Shelves were fully stocked and had great produce. Went to two other stores in town looking for groceries that I needed. They were out of everything. Went to Walmart and they had everything I needed.

WalMart its a good place to get 3 buses of people thru the restrooms in a short period of time and pick up a snack to!!

SAVOY LOCATION IS WAY BETTER LAYOUT WISE & ITS ALSO CLEANER THAN THE CHAMPAIGN LOCATION IMO

I was sitting and waiting for someone to answer my call for 10 minutes, which isnt a long time, but I called two more times and no one answered. Then, after 8 minutes of waiting during the third call, I was disconnected because someone on the other end had hung up

It is a pretty good location to get many things, but failed me this time.My wife needed Faultless Iron Cleaner to clean the metal plate on the iron. The website said the store had it in stock and gave an aisle location. I went to that location, and there was nothing related there. I looked on the opposite side of the aisle, and did find irons, but that was it. I asked two different employees who looked up the same part number on their inventory control devices, and they told me two different locations for this product, neither of which was right. I left without what I was looking for after probably 1/2 and hour, for what should have been a 3 minute purchase.

It was ok until me and family got to register to check out we where buying liquor and i couldnt leave my girlfriend and our kids in the car because they needed items as well but I was refused liquor sale because my girlfriend didnt have ID

Been doing my shopping here for quite sometime now. Well, the staff changes every now and then so no need to do a review about them. The place is spacious and there are lots of affordable stuff you can get here. Their meat section is great lots of products to chose from. Will continue doing my shopping.

This Walmart carries a wide array of vegan products, including a few Great Value vegan alternatives. I usually visit this location a few hours before close, and sometimes grocery items are low or out of stock (thats only because the location/store are super busy)

According to this Walmart the apocalypse is happening every time I shop here. There is never anything in stock. Even the most important items. Have to remember to avoid this location at all cost or youll just end up needing to stop at a different Walmart.

Its a typical and regular Walmart.There are several alternatives for groceries in the area depending on what you are looking for, price, distance, and cuisine.Its probably the best stores for a quick buy of all other things like toy, car stuff, household furnitures, etc. If you want to buy a genuine car parts, go to Napleton on i74. Price is higher but obviously better quality than Walmart.

The Walmart on High-Cross is way more friendly. But we did have a good experience here with a guy that found my his bands phone. He left it in a cart and this employee didnt give up until it was found and returned!

There were fies on the fruit and mold. The shelves were empty. There were random stuff every where. Would not recommend.

We found all the food items we were lookingfor but noticed some shelves were empty and the meat varies were slim.

Often theres very limited amount of groceries available. Groceries become more scarce when the students get back to town. Their store availability rarely reflects the accurate information online as well.

I mean its a Walmart so you know what to expect. Stay away during move in weekend and major holidays. Also if you dont like self checkout this is not the place for you.

The store was busy and they had only one staffed register. The reliance on self scan check-out has gotten out of control. Low prices arent worth the long lines and increased frustration caused by poor management decisions, likely dictated from district office or higher.

This Walmart is big and has pretty much everything you need. Honestly, it’s a lot cleaner than the Target next door; especially the bathrooms.The service at the car center isn’t the best, because I had a rude interaction with an employee there. Otherwise, the actual repairs were fine.The Subway inside is also good.

Checkouts are always understaffed. Aisles clogged with stocking palettes and online order pickers are everywhere.

This place is a mess! Salad dressing on the towel shelf everything out of place. Random stuff just laying everywhere. Clothes just piled unfolded.

Only two lanes were open, self check out had two registers open and the lines were backed up for hours. Needed two pillows and walked in and turned around and walked right out. This experience deserves no stars.

