I was looking for some special beer and they had exactly what I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices are good but not great as I can usually get the same are better prices at Fry’s.

In response to the owner and to clarify my rating, I found your store to be just fine, but the prices were slightly higher in comparison to your competitors. Nothing against your store, I just like to save money where I can. My rating reflects my experience as just being an ok one, which is what is was for me. It wasnt a terrible experience at all. I did find your employees to be very welcoming too.

Ive been to more professional, courteous, and friendly bevmos before. I dont live in this area, so I wont need to go back to this one again. Ultimately I got what I came in for but it took three tries to actually get the same person to help me. I as the second employee, and he referred me back to the first one because he was busy. It shouldnt have taken that long but the guy didnt want to stop his schmoozing.

Elise at BevMo was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely responsive with my emails and a million questions when ordering our wedding alcohol. She took time to walk with us through the entire store and had great recommendations on quantities and types of alcohol to order. The best part was they were able to deliver to our venue so we did not have to worry about a thing! So amazing to work with! Because, Beer...BevMo offers more than 3000 types of wines, 1500 types of spirits, and 1200 types of beers. Most BevMo! stores cater to the community by having weekly beer and wine tasting for a nominal charge, in line with state law, to any consumer of legal age. Because the vast majority of products within the stores are alcoholic, one must be either over the age of 21 or with an adult over the age of 25 in order to enter the store. The Arizona stores accept unexpired identification from all US states, military IDs, passports and Mexico and Canada IDs.

Found everything but the store was in disarray because they were moving everything around. Staff was friendly& mostly helpful.

My first caviar. Not for the faint of Budget. $60/ oz. What to expect: gelatin consistency vaguely suggestive of tuna taste. Serves about 6 on a cracker. Elegant Halloween party for an intimate gathering if on a budget. Bon appetit!

Nice clean store with wide aisles. It was pretty empty when we went. I was expecting that it would have a similarly-sized wine selection to that of total wine and was surprised at how small their selection was. Prices seemed reasonable.

Its nice, they have a lot of stuff. Never been to one before so I cant compare it to any others. Not as huge a selection as the total wine, but its easier to navigate. No complaints.

I was looking for a banana rum and they helped guide me to the exact section. Very friendly and social.

Convenient, helpful and quick. Some 5 cent wines were out. Bought an different IPA for a Xmas gift.Bevmo is definitely not as overwhelming as Total wine to browse wines, in all honesty.

Oh my goodness. I just had the WORST customer service experience with a Bevmologist named DJ at this location. So trite, and unhelpful in any way. Yikes. Just do yourselves a favor and shop local, small mom and pops. They may not have millions of skus, but at least they speak to you with kindness and show some degree of professionalism. Not to knock on the big guys... still love the helpful team over at Total Wine and Spirits.

I was instantly greeted when I walked in by a young man who was working at the register. He had just finished with a customer. I asked him to help me with an item and he took me right to it got the two cases for me and loaded the cart. I could not have been happier with my experience at this store. Thank you.

BevMo has a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and mixers to choose from, from distilled spirits to wines, including non-alcoholic varieties, which is great for me. I have some health issues which prohibit me from drinking alcohol, but since BevMo also offers a variety of non-alcoholic wines, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and rose, as well as non-alcoholic ginger beer, I feel like I can be part of family meals and celebrations.

Order was wrong. Curb service didnt work. Great acting job ignoring us.

This is my favorite place to buy drinks for the house. They have everything. They also have wine and champagne tasting, so if your not too knowledgeable on those kind of drinks, its a good place to try something before you buy it.. oh, and they have a buy a 2nd bottle for 5 cents deal going on every so often, which is obviously a really great deal.

Great beer selection and they are organized by type so you can ship the beers you like easier.

Had to buy beer and wine for a wedding. Knew beer but needed help with wine. After listening to our wine taste preferences, the store manager brought us back for a tasting for the ones she recomened for our budget. She nailed the selection - great wines for a great price. Wedding guests loved them.

Terrible management and customer service at the location! Don’t show up in your gym clothes if purchasing any of the higher end spirits that are locked in the glass cabinets. The manager will show up to “assist” 5 minutes or longer after the request has been made for the glass cabinet to be open. Then after waiting and waisting your time, you will feel like you are inconveniencing the individual who came to help. The manager will not allow you to take an item you are purchasing to the register on your own after making your selection, even if you were making additional selections on other items. After you had selected your higher end bottle, the manager would carry it around the store while following you to see what other items you were choosing. Not for the reasons of good customer service, but for the assumption you are attempting to commit theft as he stayed approximately 10 to 15 feet behind me the entire time while I was walking through the isles. The individual whom I’ve dealt with was extremely rude, could not answer any questions with respect to taste notes or even make suggestions when described what I was looking for. I will never go back to that location or BevMo in general again!

Nice location, plenty of selection and great prices if you are a BevCo member. Had plenty of liquor options from regular to high end. Also offered mixes and snack options in the store as well!

Wow, incredible deals on some wine brands here if you are willing to sign up via text to their club. My wife is from Thailand and I found her 2 different beers from there. Excellent helpful staff here - Best in class. I will return when I am ready to gift again.

We have been here many times. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. The prices are good and you cant beat nickel wine except with a 20% off coupon which makes it four penny wine!😛🍷

I wish they had a better beer selection, also some of the special liquors, that they used to carry, used to be great, now the competition is surpassing them.

They have just about every adult beverage you could want here. Its been my experience (at least at this store) that evenings and weekends there are very knowledgeable people working.

They have an extensive offering of craft beers. You cannot beat their five cent wine sale. But to my surprise their selection of cigars is quite nice too.
