I absolutely loved every step of the way with Elite Bridal. I went in with my mom, a bridesmaid, and my MILTB and we were treated very well. I had no idea what I wanted when I came in and our girl helped me narrow down what I was looking for and was very patient. Once I tried on the one, I was sold and they were very generous to give me some gifts when we checked out. They were even able to let us pay for the dress overtime since I was there about 11 months in advance. Coming back to pick up the dress was easy as was true to fit. It was the perfect dress and made me feel like a princess.

The best decision I have made after saying “yes” to my fiancé was scheduling an appointment at Elite Bridal. The selection and variety of dresses was amazing and there is truly something for everyone. The staff was caring, genuine, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I was THE bride. I felt comfortable and like I could be and truly express myself. I found the perfect dress -the dress of my dreams- and that is all because of this amazing studio!

I brought my wedding dress from Elite Bridal. They were absolutely fantastic!! I walked into my appointment and didnt really have a clue as to what I wanted. The ladies were so wonderful and patient with me as I talked through what I wanted and didnt want. I ended up trying on like 17 dresses that day. Jill was the consultant that I worked with and she was great. As I tried on a dress she would always ask me what I thought and if I wanted to show my family that came with me. She never once made me feel pressured. Jill really listened to how I was feeling and what I liked and would go grab other dresses for me that would fit the criteria for what I was looking for. I ended up walking out with my dress that day and canceling my appointment at another Salon. We also worked with Stacey on the bridesmaids jumpsuits. I didnt like a lot of options and she showed us the jumpsuits and I fell in love with them. Stacey worked with us to make sure the jumpsuits would fit all my girls nicely as there was quite a range of body types. Unfortunately, the jumpsuit I choose didnt come in the colors I was looking for but the Studio didnt know until they went to order them. Ann called me to inform me immediately after finding out. I was not in the area so she worked with me over the phone to resolve the issue. Ann took initiative to reach out to the designer to voice their concerns that they werent informed and worked with me to find the best alternative jumpsuit. They ended up working out great and looked absolutely amazing on all four of my girls!!! This could have been a major issue and stressors in wedding planning but Ann and the entire staff worked super hard and quick and made it right within days of being notified about the colors!! Seriously within three days of getting the call I had new jumpsuits for the girls and they were ordered based off the measurements they girls had given. I had not seen the jumpsuits in person or on any of my girls until months later. Ann had agreed that if I didnt like them when I saw them later that we could return them at no charge and we will find something I do like. Ann promised that if we need to pick something new they would be ordered on express order. Fortunately, the second jumpsuits were amazing and I didnt have to take her up on that but it gave me such relief knowing that I didnt just agree to something I didnt like. I seriously couldnt have asked for a better dress appointment for myself or ladies to work with to make sure my girls were in top shape! Everyone looked amazing!!!!! I wish I could give more than a 5 star review.

Very professional group of ladies that helped my daughter and my wife find not just a wedding dress, but THE wedding dress for our once baby girl now grown up!Yes its pricey but quality is outstanding along with real 1st class service.All I know for sure is that I got to see my once little girl gleaming when she was wearing what will be the dress for her.

Loved my experience at Elite Bridal. Erin made the experience wonderful and truly listened to what I did and did not like. Erin was so patient and kind throughout my appointment as I vetoed more dresses than I liked. In the end, I found one I absolutely loved and said “YES to the dress”. Thanks Erin!!! 💜

I found a specific dress online that I wanted to try so I called Elite Bridal and spoke with someone who was so friendly and helpful on the phone to set up an appointment. I decided to go alone for my first appointment because of Covid and I was so worried about feeling awkward and terrible in everything because of my body issues but from the moment my bridal consultant said hello, I felt like I was with a friend Id known for years!Rheanna was AMAZING and honestly, she is the reason that I decided not to even bother shopping anywhere else. With just the two of us working together, we flew through probably 10 dresses in that first appointment and narrowed it down to 2 final contenders. She was full of compliments that sounded genuine and she gave me her honest opinion on everything I asked.When I came back with a few friends the next week, I ended up with a decision that I feel awesome about. I interacted with the owner as well and she was so kind and helpful with all of my questions! Hands down, some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced and I kinda want to invite Rheanna to the wedding because shes so sweet and awesome!

