Disappointed that it took them 6 days past promised date which is my main vehicle and was charged an extra 100 for rhino job extended cage without letting me know upfront. Also pointed out a couple of small dings to body man yet left them and painted anyway. The truck looks much better and price was best quote but found orange peel and a few runs . I would use them again but make sure all items covered upfront.

I just recently had them color match my truck. The paint looks excellent!!!! They also installed an aftermarket grill and also painted that to match the truck.Timing wasn’t an issue once you understand how hard it is to get the parts due to the whole shortage due to Covid…. Word of advice, try to buy the parts you need while your waiting to take your vehicle in so that you have them there and ready to go.If they order them there, it could take weeks to get them and worst case scenario months if it’s something like a door.Thanks again guys! I will be seeing you soon with another vehicle!

Had them paint my sons car and there is alot of paint runs and area where they didnt do a good at sanding or cleaning before painting. Found alot of rough areas.

Was really happy how my truck camper turned out. They matched the paint and got it done in a couple days. At first there was a small blemish when someone may have bumped it. Maaco tried to touch it up but also offered to repaint the camper. After a few days I did end up taking it back and got it repainted right away. Things happen but how they took care of it was great service. I would recommend them.

We have taken 3 vehicles here for repairs and the work is top notch! Staff is friendly and good at explaining repairs. They dealt with our insurance company so we didnt have to. My only negative is the work takes longer than they estimate, but thats not always their fault. Parts are often to blame. I would highly recommend Maaco!

Had my truck for a full week, and did nothing. They claimed they heard nothing from the insurance company, in which the insurance company said they did. I called and asked the time estimate, and they told me they never started. No communication to me about updates, just let it sit. I contacted my insurance, and they claimed they did. Maaco said they need to talk to the owner, and will call me back in a minute. Waited an hour, and called them back and was told they didnt have time. They would call me back in another minute again. 20 minutes later, I was told they werent contacted, and if they can have the report # again. They had this in an email, hand written, and in the computer. So I decided to take it else where. I contacted my insurance company again and they verified they sent all documents to them. Came to pick it up, and waited in an empty lobby for over 25 minutes(and they can check the camera). Another guy came walking in, and I was passed up, so he can help this other man. He turned to me and I told him I wanted my keys and walked out of there. Very unprofessional, and recommend to shop elsewhere. They do have good prices, but its not worth the extra week of work it cost me for not having me truck.

This is an excellent location and I would highly recommend it to others. I waited a year before writing a review to see how the work held up against the elements.We settled on a price that was a about third of what i was quoted from another body shop. I did not want a factory paint job that would cost nearly the blue book of the vehicle itself, but I wanted something more than an enamel job.I went with the intermediate package (poly with an integrated clear). My car, a 2010 Civic, had been sun bleached from a few years of uncovered parking in the AZ summers.It added value to my vehicle and my sense of ownership. They banged out a few dents and also installed a door handle that had been dinged hard enough to be rendered non functional.These photos I took yesterday after washing and waxing. The paint is a year old and still holding up. There is the small, errant chip along the front bumper that a separate clear coat would likely prevent, but again - the value from the job I had done is the best value Ive found in auto body.Maaco offers different tiers of service to fit your situation rather than restoring everything to factory level. This location also exceeded my expectations for quality and reversed my opinion of Maaco (had a bad job done over a decade ago). I wouldnt go to any other location personally.

I had my Fiancé pride & joy, 2008 Nissan Titan Painted for a Surprise Birthday present...Ryan did a quick & thorough estimate & gave us all great options & it ended up costing LESS than original quote. Travis told us in advance of time frame & It was done a day earlier! It looked AMAZING!! Such great & quality work. I almost Started crying when I first saw it! Knowing how special this truck was to my fiancé.. it looked beyond what I expected. SO BEAUTIFUL!! My Fiancé was Speechless when he saw it 😁 He said “ It Looks As Beautiful as the day I got it!” We couldn’t be more pleased w/the paint job the guys did & Definitely recommend taking your vehicle there♥️♥️♥️

