I was told that my bike was totaled. Luckily, I found Allen through a recommendation. After he completed a carbon repair I was able to ride from Atlanta to West Palm Beach (700 miles) I still ride this bike. So, rather than having to buy a whole new bike I got to ride it for years. Ill never recommend anyone elsewhere! Thank You Allen!!

I started out dating different bike shops, when I became a triathlete, but I have yet to stray since finding Kinetix several years ago.The owner, Allen, is a talented triathlete, a fabulous bike mechanic and a friend-before-salesperson to a fault.He recently told me I didnt need a new tri-bike, that I had a great model with many more years in it. Who does that?!Bottom line: Kinetix is as good as it gets for those who want quality, professional tri- and TT- bike care!

A very cool shop for high end maintenance and builds. This shop is well run by Allen as more of a race prep repair/fit and maintenance place. If you really care about your bike and want a dedicated person caring for it this is the spot

Kinetix cycling completed a very fast turnaround on a road bike repair. While the other shops were slow to respond and had a “you’ll be lucky if we get to you” attitude, Alan was enthusiastic, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I loved how he educated me about my bike and the repair that was needed: a replacement shifter. He also did a complete cleanup/tuneup/lube and new handlebar wrap for a reasonable price. Highly recommend. I will be returning in a few months for a cassette and chain upgrade.