Although I did not end up purchasing my dress from Elite Bridal, I was so blown away by their fantastic service that I wanted to leave a review. Working with Dana was absolutely AMAZING. She went way above and beyond in helping me with dresses, styling a suit and bridesmaid dress next to me and understood exactly what I was looking for. My entire experience at Elite was so wonderful — you wont be disappointed.

Elite Bridal is the ONLY bridal shop I would ever go to after visiting there and purchasing my dress and bridesmaid dresses! The staff is absolutely amazing. Helpful every step of the way. Prices are SO reasonable, and that is saying something for my budget. This shop is not intimidating, there is plenty of space and there is no pressure. Please please visit them if youre wanting to feel comfortable while enjoying top of the line service! 😍🥰👰💍

Elilte was amazing today! I had such a wonderful time and felted so beautiful even in the dresses I didnt like! Being plus size its been a fear I wouldnt find a dress I looked and felt good in but this dress was just hand made for me! And they helped me find a dress in my budget! I can not wait to get married now!!!

I had a fantastic time picking out my wedding dress at Elite. The consultant was very helpful. She told me specifically how a seamstress could customize my dress to match exactly what I wanted. She was correct as I recently took my dress to seamstress in Virginia and everything she told me that could be done is being completed right now. The wedding store will send you emails including a picture of the dress you bought and when it will be available. I had to have my dress shipped to me and it was shipped promptly and was packed with care. I highly recommend Elite Bridal.

I had a wonderful experience finding the perfect dress for me with Lexi at Elite Bridal. Once we walked in we were instantly impressed with the layout of the store and the variety they had. I had been to a competitor’s store prior and let’s just say I was a little discouraged and down in the dumps about dress shopping. I am a size 24 and at the store we previously visited they only had about 2 things in my size and on top of that they were all very dated and not my style. My outlook totally changed the moment we walked into Elite and met with Lexi and she showed us all of their plus size options. I was thrilled that I didn’t have to go out on a limb and order something I was unable to actually try on and just hope that it would look pretty on me in my size.Lexi asked us to browse through all of the dresses and said to pull the dresses I would like to try. She did say there was one dress that she would like me to try because she believed I would like it. I absolutely fell in love with the gown Stella York she suggested (also totally shows she knows what she’s doing!!!). She also presented us with the perfect veil to match as well as a headband. She was also not pushy when we decided to hold off a little longer on purchasing jewelry.I would highly recommend anyone that is shopping for their special day to put Elite on your list. I would also highly suggest using Lexi as your sales consultant. She was understanding, helpful, and made finding the perfect dress a lot of fun. Plus, you get a lot of other valuable perks being an “Elite Bride”!

I had an amazing experience at Elite Bridal yesterday. I wanted a non conventional wedding and my consultant (Christine) did everything she could to make sure we found a dress that would look good on me.Christine spent an hour and a half helping me find the right style of dress and how to accessorize even though she knew I wasnt buying anything that day. She made me feel good in the dresses I tried on, which as a plus size bride, I am thankful for.I will definitely be returning to get a dress closer to my wedding date.

I love Elite!! The store is absolutely incredible, and the staff is awesome. Everyone was so nice! Their dresses are the best in Champaign, by far. The best anywhere, actually! I have shopped in Chicago, St. Louis and even Indy to find the perfect dress, thinking that what I was looking for couldn’t be found anywhere but a big city. I was wrong!! I found my dress at Elite, and I could not be happier. Their selection of bridesmaids dresses was insane, so many colors and styles to choose from! Once the girls picked out their dresses, it was a breeze to coordinate the tuxedos for the guys! They gave us great discounts for my bridal party. I even got a deal on a DJ and Limo through Elite Entertainment! I could not be more pleased! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Elite!!

