They’re super helpful and the owner is awesome. I came in for a cologne and they didn’t have one in the scent I wanted so he made one for me and gave me a tour of the process. I highly recommend this place for all your shaving needs.

This place was awesome. I visited for the first time earlier today and had a great experience with Cory. Only stopped by for some razor blades but left with a sample bar of their face soap and shampoo. The shampoo was fantastic, having on average 3mm of hair on my head I couldnt imagine actually utilizing it but Ill definitely be back to buy a couple things next round. I havent found a product I dont love! If youre unsure about the shave soap scents try the sample pack. I found that some scents that are really great that I was unsure of getting a large tin of, and most of them are vegan 😍. My favorites so far are sandalwood and barbershopRecently got the shampoo bar, its awesome for travel & the locker room. Ive been pretty put off by the overpowering scent of commercial products and WSP products have always had a natural scent and ingredients I can pronounce and feel good about putting on my body.

I have been using their products for over 2 years now. All the scents are so vibrant and refreshing. The soaps, aftershave tonics, and colognes are out of this world. The shaving soap quality is amazing. I even use the hair products too! Dont hesitate to purchase anything from this company. Oh yeah the customer service is top notch!

Maybe the only resource of its kind in the metro area that has a showroom you can walk in and visit. Fantastic customer service on the phone and in person from Cory. Ill be back again for sure.

Visited the store front and was helped by Cory. Great guy and very helpful with product recommendations. He even whipped up a to order batch of Ol Kentucky aftershave splash when there wasnt any immediately available. Heck, he also provided some great dining recommendations in the area. Definitely will be back the next time we are in Chandler.

Just left this place and they gained a customer for life. Hands down best shaving/beard maintenance store Ive been to. Everything is exceptionally reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay a fortune but was pleasantly surprised that was not the case at all. Love that its local and everything is made right there. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Got a great gift out of the trip and will definitely recommend to others.

I learned about this company from my brother. I owe him big for the recommendation! Every product is great. I have not found a scent that I do not like. Very friendly place to walk into, small store front in the room in front of their production space. Very helpful front desk person, answered my questions and sent me with quite a few sample bath soaps to try out. Will be sending my girl the link to the place when shes asks about what I want for Christmas!

After having trouble deciding on a scent through the site I went in to the store where Jordan was very helpful in allowing me to smell some of the beard oil options. After I decided on my scents he helped me determine what I needed for my beard care. Very helpful person and I really like the products! Got a couple oils and a shampoo bar.

I absolutely love this place. Walking into the show room is an experience in itself. Perfectly sized to showcase their handcrafted products, it doesnt disappoint. Always friendly and not pushy, staff is ready to answer any and all questions. The production room is on site and in the back. You can tell the entire staff is truly invested in what they have to offer; Lee, the owner, along with his crew have really set the industry bar for excellence.

So glad I took the extra time to look for a better place than the art of shaving! Got a straight razor for 50 bucks here instead of paying triple at art of shaving. I will definitely be back!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgable of thier great products. For me, that kind of customer service will keep me coming back becasue I want to give them my busness. I have only used their beard products and body soaps. I cant say enough good things about them. They have a wide variety of scents to choose from. WSP is a great product that you should check out.

By far, and Ive tried many over the past ten years, the best shaving soap out there. Lee gives great service, responds to your questions and backs up his products. I cannot recommend anything more.

Ive been using Wet Shaving Products for a couple of months now and needless to say I will continue using thier products for years to come. I love the Mahogany scent beard oil, that is my favorite. I have also used the Black amber which is great too. What I like is that it doesnt leave your hands all oily like most other beard oils do. The beard balm is great, leaving your beard super shiny and soft,easy to comb through. The staff is great there,very friendly and helpful!!

A good company unless you dislike a product and return it. BEWARE they charge a 30% return fee. I returned a Stubby Dense High Mountain White shaving brush that was just too scratchy for a High Mountain bristle brush and was charged $51 not including the separate return shipping fee.

