Great Bowling Pro Shop run by a local Pro Cedrick, or I like to call him Dr Cedrick because his vast knowledge of bowling,and customizing balls. I admirably asked him if he has a doctorate in bowling! Cedrick drilled three balls for me, and my sons. In over 55 years of bowling, I have never had a ball the fit so perfectly! His package deals where you can add on a bag and shoes for 40 dollars is a fantastic deal! The bags and shoes are of nice quality and more than worth the price! I highly recommend Cedrick not only for his craftmanship, but because he shows such a great passion for bowling and his customers. His apparent love for the game shows in his eagerness to help his customers with there needs wether it be a new bowling ball, an adjustment or repair to current equipment, or help with their game!

Wow. I went in yesterday and had him drill me up a new ball. He fixed my spam on my ball that was drilled from a previous pro shop and I’m blown away. For the first time in 10 years I’m throwing a ball im comfortable with. 2nd game out of the box 276. My dude here did WONDERS for me. He took the time out of a busy day to watch me throw a few shots and he worked his magic after that!

This summer I went bowling at McRay lanes and it was my first time. A great bowling facility and I also met Cedrick at Strike Zone pro shop. He is what customer service is all about. Not only does he answer questions, but he teaches. I just bought a new ball and he spent 2 hours with me, teaching and helping me make adjustments. If you need a ball, something fixed, lessons, Cedrick is the guy! Thanks for all your help!

I have been going to Cedrick for over 5 yrs now, and hes the best pro shop owner/drill man Ive come across in my 50yrs of bowling in Phx. He takes the time to see exactly what you need, and to help your game. His knowledge of the game is incredible, and he turned an old bowler like me, into a much better bowler, from 195 to a 207! plus (3) 300 games that I never had in my bowling years until I met him. Just want to say first rate service. I recently went to another Pro shop and they performed a ball fitting that was completely wrong for my hand dimensions. Cedric at the strikeout immediately recognized the problem and corrected the issue. Fantastic service!!! Kudos, they are knowledgeable and friendly. He watched me bowl to insure the fit was excellent.

Very honest business! Not only did he talk me into keeping my trusty spare ball (never tried to sell me anything) but he helped me with an amazing cost effective ball fitted perfectly for my game! I have been working with Cedrick a few years now in regards to building and maintaining my bowling arsenal. Called on the phone asked about a 4 lb ball and was rude and aggressive, will never go here when there are other places that are much more friendly. Linds does make a 4,5, and 6lb ball thank you very much.