Beautiful store! I found my dress on my very first visit, it was the 2nd one I tried on. Christine was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. She made the dress buying process fun and exciting, and made sure I had a complete look down to the last detail. I highly recommend Elite and Christine for all your bridal needs!!

My husband and I absolutely loved all of the vendors for our 7/13/19 wedding except for Elite Bridal, which was by far the worst. We repeatedly ran into issues with almost every employee we encountered. The first problem we had was when they sold me a bridesmaids dress even though it did not come in my wedding color, so we had to go back and pick out an entirely different dress.Our biggest mistake was when we decided to order our suits through Elite. Had we not been persistent and called them 2-3 times about everything, we would not have had a single thing correct about our suit orders. First, they called us for one of the groomsmans measurements even though we had already provided them. Then, we had to tell them the order for our jr. groomsman and ring bearer multiple times. We also had to tell them at least twice which groomsmen wanted a bow tie and which ones wanted a tie.Every time we called we talked to at least two different people, who often gave us conflicting answers. When my mother-in-law called to order my father-in-laws suit, they told her that it was too late. They also mentioned to her that they had ordered my husband gray pants, when we had told them we wanted navy. When my husband called the same day about his fathers suit, they told him that they could absolutely order it!To polish it all off, when we went to pick up my husbands suit, all of the ties/suspenders/pocket squares were the wrong color. When I told Stacie Mabie, the tuxedo manager, she said typical guy, cant get anything right with my husband standing right there. They should have owned up to the mistake and it should never have happened to begin with. My husband told them we had ordered the dresses through them, so all they had to do was pull a dress in the same color and compare it to the book of tie swatches. This is exactly what they did when I pointed out the error, but somehow the first time they picked out a bright neon mint instead of a light sage green.Finally, Stacie called us over a week after returning the suits to tell us that we STILL hadnt returned my husbands shirt, even though this was the first wed heard about it. They also said they would charge us if it wasnt returned. Apparently, Elite did not check the garment bags for all of the items upon drop-off or even before shipping them to the warehouse. According to them, they had shipped the suits, the warehouse had noticed the shirt was missing, and called Elite Bridal. So, rather than recognize that it was their fault, they called us and tried to charge us.In short, 2 stars because while I got a beautiful dress and all the suits and colors worked out in the end, it was only due to extreme diligence and a lot of hand holding on our part.

This was my first time trying on Mother of the Groom dresses, and I was so pleased with the great selection of dressed. Erin was my consultant, and she not only helped me with my dressed, but made it a fun time for my friend and me!! So happy to have found the perfect dress for my sons wedding :)

Elite Bridal supplied the DJ. When the time came for the wedding nearly one year later, I had spoke with another person who was bragging about having the primary DJ do their wedding. So, I asked whod do mine hoping Id have that same primary DJ. I was told that they had someone planned that would be the best fit for us. I was relieved but still a little concerned. However, wedding day, EVERYONE loved our DJ. Thanks!

Overall great experience!! They went above and beyond what I imagined my experience to be like! I am no “dress girl” by any means and I absolutely fell in love with my dress! My consultant also called when a new collection came in and was excited for me to try them on! 11 out of 10 recommend choosing Elite!

