry, flowers, and the list is endless. I got skin care advice, she helped look for shoes for me, made a bracelet out of leftover bridal belt, fixed my barefoot sandals, and so much more. She makes cheongsams/qi paos (Chinese traditional dresses)!Stephen doesnt go unnoticed either. Hes so patient and always welcomes you with a big smile. With all us crazy brides, it is so impressive that he still keeps it all together. So laid back.I could go on and on so instead I say you just go and experience this great team yourself. I really doubt youll regret it. And yes, the prices are affordable and worth it for all the things they did for me. Thank you Serena and Stephen for EVERYTHING!!

The most stressful part of the wedding for me was trying to find the perfect dress that fit the princess bridal moment I’ve been dreaming of. I started to lose hope that I was ever truly going to find the one, after countless stores and dress I finally found my perfect dress at Yes I Do! The entire appointment was effortless, the owner was amazing and kind! He helped me find the perfect dress and was able to have the dress tailored to MY body, I wanted one that actually was customized to my exact measurements rather than ordering a size and then having it altered to fit. They gave me that opportunity to feel like a true princess and I can say that I found my dream dress!

Serena and Stephen are the best in the business! Serena has a very unique eye for creating a dress that fits your body and is able to transform any outfit into an exceptional masterpiece! I initially went with just one dress and after seeing her work with my wedding dress I took four more dresses to her and she delivered! They are very professional, time cautious, warm and supportive, and really go out of their way to make their clients beautiful. They became part of my family as I was planning my wedding and it was always a joy to go back and see them. Make sure to visit their shop in downtown Chandler. They are truly exceptional!

Wow, what an amazing experience my sister had today!Steven & Serena, provide exceptional customer service, very educated in the industry and had an excellent selection of dresses for a great price!This was the third wedding dress shop we had visited today and am not going to lie was burnt out and at this point had lost hope that we were going to one find a dress and have a great experience. The other two shops weren’t as magical as I had wished my sister would had experience for such a monumental moment in someone’s life.Prior to our appt, Steven asked us so many questions. What dresses we were looking for, information about the bride which was already a good start. Heads up, due to covid, they are only taking appointments and yes they were wearing PPE & yes they had limitations to the guest you could bring (3). Which I would take a cap on guest versus having to do a zoom call like many of the other shops we called.Once we arrived, Steven & Serena focuses all their attention on my sister, made her feel so special. Walked ya through their boutique, educated us, where honest about price, just phenomenal. Once my sister started trying on dresses, they were very attentive to our needs. They did an excellent job of making everyone feel special!They had so many amazing dresses, that it made it difficult to make up our mind on which one was our favorite. But eventually we made our decision and said yes to the dress!! We were all in tears!!Thank you Serena & Steven for making my sister feel like every bride should on their special day, like a princess!** they make all the alterations in house which was such a plus! **

I ordered my Casablanca dress from Yes I Do Bridal and my experience was more than I expected. I had tried on about 15 dresses at 3 other salons but none of them offered the professionalism and care that they did. Not only did they have custom adjustments done for me by contacting Casablanca personally, but they discounted the dress for me too. I ended up moving before the dress came in and they shipped me the dress as soon as it came in. As you can imagine, I was very nervous about this, but if they hadnt done so much to build my trust I wouldnt have allowed for this.When the dress came in, it was absolutely perfect. They took my exact measurements so I wont even need alterations done. I hope you give them a chance and if you dont see exactly what you want, dont be afraid to ask if they can alter a dress to your liking. I am VERY happy with my gown. Its gorgeous!!!

Although I did not buy my wedding dress here, the staff was amazing in helping me with alterations and the cost was amazing for how much work I needed done. I loved that they explained why certain parts had to be taken in a certain way. My dress had a lot of lace, an open back, and a few different fabrics and they madr all the alterations look seamless. They had a quick turn around time too!

Serena and Stephen are AMAZING!!! They were the first shop I shopped at, and really helped make the dresses I tried on look like they fit me so I had a good idea of how they would feel once I had a dress in my size. I had an appointment at another shop that day, and I did not feel the same in any of their dresses. I could not stop thinking about how amazing I felt in the first dress I had tried on at Yes I Do Bridal, so I called Stephen, and Serena so I could go back to their shop and order a dress from them! I cant wait for my dress to come in!

I was feeling pretty defeated when I thought I found my dream dress at another salon and after my seconded appointment I was told the dress could not be altered the way I wanted. I walked down to Yes I Do Bridal with my mom and thought why not We didnt have an appointment but we were greeted and told that there was time for us. I explained to Serena ( the shops owner) what I was looking for and she said I have just the thing She pulled one dress and it was PERFECT!! I stood there in the store for more than 30 minutes not wanting to take it off! I must say that this was the best experience ever and Serena and her Husband were amazing to work with. Serena custom ordered my dress so there would be very little alteration. I would recommed them to anyone I knew who was getting married!

I came to Yes I Do Bridal to get a traditional qipao wedding gown - the only bridal salon in the valley to offer these dresses that I know of. Serena helped me find the perfect dress! They had several styles to choose from, and for these specialty dresses, she had me pick the style I liked and then a fabric and color to make it in. She then would send the order to China to have it made by seamstresses there. In the end I decided to design my own qipao (borrowing the style of one dress, the embroidery of another, etc), and not even this was too hard for Serena! She sat with me and drew exactly what I wanted. Its not every day you get to design your own wedding dress - and for such great value! I was concerned that sending instructions off to China, some details might get lost along the way or I might end up with a cheap dress, like other made in China clothing experiences (like buying a prom dress on ebay), however the dress came back PERFECT: just the way I ordered it, beautiful, strong material, and fitting like a glove. On top of this, Serena included with no extra charge a few minor alterations (as it is important for a qipao to really fit perfectly). I hope that one day I can pass the dress on to my daughter for her wedding. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the salon. The staff were friendly, helpful, and great listeners!

As a new bride and never been dress shopping before, this was traumatizing!I went with my MOH and Bridesmaid. I started to explain what i was looking for andwhat price range I was in. The owners would not listen to what i wanted at all. They put me in a dress that was not me or what i wanted and the style didnt lookgood on me either. Then proceeded to basically tell me how overweight I am, give me a diet plan and hand me a diet coupon. REALLY!From there my friends, left made an apt at Davids Bridal, they did not want me firstexperience to be with Yes I Do because it was awful!Horrible Experience-- I will be spreading the word about this horrible service!

Walked in sometime last year to try to set up and appointment since I was in the area and one lady said I need to call the phone number and followed with We dont have any appointments available anyways. Sorry. with a snarky/snobby attitude. Yeah, Im not going to ever refer this place to anyone I know, thank you.

My zipper still did not close after $60 alterations and I had to go through the entire wedding half zipped. Another bridesmaid had a crooked zipper and one had a crooked hem. On top of being insensitive, they tried to charge me all at once rather than stick to the payment plan we had agreed on. DO NOT take your services here.
