If there is a smoke shop you should go to, it’s this one! I arrived just as they were closing and were kind enough to let me in. I’m not quite familiar with most of the items inside the shop, but an amazing staff member - named Jessica - helped me a pick out products that I am beyond satisfied with. Her experience and background knowledge that she had in her job helped me get the items I needed and gave me samples to try. The products she recommended to me, I gave to try to all my friends - all which said they will be heading to the store. If not to buy, you should surely just go for a mood lifter. Definitely recommend!

I have given this place multiple chances and I usually don’t leave reviews. However, every single time I go in here they never have the coils I need. My device is a common smok device and there is no excuse for not having them in stock. No one ever seems to know what they are talking about here. The girl assured me that the coils I purchased would work but when I tried them they did not fit, at least I got a refund.

We just stopped here just now and had the most random best customer service! The lady (didnt get her name), but with really dope eyeliner helped us out. We were asking about specific shishas and she found just the one we wanted after she mentioned the last one may have sold. She asked if we tried the latest flavors (and we had of course lol) and mentioned ordering new flavors that we hopefully hadnt tried so we can come in and get them. We dont live on this side of town but definitely be willing to come back if shes willing to order the flavors we like to smoke. At least we know theyll be there.

I took a $20 uber and arrived at 10:55pm and was not let in. All the lights were on, the lady saw me and refused to open the door. I understand it was close to to closing time (11pm) but if a customer arrives before closing they should be allowed entry and service. She caused me a waste of time and money.

The man that owns the shop is it really nice guy and is passionate about the products that he sells. He is very fair and will work with you if you believe something is overpriced if you can. he remembers all of his customers and what they prefer. You cant beat that nowadays and you cant beat his authenticity for the love of his shop. I respect that more than any of the other gas station type of places that dont have a clue about their products. Such a wide variety and very knowledgeable staff!! Dont go here this place is ridiculous its owned by a foreigner and their a huge rip off. Everything they sell here you can get cheaper elsewhere. I tried to buy one coil for an aspire breeze and they tried to charge me $6.50. You can buy a Box of 5 of them for $15 at most places. Dont give this dude your business.

Service is great here. But, I would suggest that they post their hours clearly or adjust them here. They are listed as staying open until 11PM. I arrived at 9:20 on a Monday and all the lights were out.

It is friendly and has a good amount of selection. If you dont know something, you can ask the cashier and they will be able to help you because they know their stuff. They can even help if your products are having problems.

Went to the store at 1045 and they would not open the door for me. Bad business. Lady needs to be fired