I ordered through their online pick up. Went to pick up groceries during my 1 hour pick up time; groceries were not ready. Said they would text me when order was ready. Got a text 2 hours later. Went next morning to pick up groceries. Their app wasnt working so I couldnt check in and let them know I was on the way, so I called the store and was told they would have it ready for me. Arrived at 8:00 a.m. 1 person bringing out groceries and moving at a snails pace. Called the number on their sign to tell them I was there; no one would answer. Tried 3 times. Waited for 20 minutes. No one will answer phone for grocery pick up and couldnt check in through the app. Called the main store phone number and asked to speak to a manager. Held for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and asked to speak to a manager. This is supposed to be a convenience for shoppers; not a hassle.

Good price points to shop for multiple items, (Avoiding multiple stores), from home to auto to garden to food to medicines etc. You get what you pay for. Be frugal and wise.

I ordered photos through Google photo and I got a message that it is ready to pick. When I got there Photo pick-up, there was no staff. I had to wait 20 mins and when the staff came back said there are no photos.I used to go Walgreen and they had ready to pick up instead of waiting 20 mins. I hope Walmart Photo center serves better!

Its just like any other Walmart Supercenter! They do carry a lot of University of Illinois swag, so I would suggest buying here instead of on campus. I have never had a problem with the employees or any issues while shopping. Their produce isnt the best but I rarely buy produce from any Walmart.

Great wait staff and the pizza was super good, their pie crust is thin and very flavorful the sauce was sweet and very lite spice perfect amount of fennel flavor too. Highly recommended and the spaghetti and meat balls was delicious. First timer but soon to be regulars!

Got a hat same hat at Dickson was 28 at WM only 14. So I got a deal forsure.

This review is in regards to their pick up and delivery services because their system is seriously flawed. I can tell the employees are trying their hardest but it seems like they’re not given much of a chance to communicate with each other, which might be a contributing factor.Yesterday, March 31st, I made a grocery pick up order for 3-4 PM. 4 o’clock came and went and when I checked the app it said my order was delayed due to a high volume of orders. I never got a notification through the app that my order was ready, as usual, but when I checked the app at 6:00 it was still reading as delayed. I checked again at 7 and my order was ready, but by then my son was in his PJs and we were getting ready for bed. I knew that I had 2 days to get my order so I decided I would get it today.When I arrived at the drive up lot I called in my order and they said someone would be out shortly. 2 people came out and asked what order I was waiting for and again told me it would be out soon. An hour and fifteen minutes go by and another associate comes by to tell me they’re still putting together my order. 20 minutes go by and a manager (?) comes out and asks me for my name and for my order confirmation number. I open the app and it says my order had been cancelled! It was cancelled an hour after I had arrived and about 15 minutes before the associate assured me they were still working on it. The lot was not busy, but the manager informed me that they were backed up with days of orders because of systematic issues. She was very kind and apologetic, but the other associates seemed overwhelmed, which is understandable. My refund is being processed and I was able to reorder everything to pick up at another Walmart further out. I really hope y’all get this figured out because pickup has been so great during the pandemic.

It will always and forever be a dump. I dont have an intelligent staff that can manage an inventory. Fix your online inventory because youre wasting all of our time

Went in at about 8:30a on Tuesday following memorial day weekend. So quiet, so nice to do any kind of shopping without people.

Great store comparatively. Easy access from Prospect Ave, even in a commercial vehicle. The self checkout is super convenient and the clerk supervisor helping with self checkout was super friendly. In and out in a flash! Just how I like it!

Most employees seem genuinely helpful, polite, and usually easily found if you need assistance finding something. They also helped me figure out the walmart app on my phone once at checkout.

In terms of food items Wal-Mart is the best place to go.

I get that theirs alot of people on unemployment at this time, but when half of what staff you do have all say their either on lunch or going to lunch...well...One employee at the register with all the self check puts being shut down...at 5 in the afternoon is ridiculous. Had a large item that needed a spider key removed and had to go to customer service to not only get it removed but also make the purchase.Yall if you steal from Walmart (dont do it obviously) I honestly doubt theyd have the staff to catch you.