I had my truck repainted the same original color. It was returned to me with overspay on the dashboard of my car, white film from sanding or something inside the car and in the air vents on the dash board, Overspray on plastic on the outside of the car, Overspray on the driver side window, sand and water on the inside of the bottom headlight enclosure and some odd film that wont wipe off (these were brand new), parts of the edge of the hood not painted, chips in the paint. At first, all I get are excuses for the these items and an attitude that they shouldnt have to fix most if it. They did tried to clean up most of the surface sanding dust/overspray that they could, but couldnt get it all. They refused to try and clean out the vents. The new bottom headlights may now need to be replaced. The plastic at the bottom of the windshield and hood will have to be replaced. They brushed on paint for the spots that they missed on the hood, fender and upper corner of the cab. Its difficult because overall, the paint job seems good, but the excuses or unwillingness to clean up the mess and now parts that Im just expected to replace is frustrating. Definitely not the shop if detail is important.4/421 Now after looking more the next day after taking the truck home, Im noticing even more of some sort of white film and spray in the crevasses of the seat, on the seat belt, on the front of the seat. They did not tape off the interior properly when they were working on the truck and then refused to actually clean it up. So frustrating on how our sales guy Ryan, just kept making excuses and kept saying that it couldnt be them even though they were the only ones with the truck and it wasnt given them like this. I have had several vehicles fixed at body shops over the years, I have never had one return a vehicle that didnt clean up their mess or not take responsibility for the damage they caused.4/13/21 I reached out to Customer service. Left a detailed list of items with someone (not a voice recording). I was told I would receive a call back and after a week, I have heard nothing. I now have new paint cracking on the roof of my truck. I will take it back in and see if they are willing to fix that.

They told me about a week, after 10 days they hadnt started, they said they called when it was done, but I checked all my machines and there were no messages. I didnt receive a call. They took the mats out, both front and back, to vacuum after they where done but they didnt return them. Ill have to go back down there to get them, hopefully they havent tossed them. The workmanship was good and I was glad to finally get my truck back.

Took 3 weeks longer than what was told very disappointing on how my truck turned out even though I spent 3000 dollars on just minor parking lot dents and dings and a respray of original color no jams

Excellent shop with great customer service and no B.S.! Travis and his guys got my car turned around really quickly, and came out looking really good at an awesome price! On top of that, I managed to lock my keys in my trailer when I went to pick up the car. Travis took the time (and a few extra UV rays in the hot sun) to help me get the door unlocked and get me on my way. Im definitely not happy with this service I took my truck to this location and it turned out to be a mess . Interior has paint spots and foot prints all over my seats . Paint dripping markers on outside and some other things as well .

I had a portion of my 12 year old Toyota Camry painted. First I went to a highly rated auto paint shop in Mesa...and his quote was nearly $2,000. Then I went to Maaco in Chandler & the quote was only $438! So I went with Maaco considering the dramatic cost savings. I worried the quality would be poor with such a price difference...but HOW WRONG I WAS!!! My wife & walked up to the car sitting outside in the sun (which shows any flaws) and it looked absolutely perfect. 3 coats of color & 2 coats of clear. The paint matched my 12 year old car’s original paint perfectly. The newly painted panels were indistinguishable from the original panels from the factory. 100% satisfied! Not to mention that I also saved $1,562!!! That’s equivalent to 2 round-trip plane tickets to Hawaii. I already booked the flights, we’ll be going in August. Thanks Maaco!

Go somewhere else! I paid $1300 for paint and clear coat which is a lot of money to begin with. I sanded the rock chips on my hood and removed my bumper and other misc parts to ensure a better paint job. As you can see I rated them 1 star based on the quality of my paint job and their terrible customer service. The paint job itself was a 3/10. There were areas that received no paint and areas that had dirt, dust and bubbles in the paint and clear coat.. I even found brush strokes in the paint from a brush or rag. Every single part on my vehicle including tires, rims, headlights, grill, etc had paint overspray on them. They ran the orbital sander over my windows and chrome bumper producing ugly scratches and swirls which will never come out. I immediately told the owner(Travis) I want it repainted(me trying to be nice) and he refused and told me this is what I get for $1300. I was forced to pay in order to get my vehicle back and they left notes saying to repaint hood and ‘touch up’ other areas. The manager even said I shouldn’t have paid that much. Since I needed more than just a paint job at this point due their poor workmanship I contacted my insurance to see what their thoughts were and the collision expert demanded I file a claim against them and not to let them touch my vehicle again. I just want my money back to replace the parts they ruined(I’ll remove this review and drop the lawsuit.) If not I’m going to proceed with the insurance claim and lawsuit against them.

