Great customer service. I stopped to ask a question about my paint. The sales person said lets go look at your paint at your house. She and I drove to my house and in 15 minutes I was back at the store getting the correct paint the first time!! Thank you.

Kind folks, allow me to use their bathroom, in this crazy time that seems like a big part of a normal, plus, ha! I have had my shots thanks! I am buying all my paint from Sherwin Williams to paint my house.

Would give zero stars if I could. Let me start off by saying that I work with many contractors. For some time, these contractors have told me to avoid this store and make extra time to go to one of the dunwoody stores. Today, I didnt have time and I ended up at this location. In my years of painting, I have never had such an unpleasant experience. The workers are rude and dont care about what they are doing. One of the guys who was working there was very cold and was obviously only there because he had to be. He wasnt helpful and he seemed to go out of his way to be the worst. Ive always loved coming to SW because they are always so helpful and they seem to take pride in their work. I did not see this at this location. I really hope management looks into this. Its so bad that contractors go out of their way to not come to this location! I have never seen anything like this at SW. Its truly unbelievable. I now know that taking the extra 10 min to go to dunwoody is whats right for me and my business.

Went in today to get paint and there were a few people ahead of me. I kept waiting and there were a lot of employees in the store. One of the employees told us they apologies for the wait. She said tody is inventory day and we need to wait. I told them I dont want to be there the entire day and I walked out. There are many other paint suppliers around there.

I recently gave my home a much needed makeover. As a first time DIY’er, I needed so much help. The staff in this store was so amazing with helping me pick paint colors for every room and making sure that I had all of the supplies I needed (with a toddler, I didn’t want to have to make several trips back and forth). I was confident before I left the store that I knew what to do. My house looks great!

I been a Sherwin Williams customer for over 10 years. I’ve always come to this location and received great service; until now. The level of service at this location has decreased significantly. Just tried to purchase a quart of paint for a minor touch up. Counter person states that new manager has discontinued quarts from this location because they want to cater to contractors. And didn’t care if they lose regular homeowner business. Just waisted an extra 45 min driving to a different store. Will never come back.

Emerald Latex Flat. That covers. Ask for help and this store has loads of great help for you. I have been buying from here for a long time 50 years. This owner response below was followed up on by online survey and then they called me. I have been working with them and they with me. I am very impressed with Todd and with James. Thank you Sherwin-Williams Peachtree Industrial beside Honda and across from Chamblee Plaza. You can rely on these folks.

I came in this afternoon to get some paint. This is our second trip to this store and both times the workers were more concerned with their personal conversation than helping. They were loud and obnoxious. The phone rang and they were aggravated with the interruption to their personal time together. Will not return. 3 workers and I was the only customer in the store at around 4:30 today. Not one of them greeted or offered to assist me. Terrible customer service.

Horrible employees and service. We are working with a builder who sent us to SW as we are re-painting our entire home inside and out. We visited this location and our experience was embarrassing. The lady working the register must hate her job. She was on a rampage with multiple shoppers in the store. We were all looking around just mortified at how this store was ran. The other guys working at the time just looked down and away to avoid having to deal with her. We left and took our business to another location.After reading some of these positive reviews I am convinced they are manufactured from other employees. What I witnessed was not a one time occurrence.The store is filthy and unkept. Stay away.

Open an account it would be cheaper. Avoid busy hours 8-10 and couple hours before closing. SW paint is similar to BJ Moore and quality is very good.We use super paint a bit because it has primer mixed and save on paint job time. Ace, HD or Lowes also carry different brands and they all have their own niche products. But it would cost few dollars more for the better stuff.

They have great paint is better to sign up so you can always get at least once every other month of 30% off

The chamblee store consistently has employees who are pleasant and want to be there. The managers work with you and the employee. This has to be 1 of the best sherwin Williams stores.

I dont know how this store has stayed open. The two ladies at the register were on their phones the whole time and screaming about their personal lives while customers were in the store. It was the least professional customer experience I have ever had. They were unhelpful, aloof and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them when we asked for help. Never going here again and I would highly recommend to everyone reading not to bother with going either as you will just be wasting your time with their poor customer service and their lack of knowledge with the product their selling.

Not sure if they what black men to shop here. I can fill the racism.will not put black people paint in there car for them.only white and Mexican get friendly service.

As a local franchise owner who buys a fair amount of paint I was excited to use SW by my house. I can honestly say I cant remember the last time I was treated so disrespectfully in any retail setting. Brandis was very upset that I showed up at 630 (30 minutes before close) and that she may have to stay 5 minutes after close for a $1000 order. She even informed me why she couldnt stay late. I asked for the grey paint swatches and the entire rack was out. How can a paint store run out of swatches especially of the most popular colors?I then asked to look at a paint book and Brandis informed me that I could purchase one for $13.50....how rude? After my purchase, Brandis turned the lights off 10 minutes before closing time and I had to load the $1000 worth of paint in my car by myself. I was basically shoved out the door with their dolly and locked out. I am sorry that I gave my business to this location. If I owned this franchise I would be mortified.

I have a Sherwin Williams account and I tried to order 13 gallons. I was hung up on twice by Jamika(?) and was never able to order the paint. She was very rude and unhelpful.

Easy in and out when I was there. Helpful staff.
