Closed during Business hours. I was there On Saturday Nov 2 at 12:30 pm and the door was locked. I waited for 15 min but no luck.

The service at this location was very good. We worked with the manager, Melissa, and she was nice, patient and knowledgeable about the phone and iPad. The only negative was that we could only purchase the phone on a monthly payment plan. Very good experience overall.

Only store I will go to! Went to upgrade my phone and Anna was awesome! There was so many people she was helping and still managed to get all of us helped and out of there in a great time. Was so helpful and knowledgeable on all of my questions. Even had some questions for her about my grandpas phone and how I could help him with it. Seriously great customer service and such a nice person! Will be back!

I can’t say enough about the best experience I had this evening at the AT&T store in Champlin. Anna was amazing!! She stayed past the closing time to finish up my purchase. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!! I am so happy with my new phone 👍👍

Anna and Mackenzie were awesome! Anna has set up my phone previously so we went straight back to my favorite store. She was great setting up my dads phone and explaining to him all of the options he had. Mackenzie also was a great help getting it all setup and helping us pick out a case. Terrible customer service!!! I stopped in on January 17th and they were closing their store early. The employee was playing on his cell phone and seemed annoyed that I approached him. I asked him if he worked there and he said yes but I am helping another customer. I saw 1 other person in the store across the room that was looking at phones.So I waited as he continued to play on his cell phone. He then looked at me and asked me what I needed. I let him know I was looking for a new phone and asked him details about getting one. He said, “I’m not going to lie- that’s a lengthy process and I really don’t know anything about that service. I’m all alone here and everyone else left that knows more about it. Come back tomorrow or next week and someone else can help.” I asked him a couple more details and he said he couldn’t help.I came back today and unfortunately the same employee was working. He once again said he could help but if I left my card someone would get ahold of me. The other guy working there looked up but them continued to play on his cell phone. Unbelievable!No thanks! I will go to another service provider.

I had an amazing interaction with Adam and Justin. The day after Christmas, these guys were filling in at this store. I was in a pretty bummed out mood since my phone failed on Christmas day causing communication disaster with family and friends on such an important holiday. These guys treated me and my husband like rock stars. They helped us make unbiased fast decisions on which phone to go with, walked us through pros and cons, showed features on their multiple personal phones, and had us laughing by the time the store closed. Because of the unplanned failure of the phone(s), we went with a payment plan. Yet, remarkably, because our old grandfathered plan was so outdated, we got an updated plan and it didnt break the bank too much because they set us up with something that works well for me and my husband. Guys, if you are reading this, you made our New Year! Thank you!

I returned an iPad I bought at the roseville mall, (att authorized retailer). It was within a week, unopened box. I simply changed my mind and wanted to cancel everything, including the iPad service line and the iPad. They sent me to the Champlin location as they don’t deal with returns and there was only 2 location that does return in MN. Champlin is 30 mins away from me. After 2 visits at this location., and allowing Enough time for the cancellation to process. I was still charged and the line for the iPad was never canceled. I had to call att to verify, and they took care of it. These authorize retailer stores only care about sales! I think it sucks that someone else has to take care of your dirt, and all you care about is the sale. Save yourself some time and go to an actual att store not a retailer!!!

Shannon has been so helpful. Been having issues with my iPhone and Apple ID. Tried getting support from Apple and they weren’t able to help. In a last ditch effort I stopped at Champlain Att I’m glad I did. Everything is working and I have a Apple ID.

Shannon was a fantastic representative of ATT. He was so quick to get my phone switched. He knew his way around the app to get me set up and he figured out a way to save me some money by suggesting a new plan. I was in an out of there in 35 min. Thank you for all the help and support!

I dont normally write reviews, but this was the worst experience that I have ever had in an ATT store in 15 years.I had been working with ATT online technical support and ATT customer service to resolve an issue with my phone, (searching for signal continuously).It was determined that I needed to physically take my phone to an ATT store for further assistance. I had been advised that if they werent able to solve the issue, that I was eligible for an upgrade.I chose the Champlin location because it is within two miles of my home.I explained my situation to the first person that greeted me. He informed me that he didnt know if he could help because he had only worked there for six weeks and didnt know much about phones!? He attempted to do a couple of things on my phone but ended up getting a second person to help me. I explained my issue to her and also explained all of the steps that the technical assistance people had walked me through. She basically repeated all of those steps unsuccessfully and informed me that my phone appeared to be bent and that was why is wasnt working, (conjecture on her part). I could either pay an insurance deductible and wait two days for a new phone to be sent to my house or buy a new phone. I told her that I had been advised by the people in customer service that I could pay the upgrade and get a new phone. She informed me that since my phone appeared to be damaged it would not qualify for the upgrade. When I argued this point she called her manager for a second opinion, but stated as fact that my phone was bent. He told her that she could not do the do the upgrade.I left there and went to the Coon Rapids location where I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile. I explained the situation to the young lady that was helping me. She took my phone, removed the SIM card and plugged the SIM card from her phone into mine. My phone worked fine with her SIM card. I purchased a new SIM card for $5 and was on my way with a functional phone in about 10 minutes.As a customer service professional I can tell you the reason for the difference between my two experiences: The young lady at the Coon Rapids store was focused on helping me solve my issue in the friendliest and most customer focused way possible, the staff in the Champlin location were not.Care to guess which Location will be receiving all of my future business and referrals?
