Will give you a great sells pitch, but not responsive to phone calls and returning to correct work that is incomplete or done poorly. Have made several phone calls and spoke with Allison, Jackson and Sandra and requested for the owner to call and over a year later have not heard anything. Would not recommend.

What a great group that removed/replaced my fence. They were very professional and did excellent work. They were very responsive to my requests and made sure that I was happy with their work. Great experience! I would definitely recommend SK.

Not a great experience I am afraid. Fairly expensive for a minor repair to a soffit. Work order was created back in March 25. Tentative repair date was listed for April 26th. Received an invoice on September 9th that the repair was completed. This was done without notification and without me present to check the work. A small additional repair to a window that I verbally communicated to the sales person was missed (also did not appear on the invoice for some reason). I communicated these concerns with SK but they were not addressed in a meaningful way. I paid the invoice, but I dont think I will be using SK again, sadly.

Josh was my salesman. He did a very thorough inspection of the project and promised to provide a quote. I have waited one month and Josh simply disappeared, did not return message nor pick up phone calls. SK, if your schedule is full just tell the customers you are not taking new jobs and no one can blame you for that. Please grow up and be professional.

Called today April 13 to ask about getting an area of soffit and facia fixed on my house. Lady on the phone said they cant get to repairs until next year saying that their too busy....lol....really??? I think Ill try somebody else or fix it myself for crying out loud. Im certain I wont be calling SK Exteriors again. Jeez!

S-K Exteriors removed our old wooden fence and installed a vinyl fence. We had been on the schedule for several months and they stuck to that schedule in what turned out to be the coldest, snowiest part of the season. We couldnt be happier with the result. S-K was professional, stayed in communication, and cleaned the area well after their work.

My SK Fence crew did an outstanding job with the installation. A problem popped up on the post alignments that had no immediate solution to correct it. Even though the job took almost twice as long to modify all the fence posts and realign for a straight horizonal line, the team worked it out with a perfect end result. I’m super disappointed. I called for an estimate. Someone showed up within a couple days. Had a great discussion for a replacement of a full roof, siding and window panes. This was in July.After months of phone calls, emails, and text messages, I literally still do not have a written estimate. It’s gotten to the point that I literally cannot wait for an estimate and had to go with a different contractor, to avoid having a leaking roof and stuck going through a winter with out the work getting done.It’s frustrating they wasted their time, and my time, and didn’t even deliver an estimate.Josh was my salesman.

S&K did our facia, soffit, and gutters. Everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish. Their start and finish time estimates were reasonable and accurate — came out five weeks after I received their quote and the entire project was completed in 3 days. And the their quoted price was the most reasonable of all the quotes we received. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

SK Exteriors is who we had do all all of our hail damage repairs. They were very professional from start to finish. Josh was the Project manager came to our home and created a digital design of our house. This allowed us to change the types and colors of the roofing and siding, until we found the combination that we liked. We also decided to have James Hardie Board siding installed rather than typical vinyl siding. The digital design allowed us to see what it would look like, making all of the decisions much easier. The crews that did all of the work were very experienced Craftsmen and did excellent work from start to finish. The Hardie board really made a huge difference to the look of everything. The follow up from Josh and SK Exteriors was also excellent. I highly recommend SK Exteriors. Great job.

Showed up not knowing what to do, poor attitude like someone owns his money, raised a bunch of questions about how hard the job is and everything needs to be replaced. Not a single smile from beginning to end. Horrible and not going to do business with them.

Their fencing work is good for a generic wood picket privacy fence. The fence manager was very professional. However, the employee that did the work wasnt very flexible on any changes to the project. We did get them to make some changes, but they overcharged for them and some of it was shoddy work. So if you have anything special or unique you would like done or need done to your fence project, make sure you are very clear about it and dont assume they know what they are doing.Also, we tried to get them here for a siding estimate but they must not have been interested, because it never happened.

SK Exteriors is a top notch company! We have used them on rental properties in the past and they just completed a roofing & gutter project at our personal home. I would recommend them to anyone considering a home remodeling project.

I have had great service from day one with this company. I called for a quote. They came out next day! Very clean cut estimator and was able to answer all my questions. After meeting with a few different companies I ended up using SK, and I couldnt have been happier with my choice. The crew showed up on time as promised. The crew was very polite and did a great job. The fence and dog pen have been installed for about 4 years and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. I highly recommend them for all your fence & exterior needs!

He was very apologetic and explained that things were very hectic and my original salesperson had left the company. I signed a contract with SK Exteriors on 07/22/2019 to have my roof and siding replaced after the hail storm. Like most complaints about them on Google, Yelp and social media they simply do not follow up.One would think that as the mother of their employee who was paying cash that I would be taken care of, but no. I still heard absolutely NOTHING after signing the contract with them.Unfortunately, SK follows up with their employees’ pay about as well as they do their customer contracts and my son subsequently had to resort to hiring an attorney (as vaguely referenced as disgruntled) by Caleb and Ashlee in another review.Though their issue(s) do not involve me in any way and I likely would have went elsewhere in the Spring, I received a poorly spelled, grammatical disaster via Facebook messenger today from Caleb canceling my contract.A photo of it can be referenced on my Facebook page under my name, Amanda Chrappa.

Good company got work done on time and as scheduled

Over the course of several weeks I simply tried to get an estimate for some repairs I needed done to my porch. They strung me along and never even provided an estimate. They seem to be poorly managed and not interested in new business.

Work is fantastic. Communication is very poor.

Excellent service. Did everything as promised, love the windows. I broke one two years later, they came out the same day and fixed it.

Absolutely awful customer service.. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, especially if you ever want your work actually done or a phone call back.
