Always friendly! Accomodating! I found the exact product I had been looking for for several weeks and online! I couldnt find it at any other Beauty Supply in town or online. When asked to order 2 more, they gladly went out of their way to get EXACTLY what I had requested. And whenever I call with questions or concerns, they remember my name! I like that!

I called ahead of time & asked did he have blended hair on clearance in these price range $4.99 or $5.99. I get to the store I told him you lied to me you dont have what I asked for now I waisted gas. He apologized I left & got my hair from Sol.

The guy moved with me to each area of the counter, never asking if I was looking for something specific. Im a business owner looking to see if he sold some things wholesale, he was rude with his answers. I didnt come to steal and you should not make your customers feel uncomfortable by staring at them and then being rude when they ask a question.

The owner is such a sweetheart and the selection of products there are really good. Theres a variety for everything youre looking for.