They did a great job painting my son’s first car on their lowest price package. Great service and value for the money. I was quoted two to three times as much on other shops.

Unfortunately I have to leave this shop a 1 star review because this is the only way to hold them somewhat accountable after paying them. Ive used this shop twice now. The first time was a fine experience. I had some scratches and a dent on my hood that I needed fixed. They offered the best rate, and the quality of work ended up being solid. Because of this experience, I came back when I needed some work done on my rear bumper. The work on the bumper turned out fine, however I had some other issues after the repair was completed. The day I picked up the car, I took it to work, and on my way I noticed marks on the steering wheel that werent there before I dropped off my car. That day I brought it back, and Travis used some acetone to clean it off for me.A couple days later, I noticed more marks on the interior of my car. More on the steering wheel, the interior driver door, and the arm rest. In addition, I noticed some paint or something similar on the outside driver door handle. All of these things were not present before I dropped off my car. So I went back expecting these to be simple fixes for a body shop. Instead, I was met with Travis claiming these things werent his fault and theres no way he or his people did this. He nonetheless grudgingly attempted to clean the door handle for me with acetone. As he was doing it he said, See its not paint because the acetone wont remove it. As he was saying that, it started to come off. He really had some egg on his face after that one. So not only was he disrespectful to me, but he was also incorrect. He wouldnt clean off anything else for me and kept claiming there was no way his people did it. Then he kept saying these marks were probably there before, and I just didnt notice it. Thats not the case. Im pretty particular, as evidenced by the fact that I was willing to pay a not insignificant amount of money for a pretty minor bumper repair.This being my second time using the shop, I expected some respect and trust. I put my trust in the shop to do the repair and take care of my car. The repair was done properly, but my car was not taken care of. After coming back to voice my concerns and remedy the situation, I was met with a clearly annoyed Travis and disrespect. I paid a significant amount of money to this shop and had to go back multiple times. I expect better customer service.I didnt expect to have to check parts of my car that werent being worked on. The steering wheel, interior driver door, arm rest, and exterior driver door handle all had marks on it that were not there before I left them with my car. Those wouldnt be that big a deal if I could easily get them off, however I cant. I figured taking it back would be an easy fix for them. In addition to all this, they left a roll of masking tape inside my car. Not a big deal, but its just more evidence of their carelessness. Im not even sure why masking tape was inside my car, especially because I was told a different person is the one who removes and works on the bumper from who moves the car. Apparently thats why theres no way the marks could be their fault. By the way, I was told this when Travis called me right after all this happened. Id say he called because before I left, I told him Id have to leave a 1-star review. I imagine he was trying to prevent me from doing that. He didnt do a good job.I cant recommend anyone else go to this shop. Apparently theyre careless and disrespectful.

I took my Toyota Tacoma in on Monday May 5th and got it back on May 6th just like I was told I would get it back. I dealt with Ryan the whole time he went over options that I might have wanted done to my truck and was very clear what the were going to do. I got my truck back on May 8th and when I met with Ryan I asked if he was giving the right truck back because I was surprised it came out as good as it did. I brought in my 2011 Camaro, in from Casa Grande. I was very nervous, Travis and Ryan both went the extra distance to make sure we understood what areas were going to be done and that it would be blend with the other side. When we went to pick up my car that both my husband and I were very pleased with the paint job (the trunk and the right panel) there was a small area on the door that had some paint scratches off and Ryan mixed up some paint and fixed it before we left. My Camaro looks brand new. When my husband decides to do more of project trucks we will definately take them to Macco.

