We brought the part in we needed into the store. The lady who works here measured it and said they could order it .The part is mailed to us and when we received it at home it was totally the wrong size and part. Not even close. Even after she measured it. So we bring the part back in and are told a 20 percent restocking fee .The cost out of my account for purchasing was $31.96. They refunded me $15.21. How the hell is that only 20 percent. They didnt even want to give me a receipt showing what was refunded. I had to insist on a copy of their transaction. Never will do business with them ever again. Would NOT recommend this business.CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND they lady does not know anything about ordering correct parts. Their store hours arent customer friendly either -- Closed on Weekends and only open til 4:30 M -F.
