Emily is amazing! I heard her interaction of the previous customers order. Literally everything went wrong. The customer was trying to get water free by asking for it in a cup, ordering starbucks specific drinks, they were confused/rude the entire time, and were on the phone the entire order. Emily could not have handled the situation more skillfully. She was extremely professional, polite, and it was so impressive!

Coffee is always good as are the employees but there is a problem if you park near the door and the drive thru line gets long. I would suggest parking away from the door so u dont get trapped. The new blue wander cups are beautiful.

How ridiculous is this? Large mocha that isnt even close to full for $6.50 and an XL cold press that is just over half at over $6!? I asked at the window about the cold press and she said her GM said thats how it is with no ice. I can understand not filling it up, but when I got home, I poured it into a 20 oz cup and it was full so 12 oz is ice!?! Why even have the XL if you only put a large quantity in it? Or charge me the extra 30 cents to fill it up!When I asked to speak to the manager, she wasnt available....how sad to raise prices and not even give what is paid for.

Glad were almost never up here. Ordered a bagel got cinnamon bread instead, ordered an iced crafted press with chocolate and raspberry. You could see the the raspberry sitting in the bottom of the cup - not mixed in. No savory cream cheese flavors. Not everyone wants honey, strawberry or plain.

They now have XL size coffee Im addicted I love it so much

A great place to stop for coffee when biking through the Elm Creek trail system. Its become ritual for me to first stop down at Cafe Donuts, grab a donut or two to go from there, and come over and have a cup of coffee at Caribou with my donuts. The staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful as well.

Girls at night are super rude. The skinny one ruder than the fat one. I was standing waiting for someone to take my order but she was texting and her boyfriend or whatever in the pickup truck waiting outside. She kept going in and out. The other one kept looking away and talking loudly to the third one, who was outside smoking. I was like these girls are getting paid to treat customers like that? I will never come back here again.

Product good, service sucks. How hard can it be to cheerfully greet a customer and then pleasantly wish them a good day? Seriously. Either hire more competent people, or enforce better customer service. There are plenty of Caribous that have great service so I know its possible.

Why isn’t this place shut down yet!Management has refused to serve me on a number of attempts, and the other day refused service to my daughter as well. I’ve heard they are doing this to anyone who corresponds with the manager of Pizza Hut. It seems so, but why? I have nothing to do with that situation between them.I had a phone call from a man who claims to be a regional manager and said he would take care of it, however, it isn’t taken care of and I got no follow up from him after that (months ago).

We had an extensive house 🏡 Fire 🔥 in Maple Grove in March. I stopped by Caribou to pickup a Cinnamon Spice tin of Caribou Tea & they offered me a large carton of hot water & cups for our clean-up team! Grateful! 💗

Ive never had a bad experience here, and Ive been here at least 15 times. If its busy there might be a ten minute wait, but I dont mind that. It takes a while to make quality drinks (Ive never been given a drink that tasted weird or was made wrong.) The staff is friendly, its always clean, and theres a very welcoming atmosphere. I like it a lot!

Horrible service I love caribou went there to grab caramel high Rise .Two girls were there absolutely doing nothing talking to each other.I stand there for almost 5 minutes and finally said can someone help me please.After they took the order it took them over 10 minutes to make my caramel High rise.They helping people from the drive through completely ignored me.I have to tell them Hey you took my money are you gonna give me my caramel High rise.I’m never coming back to this location.

Management leaves much to be desired. Requested a coffee less cooler to be made the original way with Almond milk, because the new version includes a milk based powder. Staff told me that they cant do that, I asked to talk to the Manager, staff walked away, then came back and said that Manager was too busy to talk to me and that they cant make the drink. I asked how a person with lactose intolerance us supposed to drink the cooler if it has a milk based powder in it. I asked them to make it without the powder and was told that the manager said they cant do that. No flexibility or custom drinks at this location.UPDATE: Decided to try this location again since it is near where a relative lives. Two years later and still the same response from the Manager, will not make the cooler without the milk powder. Called Corporate to confirm that she is as she says Not allowed to change any of the recipes. Corporate disagreed and said she is supposed to be making drinks as they are ordered. So if we ask that no milk powder be added, she is to omit the milk powder. Also talked with the District Manager and he said he would be having a conversation with her. Guess time will tell.

I use this particular Caribou for client meetings on a regular basis. Went there this morning at a peak time and had several choices for a place to sit. Very pleased. Coffee is consistently good.

Best coffee is the mahogany. Get the beans and make some cold press at home. Best cup of coffee that is Rich and bold in flavor. The bagel bites are great too.

