This was the best experience I have EVER had purchasing tires. Nick and his team were so prepared and kind. I had an appointment at 8am for new tires on both my truck and my trailer. They clearly had communicated that I was coming. As soon as I arrived someone came to me to tell me where to park. Nick made sure all my tires, including spares, were road ready, aired and in good condition. He checked all my sensors and overall went above and beyond. The tire guys that worked on my truck and trailer were amazing! I got 8 new tires and was out of there in less than an hour and a half. I will drive back to this location, which is not the closest to me, just due to the customer service. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this location.

I came in for air, and the employee was very nice. I have never had a bad experience at Discount Tire.

They should change how they do warranty customers. We also buy new tires and warranty whn a problem with 1 tire they should fix and let warranty customers go on way. It makes customers keep buying new tires in future and warranties. They made me wait 3hrs for a 20min fix. And 4 new customers on there way before old existing customer with warranty was fixed. There has to be a change. And manage problem if it can be a easy fix for existing warranty customers so they will be satisfied to even come back to buy more tires.

This is the 3rd time Ive had the pleasure to visit Discount Tire on 1677 W Chandler Blvd, in Chandler, AZ. The salesman, Nick, was super friendly and understood my special needs. He kept checking back with me during the process of having my motorhome tires balanced plus changing out all the valve stems on all six tires. The technician, Daelin, was diligent, knowledgeable, and very detailed to insure all new stems were properly installed and not leaking. I totally expected to see a charge for the additional work of changing the valve stems but the when I picked up my vehicle, the charge was $0. Incredible place. Thank you!

I needed a tire replaced. They found a and removed nail in another tire (thankfully, it didnt puncture!) Nick was knowledgeable and efficient - didnt spend more time than needed selling me on anything. Got me in, completed the replacement well before the promise time, and got me on my way. I just had to say something. I am a long long time customer, bought many sets of tires for a few vehicles. For a rotate and balance I usually just go in and wait my turn. This company has always been great to me! This one especially has a unbelievably friendly staff. I had made a 2:30 appointment but came in thirty minutes early to hopefully get in and out sooner. They got me right in as soon as they could around 2:10.Nick Hamlin ( SR AM), the guy who greeted me upon walking in made me smile and not miserable for having to get my tire patched. This gentleman made the experience great for me. While waiting outside and in the lobby I overheard multiple staff members great people with a kind and welcoming manner.Thank you Discount Tire! If I could give this place ten stars, I would. We needed to get a tire repaired for my elderly mother after a competitor had tried to take serious advantage of her in a way that left her significantly distressed. At Discount Tire we were treated to exemplary customer service from start to finish- each associate I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my mom felt heard, respected, and that she could trust that they were dealing with her honestly- without even knowing what she’d been subjected to at “the other place.” Just genuinely good people, who genuinely seem invested in doing the best job they can for their customers; instead of thinly veiled threats of catastrophic failure and meaningless jargon, Discount Tire took the time to walk my mom through every step of their evaluation and explained exactly what her options would be without any nonsense, condescension or fear-mongering. The other place told my mom that it would be impossible to repair the tire, and that she had no choice, but to pay them to replace all four tires at a cost of 1200$. Discount Tire patched the hole at no cost, and sent her on her way. I can assure you, when we do replace her tires, we will not go anywhere else. When I replace my tires, I will not go anywhere else. Nor will my partner, or my sister, or ANY OTHER PERSON that I have an opportunity to rave to about the service we received. Our experience with this location has made an entire family of devoted, lifelong customers, and we drive. A lot. Very well done.

I had gone in for a low air tire warning light and the tech check the tire and saw a nail so they took it out and plugged the hole but the he had paid enough attention to the wear of my tire tread which was deep on the inside and advised me of it to get an alignment and I needed some tires bad. Well I left and got an alignment but b4 I could it was discovered I needed new ball joints and a wheel bearing, All because this tech noticed an uneven wear So I went to the website and looked at what discounts were offered on tires and they so happened to have an $80 rebate on Nitto, the same brand I use. So I went back to this store and met up with Bill who worked with me to get my tires that had worn out pro rated for a discount on my tires and got me two rebates so basically only have to pay for 2 tires and installation!!!! In the hard times the economy is suffering due to the virus, this was so greatly appreciated! Thank you Mr. Bill. ! So they put the Nitto Motivo s on and they are absolutely awesome tires. Great handling and super quiet. The tech that installed them was super careful on mounting them and not scratching the rims. Great job.Shop was well organized and clean. They were taken all necessary precautions in disinfectant within the shop.Ill definitely come back when tires are needed. Kudos !

