Excellent and helpful staff. Will give you recommendations for books for any age group which is especially helpful for gift giving. Cafe has a wide variety of treats that my kids and I enjoy a couple times a week. Cant say enough nice things. Happy to have them in our community.

Always love going to a brick and mortar bookstore, and B&N never disappoints!!! We love taking family trips for everyone to get new books, and then we inevitably end up in the amazing puzzle/game section. Always leave with more than we came for, and always happy!

Nice, comfortable store to visit. The air conditioner felt great. I was looking for hiset study guides and only found one, however, they had plenty of other general study guides and books on any subject. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! They had low prices in many areas, such as clearance or buy 1 get 1 books!

Went to pick up a specialty book that was there last time. (Wasnt there this time.) Clean and quiet, when my son and myself walked up the doors are wide open. No one was wearing masks. And no one attempted to help us (and thats fine this time as I knew what I was looking for.)

I havent been in this store in years and I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience. I was in there for atleast an hour. I purchased puzzle books, romance books, kids books and albums (LPs). I will definitely be making a return trip very soon

Well run, friendly staff, and well-organized. Ive found countless gifts for people throughout the years as well as quite a few books that Ive enjoyed. Ive even gotten a few tiny knick knacks and toys for Christmas stocking stuffers or just for my own enjoyment.

I used to love going to this bookstore. During pandemic with masks on and all. Now they have decided to go above and beyond cdc and state of IL and still require masks for fully vaccinated people. I go in with my special needs daughter and we’re told vaccinations did not matter and we need to leave if we do not have a mask. Treated like CRIMINALS. No problem, I will not be going back. My family of 8 readers will never darken their doorway again.

It was okay for me picking up the book I ordered I was not find staff to help me find a book that has nouns, adjectives in it verbs pronouns in it. To help a 7 year old that I babysit. The only staff I could find was at checkout. I not had a problem like this before when I would come there.

Customer service, is clueless on location of books. Had the cafe manager lie about having to order the book. Just for the manager of store to find it right in back. Just dont understand why its so hard to follow through for a Customer

I LOVE this place. So many good deals here on books, dvds, cds, vinyls, etc. I was surprised by the amount of board game options! Everyone wore a mask and social distanced to the best of their ability. Everything was super clean, essy to find the genres of books you were looking for, and so much more!

I almost didnt want to give a 5 star due to them missing a couple volumes of some Manga I like, but I realize that isnt fair since you cant expect them to carry everything. To make up for that, I was able to get a couple books sent to the store thanks to one of the attendants there, and I am currently waiting to get them. As for the store itself, it is organized pretty well once you understand how they catagorize everything. I definitely will be coming back. Also, having a Starbucks inside to have a coffee while you read is fantastic.

I was happy with the books i found but The lady with the half shaved head who rung me out at the checkout was rude to me for no reason and to her co worker. Does not make me want to come back.

Book no gundam

One of the few bookstores around, they are a dying breed. Barnes & Noble has an excellent atmosphere, huge selection and a great cafe. Our kids love going and looking through the kids books and reading. While I love grabbing a coffee in the cafe and sifting through the graphic novels.

A great place to go with the kids. An area just for them in the back. Starbucks coffee located inside is a nice perk. Staff is always friendly and ready to assist. They have a great selection of toys/gifts for children and adults as well.

Cant go wrong with Barnes and Noble. Great book and toy selection. I wish they would bring back their comic books but there is a comic shop in town for that. They do have a nice graphic novel section and a great kids section. Top notch puppet selection as well.

Real bookstores are having a tough time. I used to go to this store when they had more DVD movies and vinyl records in a sore in the store layout. On my last visit I see that they have removed both of these. In place the have comic book and gaming stuff.Still have the best selections of periodicals in town

I love bringing my son to get books here. My wife and I are in on a regular basis. By all means, go to the store for books. The sales floor staff is helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.But go to another cafe for your coffee and snack needs. And that is only in regards to one person in the cafe, the cafe manager. She is never pleasant, never helpful, and always makes you feel like you are bothering her when you order. God forbid I order something from her. The coffee and espresso drinks she makes are never as good as the other employees.Almost every other staffer in the cafe is pleasant and helpful. I love getting my coffees from them. If she is not there, go. But if she is, go to McDonalds in the same parking lot, you will be better served.

This place is great!!!! Never have I been to a Barnes and Noble before, but I will definitely be returning. Books galore! Found some books for my classroom and personal library. Not to mention theres a coffee shop in the store! If you like coffee. :)

The music wasnt that great on 7/15/21

Its a nice place to spend a cold afternoon looking at books, having some tea and a sweet and checking out some cool geeky toys (Potters wand, anyone?). The staff is generally helpful and friendly though a little slow up front some times. Its no indie bookstore but at least its a local bookstore.

Nothing makes me miss real bookstores like a Barnes & Noble. Seeing the books on the shelves of a Barnes and noble is like looking at the trending tab on YouTube or Twitter. Mostly of the store is full of mainstream garbage. However, Im speaking generally of all Barnes and Noble stores. In my experience with this store i have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and help center. They are very patient and will take the time out to find you a book on the topic or genre of your interest. Also, i appreciate it when a bookstore has coffee available, so thats something I like about the chain.

Always check out their discounted books....some great buys can be found !!

MY family loves this Store. They have a huge selection of materials on a wide variety of subjects. The childrens area is very cozy with seating for them to sit an read. They very often have functions and performance for children and adults alike. I belong to their club which gives me a discount on everything I purchase. They also have a cage that serves Starbucks items and good.

They should return the comfy chairs. But, I give them 5 stars because without them, there is nothing. The best big book store within 250 miles, except for the others in the same chain. Buy a book before it closes.

Always clean and every person that Ive come across that works here is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the best place to take the kiddos of any age to find a book or activity, even a new toy, etc. We absolutely love going to Barnes & Noble.

Always a great selection of reading material and usually lots of cool stuff too. Book are reasonably priced most of the time. It’s the everything else cool that will break the bank.

I like the book shelves display and the cafe area. There is always people having coffee or perusing their next reading. The staff is helpful and nice. I havent felt bothered by anyone there and you can look around or have a good coffee and read.

I really enjoy this store. Im intrigued by everything they have. Books to trinkets. Cant wait to visit again. Love the calendars.

If you love books, toys, music, coffee, and brain games, then youre in the right place. The fact is, I absolutely love this place. I spend hours just exploring this place because its such a wonderful environment! It can be considered over priced by many, but its hard to find all of these wonderful things in just one building. Definitely recommend going even if its just to explore. Youll have fun whether you buy something or not.

Barnes said Noble is well organized. If they dont have the book you want, theyll order it. The staff makes amazing book suggestions. The woman working in childrens books found a book I wanted based on my plot description.

I love this place, but I love books. They kinda go hand in hand. Of course most of the books you can get cheaper on Amazon (What cant you find cheaper on Amazon??) BUT they have several aisles of great books on discount, and a few last chance carts scattered throughout the store. I love a good deal! The staff is always super friendly and eager to help.

Very nice bookstore. I was looking for specific books, and was guided immediately to the right section. Checkout clerk was courteous and friendly, and helped me to meticulously decipher the gift cards that I had. The selection of books on various countries for travel was excellent

Barnes & Noble has remodeled. They have a whole open section for movies & music which is very inviting. Theres also a large area for themed merchandise, so if you need a Star Wars backpack, they may have it. Ask. The staff is happy to help.
