Very good service and prices profecionals

The 4.8 stars are a complete understatement and this place deserves 10 stars. These guys are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve worked on my work truck everytime it needed anything. They’ve also recently worked on my personal vehicle and did an outstanding job. They never try to just sell something to get an extra buck, they are honest and do what is needed.

As a female it’s extremely hard to find a mechanic that will keep things honest with you and not Price gouge you!! Well I can promise you that they are more than fair they squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday when nobody else would take me they came in cheaper than even people that were willing to come out and do it for me on the side because my damage had gone into my rotors on my back brakes and I need a new brake pads on the rear as well as an oil change a full synthetic the total cost was $400 everywhere else I called I did not find both services being able to be performed with the Rotors under $720 I would say that is more than fair!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would across-the-board thank you very much work and fitting me in last minute it’s always a pleasure doing business with you!!!!!

These guys are amazing! We took our truck to a different mechanic to have the DEF system checked out per the engine light and the error message associated. The diagnosis alone would have cost me more than chandler and auto & tires whole service! They were quickly able to diagnose the problem and they had the part later on the same day! They got it changed within 20 minutes and we were on our way! Here they are honest and reasonably priced and they do a fantastic job! It’s not the first time we’ve come to these guys even though they’re almost an hour away from us. We are never disappointed! Thank you Chandler Auto & Tire!!

Must go and talk to Dustin. Him and his crew are great honest people. Been there 3 times and they have made sure I leave with my car perfect. They wont upsell you and they will always tell you exactly whats going on and what they recommend. At the end of the day its your car to make decisions about but they are not the people to push you to do something you dont want to do. Seems to be a good business. I have had two experiences with them, for the first one, there was a screw in my cars tire and they fixed it for free and also installed a new battery provided by me for free. On the second occasions, my wheels needed alignment and they did a good job on time. So far, very happy with Chandler Auto and Tire and will continue to give them my business.

My coolant started leaking on Tuesday so I called that day and they were able to get me in the very next day. Dustin and the staff there are very friendly, professional, and most importantly HONEST!

Dustin and the crew did not give up until they found the main problem on my car! Accidentally happened upon this diamond in the rough. Was looking for a place that took Groupon. My GPS directed me here. Hmm. Talked to Brett a bit about an oil change. Seemed to know his stuff and I felt good about his honesty. Because I didnt want to drive around the city anymore, I handed over my sisters car (borrowing for the week.) They got it in and out in record time! Later in my trip, I ran over a chunk of metal on the freeway. Popped back in to ask if they could look for any damage. They looked so busy. Small parking lot was filled. They opened up a bay, got my car up there, assessed the issues, (minimal, thank heaven!) repaired in 5 minutes, handed me the keys with no charge. Another customer in the waiting room said she moved out of the area but always comes back to this shop because of their customer service and quality. If I lived here, I would too! But, they still have a new customer because my sister who lives 25 minutes away is now theirs.

Friendly and honest mechanics, took my 2003 expedition to get an alignment. They inspected it and gave me a full report of its condition as well as only taking the afternoon to finish the alignment. Will use them again in the future

These guys really care! They really went the extra mile for me in diagnosing and fixing my car issues. Never once tried to pressure me or fix anything that didnt need replacing. Dustin at the front was super nice and understanding. I highly recommend these guys.

The Best

Nice staff and quick work, but they did not balance my tires correctly. Before leaving on a trip, I had a set of tires mounted & balanced. I noticed the next day at 65mph a terrible shake. I was already on my trip and had to deal with this for 2 weeks. Being a local shop, I couldn’t get it fixed on the road, so I had to go to Discount Tire. They told me each wheel was 5-7oz out of balance. I now had to pay twice to get these balanced. Very unfortunate but lucky Discount fixed the problem.

Brett and Dustin are a terrific team. I have NEVER had anything I brought-in that they were unable to successfully fix at a fair price. The employees are courteous and well-trained. They maintain new equipment and consistently upgrade their electronics to new model years as needed and have mostly all Snap-on equipment (can’t argue with Snap-on).

Justin is a great dude. Super quick service at a reasonable price.

These guys are top notch. Ive been there a few times for an emergency tire repair and they do whatever they can to take care of it as soon as possible. They truly care about their customers.

Took my 08 Tacoma in for a noise coming from the front end before taking my kids hunting up North. Needed new control arm bushings. While they were in there they located another problem with some aftermarket rotors. They were out of spec, not tightening up to the hub and clunking each time the vehicle changed its direction of travel. They installed new rotors and the noise went away as did the over travel. Took the other rotors back and got a refund. Thank you, Brett and Dustin, you went above and beyond. I know that my familys safety is your primary concern.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT WORK. I am a bit picky seeing how my step dad is a mechanic and significant other is as well, but when I moved and didnt have either to help with my car anymore I found Chandler Auto and Tire.. After felling like I was taken advantage of elsewhere. I was skeptic but they where so helpful, honest, quick, and made me feel like I was going to a mom and pop place. No charge for consults either!

I just went into the Chandler Tire Factory for the first time today to get a used tire put on my car. I decided on CTF because the representative Joe quoted me the lowest price among the used tire shops of $25 plus the reviews were very favorable for this company. I was happy with the speed and service up until the point where Joe scanned my debit card for payment and handed me a receipt that said I was charged $35. I asked him why it said $35 vs. the $25 I was quoted and he said that he never quoted me that price, that he had said $35 all along. I asked for a manager and had to listen to Joe basically call me a liar to the manager. The manager did refund me $10 begrudgingly but was very short and abrupt about it. Not that I would pay more than $30 for a used tire anyway, but I really would have been impressed by management and the business had the treatment been better towards me following the misinformation delivered by the employee Joe. I will NOT be returning to this location because not only is that too high a price to pay for a used tire, but also as a consumer I would have liked the situation handled differently. Not that I am discouraging anybody from going to this business, but I would greatly suggest double checking or even triple checking the cost of service before paying to ensure that you arent being overcharged too.

My little sister went in there with a flat and they took care of her. They were honest, which is not common for a tire shop. Props to them.

I was told over the phone that an oil change would be 34.99 (which is true) . At the end the total came out to 61.99 because they changed out the air filter without asking me. What’s crazy about that is that I just got done replacing the air filter before coming in for the oil change.

What a GEM to find last minute on a tuesday morning. Dropped my car off without an appointment at 830 and was done before 10. You can tell they really do take pride in their work, they will be my new go-to company for auto work.