There was way too much upselling. One hundred dollars, because my small pickup, Nissan Frontier, is considered a large vehicle. They will only guarantee the advertised paint for one year. Two hundred dollars for three years, and four hundred dollars for five years. More money for light chip and scratch repair, which is not clearly defined. I still have chips and scratches and they could not tell me what was done.The car looks good from a distance, but upon close inspection, not so much.

Had a rear window spoiler painted with a flex agent to match my car...very pleased with the initial results.However, when I went to install it, I had issue with the paint cracking and peeling. This was not at the shops fault, but rather my inexperience. I was told it would take ~30 hours for the paint to cure, after which it would crack if bent. So, I took this as, you need to install this while its still malleable.Probably shouldve asked a couple more questions, because using masking tape to temporarily hold it in place on the window for sizing peeled back the paint, and pressure from my fingers stretched and tore the paint in places as well.Again, this was not the shops fault, as they did a great job painting/matching, which is the service I paid for (albeit I thought it was pretty pricey ($110 for a spoiler, no install.) However, I wouldve appreciated a little more instruction as to what would damage the paint, rather than needing to ask, being someone whos obviously inexperienced in this area, because it resulted in damage to the service I just paid them for.

This is the second time that I had need of bodywork on my 2018 Colorado. The attention and service I received was great. I will only use this shop and Im telling anyone that needs any type of painting or bodywork to use them. I highly recommend you check them out, and see for yourself.

This by far was the best auto body shop I went to. I went to several body shops around the valley to get an estimate on repairing damage on my vehicle. The gentleman completing the estimate went the extra mile by getting a second opinion on if one of my doors could simply be repaired or need to be replaced. The body guy explained that it only needed to be repaired and gave/showed a reason why. I felt very confident leaving the shop with the estimate they gave me. The estimate was almost half of other body shops in the area. If you need any body work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend this shop.

They took my 1999 F-250 4 x 4 with pealing and fading paint and brought it back to looking like the day it come off of the lot. What a fantastic paint job! I have had numerous compliments about the paint, including a Ford salesman when my wife was purchasing her new car. The salesman couldnt believe that it had been repainted. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding.

This place is the worst went there for a simple scrape on my door they kept my car for over a week and I picked it up the paint was bubbling and running I paid for the best paint package mind you 950.00. So I called them again to make an appointment to fix their work was told it would be done in 2 days but it wasnt ready until 4 days which I can live with if they did a good job but they didnt. I dont know if they are new at body work or are just amateurs but take my advice dont take your car here.

Never ever going to ANY Maaco again. I have a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe LX-S....Ive been getting my car ready for my first car show ever and I recently ordered a rear window and trunk spoiler from SpoilerKing to have them painted and match my car. Middleton Automotive recommended this awesome body shop, BUT NO. THE WORST PLACE EVER. They took my spoilers over for the first time and got them painted. I received my car back and it was half painted & wasnt centered, plus the rear window spoiler wasnt even ready (even when they told them that it would be) Middleton Automotive took care of me and told Maaco to redo them and gave them a week to make it perfect. They took my car back THE SECOND TIME annnd I received my car back again ...and this is what I see.... a piece of my trunk spoiler cut off and ruined. I paid $120 and theres nothing I can do to fix it. I cant express how disappointed & frustrated I am. Honestly I couldve done a better job then this.

I will never go to Maaco again. I took my car there two different times for different things and both times I had to take the car back because the work was not done right. Ill pass by this place next time to go else where.

My 07 mustang was rear ended by a 2012 F150 (just idling), and this Maaco gave me the cheapest quote after checking out several other shops. They fixed her up good as new in only 3 days and did not stray from their estimate.

The first time I used this location, they were great. The next time I tried to use them they had a new guy at the front and he was terrible at following up. Repeatedly told me hed get back to me and didnt. I had to email management to get a response and then they had him call me back with a bunch of excuses for why it was taking so long. I eventually gave up and took it to another Maaco that was responsive and did a great job.