Arrived at 7:45 am, doors opened promptly at 8 am. I did not have an appt so I figured Id have to leave my car. Konnor helped me, checked my tires, pulled it in bay. Went over tread depth- I knew I needed two new tires already, plus the one fixed or replaced if they could not fix. He quoted me cost of 2 new ones, I paid. Vehicle was ready by 8:20 am. Steller service.

Waiting forever on hold. Told them what tire needed to be patched as if the screw in the rear driver tire wasn’t hint enough. Get a call saying they forgot what tire needs to be repaired because all tires reading 45 psi. This location is a joke. My appointment was at 9:45 and I get a call an hour later. Poor poor poor.

Had to wait 2 hours when the shop was half empty.Took my tire went down the road to a mom and pop ( gala biz)10min all done.

They were wonderful! Kind, courteous, and truthful. You dont see many businesses like Discount Tire in Chandler nowadays. Told us that our tire that had a flat was unsafe because it was shredded on the inside, and they gave us a warranty for everything that is applicable for our new tire and signed us up for financing when we are currently in a tight spot. Thank you Raul and the gentlemen there! We wont forget it!

I feel as though I have been sized up and then dupped by being forced to pay for more expenses tires then what I had origionally planned and had picked out, prior to coming into the store.On a particular Friday afternoon, I picked out a set of Inexpensive tires that I was interested in purchasing and having installed on my truck. Unfortunately, I was told the tires we not in stock at any store and I would have to wait for them to be delivered. At that point, I asked for more time to make a decision because I needed tires now!!! So, I went and sat down and upon searching deeper on their website, I found an even better deal for myself and better option as far as performance and safety were concerned and headed back to the counter and AGAIN, was told that tire wasnt in stock and they would have to be ordered but not to fret, they could be shipped asap, maybe even next day. FINE! I PUT $100 deposit on them and went home to wait for them to call. SATURDAY PASSED, WITH NO CALL, MONDAY AND TUESDAY AS WELL. BY WEDNESDAY I WAS BECOMMING QUITE DISTURBED! I picked up my phone and gave them a call to see if the tires were in yet. I was put on hold for a bit, and they came back on the line only to tell me that they are not in yet and that the tires are currently en-route, but have only made it as far as North Carolina at this point. WHAAAAAT? I was starting to feel as though someone might be yanking my chain a little bit by this point. I mean, are my tires traveling by a very slow horse and buggy or what? I explained to them I couldnt possibly be expected to wait any longer as this was my only means of transportation and it was imperative that I had new tires before driving on the old ones, and that it would be dangerous to do so. They then told me they maaaaay be able to find me something in stock that they could get me into same day, and I began to see hope once again until they told me that was at the tune of being $100 over budget. But for my troubles, they could do a little adjusting and I would ONLY have to pay $79.00 over my budget! WOW!! Grrrrrrrrrr!! I was desperate, a single woman, disabled, and perfect opportunity for someone to make money off of. And almost the last vehicle to be tended to of the day (was there for 3 hours). No one told me about my new tires, explained what was included, etc., etc. Just slapped them on and when my vehicle pulled up, they called my name and it wasnt until I said thank you, did I get thanked for letting them pull more money put of me so cleverly. I can almost bet my tires were never even ordered, because they new I would be calling asking what the hold up was and be desperate at that point to be open to a more expensive tire than what I had budgeted for, even though they knew I was on a budget from the get go. But who am I? Just a desperate, single, disabled woman on a budget. Cha ching!!! Smooth as butter.My determination: Heartless, rather than hero! I mean is there just ONE business out there anymore that still has your back and best interests concerned? I dont know, I think would have much rather been remembered as hero and have the confidence that they would return to me someday in the future, as well as told their friends and family about my courtesy and service, as well as for putting a genuine smile on someones face for my honest business and genuine concern. But thats just me. And who am I?

Discount tire on Chandler boulevard in Chandler. Heard that they fill your tires for free. I was very surprised at the service to get my tires filled with air. I pulled up under a canopy and I was greeted by a friendly, helpful guy who used an air hose that was hooked up to a machine that read my tire pressure before and after. He did all four as I sat in the car with the ac on. It was about 110 degrees but it didnt seem to phase him. He gave me a sheet that had info on it about my tires. He asked if I had any concerns about my tires. I asked him to check one cause I had scuffed it by a curb and didnt know if it had done any damage I couldnt see. He could of lied and said I needed a new tire but was honest and after checking it thoroughly, said it looks fine!I want to say it was refreshing to get a free service plus a very helpful, honest person. All the workers were hustling at their work in 110 degree heat. Kudos to their professionalism and hard work 👏 AND having a good attitude. Hard to find these days! Thank you Discount Tire. I have had only positive experiences at any Discount Tire.