I really love the Caribou environment, but being a shop that specializes in coffee..... Id expect them to make the mild/morning roast coffee past 9am. I mean really ....coffee is their big deal! I cant get the coffee I want in the coffee store.....why? Because they are out of morning roast at 9am!

Even after i gave my phone number, showed my text, and email proving my perks enrollment... she (counter person) still looked at me and said Im not a perks member. .. anyway. Went back 2 days later and things were great (drive thru) with a totally different person. Hope she (the first one) was just a trainee or something...

Unfortunately the service here has been going straight downhill. This morning was the last straw. Gal taking our order at the drive through seemed not to understand what we were ordering we had to repeat a number of times. There was only one car in front of us, he waited for about 8 minutes for his one drink. We then got to the window, after a few minutes the gal handed us one drink as if that was it. (We ordered 4 drinks and 4 mini donuts). We had to tell her there was more. After many minutes looking at her register with her fingers in her mouth and constantly rubbing her nose she got help from another employee. By this time I was pretty sick from seeing her fingers in her mouth playing with her lower lip. She then went to get our mini donuts. Finally the rest of the drinks slowly made their way out the window. We had to request a drink carrier. After over 10 minutes of this we were finally able to be on our way. Needless to say we tossed out the mini donut muffins. No way were we eating those spit and snot filled donut muffins. I called the store manager later and even though replacements were offered her attitude seem a bit uncaring. We did not accept the replacements. Sad to say you have lost myself and my family as customers.

Manager provides worst customer service! My daughters app wouldn’t load for her birthday drink. Showed her ID to prove it was her birthday and manager refused to honor. Told her it was too bad but she would have to pay full price after she had ordered and received the birthday drink. Caribou use to provide excellent customer service and quality drinks. I personally use to work for caribou while in college. They were bought out by Peets Coffee a few years ago but kept there name. There product and customer service has been compromised. I will not come here again.

This caribou has some training issues!!! I live very close so I visit very frequently! My favorite to order is the coolers! At this location I’m sure to be disappointed! I’m super surprised when I take a chance and get my drink made correctly! My cooler is never fully poured to the rim and only a drop of whip cream and I’m lucky if I get drizzle! It’s to the point where I hate to go here cause I know I’m not getting what I’m paying for! However the convenience is the only thing keeping me coming!

I’ve been coming here for close to 10 years now. I only come here when I have to since it’s the closest to my house. Constantly, this location disappoints me like no other. The drive thru always takes 10 or more minutes... drive thrus should never take that long, especially when it’s always 1 car in front of me if any at all. Then, my order is usually always wrong as well. Which means more time for me to go inside and get it fixed. I’m not sure if it’s the training or management or what but there’s always new people and they’re never trained right. I’m going to completely avoid this location here on out. Disappointing

The manager here is very rude. She yells at people to work when all she does is sit out in her vehicle and smoke. She leaves before she is supposed to and has other people clock her out. This is a terrible location where the espresso is always burnt... this location needs a lot of help.

Atmosphere is nice, people are friendly, but the coffee is average.

Ive come to this location often to relax in a friendly environment, but on numerous occasions Ive overheard an employee being disrespectful to his fellow employees to the point of a fellow employee crying and things that would otherwise harm someones self image. Ive also heard a lack of motivation and refusal to work from this employee. After hearing enough concerning remarks I learned the employee is named Caleb. As a customer who comes here frequently, I would request that something is done about this employee in order to maintain a healthy environment for the other employees and customers. I hope the management will step up for the customers and not let this continue.

Ive been to this Caribou nearly 5 times now and each time I order the same thing, each time it tastes different. Im really unhappy with this location, I can go to the one in Brooklyn Park and I dont seem to have any issues there.

During rush, they are really slow, but other than that they make good drinks.

Id like to thank the 2 friendly team members who lied to me and said they were open last Friday at 5:25 am. In my Nyquil coma, I drove right past the microphone because for some reason I thought the look of the speaker made them seem closed. When I got to the window, I saw a young man and he politely told me I didnt need to back up to the mic, that he would take my order. Him and the lady who served me my carmel Cooler made my day and I truly appreciate their early morning smiles. I later realized they dont open until 5:30, so thank you for not pointing that out and making me feel bad. I work in St. Paul and need to be there by 6. I usually wait until Im closer to work, but this day I clearly needed the pick me up!

The staff are great and they always get the order right more than other places ive been to. also they dont instantly assume youre lying to get something for free if you say you got the wrong thing

This place has really gone down hill in terms of quality. They charge the same prices as Starbucks across the street and are half the quality. I used to come here every weekday for about a year but not anymore.