I have been to Elite Bridal several times in the past few months. Each time has been a wonderful experience. The manager, Sara, as well as the consultant, Stacy, both went the extra mile to ensure my friend was able to select the wedding dress of her dreams after we had a few negative experiences in other cities. When I returned and was able to work with Stacy again to select my MOH gown after speaking with Sara on the phone, I left equally as satisfied. I wish I could give Elite 10 stars! I originally ordered a bridesmaid dress from another company in Chicago, and had been running into huge issues...the dress is nowhere to be found & I feared it would not arrive in time for my friends wedding. I felt it was a long shot, but I reached out to Elite to ask about rush shipping & other options to order a 2nd dress from them (the wedding is just 7 weeks away). Anne responded to my email within a couple of hours! While the rush shipping wouldnt work out, she explained that I could purchase an in-stock dress & it would ship in time. I gave her my size & the color, and she responded with in-stock options for me just a few hours later. I was able to order a dress and it should arrive in a couple of weeks with plenty of time to get it altered. Anne was truly a life-saver, and I am so grateful she responded in such a timely manner & was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Elite Bridal!!!!

Mervet made our entire dress shopping experience perfect. Elite Bridal was the first shop we visited, and I had my mother, father and grandmother along. She answered all of our many questions, made everyone feel included, was in no way pushy, and payed particular attention to my reactions to help me find the perfect dress. Beautiful selection of gowns. The layout of the store is really great and provides a lot of room for members of your party to sit. I went to several different stores before coming to Elite, and I was most impressed with how carefully they handled the gowns. Mervet was a joy to work with, and had I not had a specific dress in mind I would have loved to purchase my dress from Elite. I highly recommend this store as well as sales consultant, Mervet!

Elite Bridal sell items on Ebay as well as in their store. I purchased an item from them on Ebay that was not as described. The item was a sample dress that was in remarkably good condition. However, the measurements given for the dress were off by several inches -- it was at least 10% larger than represented. The dress cannot be worn by a person with the given measurements -- alterations alone cannot make the dress the given measurements without remaking the entire dress. The bridal shop refuses to allow a return despite their misrepresented measurements. Their only response is that the item was a sample, so it may have stretched from the original measurements. The shop should have stated in the listing that the measurements given were not the current measurements. Bottom line, this store does not stand behind its representations.

Wow! What a wonderful experience I had at Elite Bridal today. I said Yes! to a beautiful David Tutera gown and I couldnt have done it without the help of Mervet! She made me truly feel like a princess and I love the entire layout of the store. The other consultants even walked by and complimented me, which made me feel that much more beautiful. I would absolutely recommend going to Elite for your big day!

Elite is a beautiful, modern and spacious bridal store with an incredibly large selection of designer gowns that are right off the pages of the latest bridal magazines and Pinterest! The staff is fun, friendly, caring, knowledgeable - and so easy to work with! The large bridal stages have 360° mirrors so you can see your dress from every angle, and the fitting rooms have a ton of space too. I was pleased to find that there are dresses for every budget, as well as a wide range of sizes to try on! Of course I said YES to my dress.They also have Mom’s dresses, Bridesmaids dresses, and Tuxedos! Elite Entertainment has DJ’s, Limo’s, and more! They literally are a one-stop shop for everything you need for your wedding! You just can’t go wrong! I highly recommend Elite!!

I stopped in on Saturday to look at MOB dresses after a disastrous appointment with a competitor. Rose was so very helpful and considerate. Elite is highly recommended for needy moms!

Had to pick up my tuxedo for the wedding, was in and out of there rather quickly after trying on my tux.

VERY pricey and the blonde lady that helped us was extremely rude and had the personality of a robot. As soon as she heard I was having a destination wedding and wouldnt be purchasing one of their speciality packages, she totally dismissed us and left my bridesmaids to zip themselves in their dresses and completely blew them/us off. She was not friendly at all! She never smiled, laughed nothing. Towards the end of the appointment I told them we were leaving because I had had enough of this woman treating us like we didnt matter. We could have easily spent thousands of dollars there even without buying a package (my wedding dress, tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, etc.) but instead she had to act like we didnt matter so we went to Michelles that same day where we were treated like royalty and went on to purchase everything there. We told the women at Michelles our experience and how appreciative we were of their kindness and their help. Their response was, That happens to SO many people. We get told a story like that at least twice a week. Wow!