This place was amazing! I was able to call in early Saturday morning and they got me in within 30 minutes and I was out by 45 minutes. I was really impressed with the crew that works there everybody was hustling and some people were even running out to get the vehicles so they can hurry up and turned them around. Everyone there was extremely professional and nice and I really appreciated all their efforts

So we all know discount does a great job. This location is better than most. They hate to see people waiting. This will be my tire place forever. Nice job guys!

I went in for a simple tire rotation that they said would take 45 minutes. They quickly got the job done. I thought awesome they did great here. But they stripped my lug and stud on one of the hubs. They sent me to brakes plus to fix my repairs free. Which of course they have to. The negative thing about it, is I took off work for an hour. It has now been a little over 2 hours and Im still waiting for my car to be fixed. Moral of what Im saying is, dont rush to get a job finished. Do the job properly with quality service in mind and you wont get negative reviews.

Unhappy with service at 1677 W Chandler blvd location. Had new tires installed, had to return twice as the low tire pressure light came on twice. Initially was told might need new sensors, which didnt make sense as I had no issues with them before I came to Discount. Finally resolved, but had to miss important appointment which shouldnt have happened if better quality control before returning car to me.

Went to have a slow leak fixed on my new Ram truck. Employees were nice enough and very helpful. The only issue I have is if you are having a tire fixed dont you think that they would make sure all tires were at the correct pressure. They let me leave with the other 3 tires 5 pounds low. Not a safe way to have people leave a tire shop. Otherwise service was fine.

Great experience. I made an appointment online which got me in more quickly. Everything was covid friendly. They were fast and efficient at replacing my tires. They have you pull in to the bays yourself now when it is your turn which is different. You pull out yourself when done as well.

I was fortunate enough to be able to make an appointment ahead of time and had all four new tires, and an amazing price, put on in very short period of time.The staff was friendly, and I felt safe with all of the procedures in how they are handling and helping their customers stay safe on the road and also safe with any potential exposure to covid.

I made an appointment for 3:15pm. They took me in on time and were quick. Not only did they check the tire I was having problems with, they checked each tire also. Nothing was found but my warning light kept signaling a problem with the back passenger tire. They changed out the gage, free of charge and my warning light went out. I left before 4pm, great service and a job well done.

I have been taking my 3 vehicles here for 7 years, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone at this location is awesome, they are always busy, but they never lack in customer service. Today I went for an air pressure check and was blown away at the service. Sebastian was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he took to explain my tire life to me!

Purchased a used A4 and it felt a little wobbly on right side. Came in for a road balance and asked for them to check rim. They balanced tires and confirmed there was a bent rim. I was in and out within 20 mins. Super efficient and helpful. The car actually feels much better even with bent rim. I’ll be back when I replace rim and need a new set of tires.

Superstars working here. I just came from another discount in awatukee had a massive nail in the front right tire and they fixed it. As I head I apparently got a screw in another tire and have to pull into this discount as it is the closet now. I tell em what happened to me and they got it fixed within 30 minutes, Im back in the road and on-time to pick up my daughter. You guys here are awesome and thanks for getting me done so quick even if ya just felt bad for me.

Horrible service!!Will never go back to them again. Bought $1400 worth 4 tires from them, go back for rotation and the guys have no sense how to be talk nicely to customers and be courteous. This has happened twice.Bought extra warranty from them and also have a 50K warranty on the tires. In 18K the tires are down to 4/32nd so need to be replaced. They put all blame on me that I didnt get them rotated.Discount tire extra insurance certificate is a scam and these guys need some customer service and etiquette training.

Then, when i went to pick up my vehicle they were rude and had also broken my wheel stud, not apologizing. I needed to replace my trucks tires so I found discount tires. They gave me the best price on the selected tires, their service is fantastic, I could work from there using their WiFi. After a day my tpms light started to blink and then it was on. I went there, they found a broken tpms sensor and replaced it without asking for free saying that they broke it most probably during the tire change. It happens to every professional, but taking responsibility is something else. From now on they are my preferred place for tires. They are professional, they are available and provide the best price. Perfect!

I always considered discount reasonably priced until today. I stopped in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Quoted $225. Thats right folks! Went across the street and had it done for $80. I understand business is in business to make money, but why rip people off.
