I cant even tell you how amazing this place is. We had a fire and they worked with us within our budget, stored our appliances when then came in before we were ready to get back in our house, and installed everything. So awesome to work with! Thank you!!!!

A home town business that has been around for many years. Very friendly and have the same people for years too. Customers come first over a ringing phone. Easy to get info or parts. We ordered new refrigerator. Have ordered different appliances over the years. Would highly recommend. They carry MOSTLY GE products.

Bought a new cook top from Doug at Champaign Appliance. He ordered just as promised. Dave came out on time and did a great job of installing it. He even corrected issues from previous installation. He was very professional and was cool to deal with. Would buy from again!

From the moment we walked into Champaign Appliance Center until we left, we felt appreciated and that we had definitely gone into the right place to get our new dishwasher. Doug went above and beyond to assist us by answering all our questions and in a way that made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would recommend anyone who wants new appliances, to go see Doug at Champaign Appliance Center. As we were shopping earlier today at a competitor, we ran into a woman who we did not know, but had a nice chat with. We mentioned that we were headed to Champaign Appliance next. Ironically while Doug was helping us choose the perfect dish washer, this woman came into his shop. We left before she got completely done, but I am pretty sure that she bought a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer. The really nice thing about buying your appliances from Doug, is that you have someone in your corner who will help you out with whatever problems may arise concerning your appliances and that is priceless. There is definitely something to be said about the benefits of shopping at local mom and pop shops rather than the big box. When we need another appliance, we will certainly be paying Doug a visit at Champaign Appliance Center.

After comparing prices for a new feeezer at all of the big box stores I was treated far better by far more knowledgeable staff at Champaign Appliance Center. Their price was within $3.00 of Lowe’s but it was worth it to work with employees who know everything about appliances rather than employees who know a little about appliances and a little about plywood etc. Fantastic locally owned business!

Got a great price on a GE range. The salesman Bob was very knowledgeable on all the features which made us feel comfortable about our purchase. I will buy from Champaign Appliance again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to inform me of what features were available and what the difference between various washing machines were. They also told me of an upcoming sales event. Even with the extended warranty they saved me quite a bit of money.

I will NEVER again buy from them. I have had horrible customer service. They carry no parts for any of their appliances, so you have to order anything needing repair. My dryer is about 2 years old, and this is the second time I am replacing the timer knob. The dryer will not operate without it. My first replacement was in July 2017 and it came with a Lifetime warranty. I was thrilled, until I spent 22 minutes on the phone today, 4 months later, ordering the very same piece. For the same price. I dont feel Champaign Appliance stood by their product, and I dont feel they are willing to follow through with issues.

My husband and I bought a washing machine- 40% of the time it works fine. The other times you can only wash 2 pieces of clothing at a time or it wont spin. Who has time for that! I really hate this machine!!

Doug is a super nice guy. Better knowledge than the box stores.