Stopped by thier chandler store today- (i dont have a beard ) LOL ..but my hubby does :) i was greeted by Cory who was the NICEST guy! He was funny & super duper nice! I picked out barbershop scent beard balm for the hubs and he sent me on my way with some samples for him & even a girly sample for myself :) Shop local! awesome little place!!! Top notch service!!

I found myself in the position of suddenly needing a straight razor. Upon seeing the stellar reviews of Wet Shaving Products, I thought this establishment would not only be a safe bet, but the place of business would be one Id gladly return to.Sadly, I was mistaken.You see, my wife had just started a new job at a barber shop chain but had been unable to acquire her own straight razor. We literally just came back from our honeymoon, and, my wife being as productive as she is, went straight to work the same afternoon we flew back into town.When I realized she still needed a razor, I looked on Google Maps for any kind of hair cutting supply store. CosmoProf and Sallys carry straight razors, true, and the latter carries them cheap, but I wanted something that would serve as both a congratulatory sentiment to my hard working wife and a testament to the quality of her work. I ended up going with Wet Shaving Products and splurged on the nicest straight razor they had available.I was informed that they had a no refund policy, but I was also told it is was an extremely high quality product and refunds would be unnecessary.After I dropped off the straight razor with my wife, I went about my day. When she got off work, she told me that her shop heavily preferred razors with disposable blades, which was not what I had purchased from WSP.I called Wet Shaving Products the following day and was told by the part-time employee who sold me the razor that, unfortunately, I could still only bring the product back for store credit or an exchange. I was slightly upset, but, at the time, there was no real wrongdoing on the part of WSP, so I just told myself Id come back for some beard care products soon.I related this story to my coworkers, retrieving the straight razor from my car to show what I was talking about.As I was removing the razor from the small box it comes in, the little rivets that held the handle together broke.I couldnt believe it.I immediately stopped trying to remove the razor from the packaging and slide it back into the very tight fit of the box, and the handle had started to completely fall apart.Then, the razor cut my finger.Luckily, Ive had my share of blue collar jobs, giving me tougher hands than most, so I didnt bleed very much.In any case, I thought this development, the broken product, might warrant a different response from Wet Shaving Products to my situation. I then messaged WSP through Facebook and explained it all again, adding the part about the overly tight packaging possibly contributing to the quick product breakdown and my injured hand. You know what their response was?Sorry to hear that. Please bring it back for a store credit.It was the kind of flat, robotic response youd expect from Walmart customer service or something.Annoyed, I told them my confidence in their product was now shaken to the point where I could only be satisfied by a refund.Its been a week and they left my last message on Read, which is why I felt compelled to write a review.Its bad enough that the initial display razor I was shown, the same model as the one I purchased, was broken as well, leaving me to believe they simply produce bad quality razors.What really bugs me is their lack of empathy and flexibility in policies, especially for a smaller shop.Not to mention, if this razor had broken while my wife was using it on a client, it could have ended very badly for everyone.Im sad to say I wouldnt recommend Wet Shaving Products to anyone.UPDATE:As you can see below, these razors are only worth $15 by the owners admission, yet the razor I purchased cost nearly $50 after taxes.The company clearly imposes a strict return and exchange policy due to this markup and poor product quality.Truly a shame.

Its not often people post positive reviews, but when multiple people do, the business is doing something right. After days of searching for some new things for shaving, I chose WSP. They even offer a discount for first responders and military, which is awesome to see. I ordered shaving soap and an aftershave from them and was so excited to try them out that I went and shaved not long after opening the package. My job requires me to be clean shaven, and as much as I want their products to last, Im hoping they wont just so I can try other products they have. They also sent a small bar of soap that appears hand made/cut, and smells awesome; just like the rest of the stuff I bought. My next purchase will include some preshave.Definitely worth the money in the quality alone.
