Upon entering the store I was promptly greeted by Cameron. She explained she would be with me shortly as she was working with another customer. I was invited me to look around the showroom while I waited.Once Cameron finished the transaction with her earlier customer, I received 100% of her attention. FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, TERRIFIC, AWESOME. The customer service is unbelievable.Cameron (lady) sold me the mattress which is a hybrid, pro breeze medium, and love it, but the customer service about delivery is the best.But, then I called and spoke to Cameron (man) who does not even know me and I needed to have the box spring moved a couple of inches so I could make my bed properly and guess what he scheduled a courtesy call for tomorrow for them to come and move the box spring for me.If all business transactions were this simple life would be a breeze.LOVE this store and the people who work there.Cindy Z

Mattress firm is definitely more expensive than some of the direct-to-you online mattress sellers but it’s worth it in my opinion. Excellent in-store experience with a very nice sales rep, Kelly. He wasn’t pushy at all. After our tour and purchase he scheduled a fast delivery of our mattress for the next day. Two, nice, efficient, men showed up, got the new bed in, and the old bed out. 15 minutes, tops! Excellent in store service and delivery.

Walked in and 30minutes later walked out with a new bed set . I was really happy with the customer service. The dude was real straight forward kept it real and got us a exactly what we wanted in our price range! Definitely will be back in the future!

I live in Florida and my daughter just bought a house in Atlanta. My concern was where can I trust getting a great deal while and quality in another state. I had just purchased a bedframe in Florida from Mattress Firm so I was getting all these great coupons.I called this location and spoke with Yale, explained that I needed mattresses for bunk beds and a full size for a platform bed for my grand kids. He asked ages, sizes, compared firm and soft and how in his professional opinion what would be best.He was professional, straight and to the point and after a short period I felt very comfortable chatting with him. He took care of everything and made sure the mattresses were in stock. He set up the payment link so all I had to do was enter my payment information.I called today spoke to Heather who was also fantastic, to make sure the mattresses were there, and they were. I did not have a good experience exchanging box spring with Athens store and was told I could not work with ATL store. I tried anyway and they were more than happy to take care of our exchange.

I’m so glad I purchased my bed here. Yale was fantastic at explaining the different types of mattress. He also explained how the different materials affect the life of the mattress. I’ve got chronic back pain so a comfortable bed greatly reduces my pain level. And the adjustable bed frame makes a huge difference as well. Making a big purchase is always stressful for me but Yale took the time to make sure I didn’t feel pressured.

The buying process was pretty straight forward, however, I needed to change my delivery date. I called the store about 12 times. No one picked up and no voicemail option was available. I called the 800 number for mattress firm and spoke to 4 very rude people with each call being disconnected. One representative told me to just go to the store and ask why the employee wasn’t answering the phone. After the that the representative asked if I really wanted to change the delivery date. I said yes. The call was disconnected. I called back for the 5th time was waited on hold for one hour and 48 minutes before a representative picked up. I told her that throughout this 3 hour process of trying to change a simple date I chose to cancel my order. No apology, no trying to rectify the situation. A simple cancel and said bye. I do not recommend buying a mattress from Mattress Firm. I can only imagine the nightmare of trying to return the mattress after the trial period if you did not like the mattress.9/18/20 Update - after this review a manager reached out to me to rectify the situation. She provided a discount and was able to adjust the shipping date. The sales employee also said that a free pillow would be included. The mattress showed up on the correct date/time; however, no pillow. I was told that would be looked into and then received any follow up.After 2 months of sleeping on the mattress I have decided to return the mattress. I reached out to the manager that I previously spoke to, as she noted below, about returning the mattress. A week has passed and I have not heard anything from anyone. Hopefully I will hear back soon (before the 120 Night Trial ends...) so that I can be refunded in full.

I had excellent service today at Mattress Firm! Jelani, the Sales Rep, took time with me and all the other customers to ensure we all were knowledgeable of our mattress selections. I did not realize until after we completed our transaction that we entered the store close to closing time. Tanisha took her time to explain the options and provided no pressure at all. In addition to us, there may have been about 3 more families that cycled in and out. Tanisha provided the highest quality of service to all of us on her own while still managing to get every one in and out in a timely manner. She was extremely knowledgeable on each mattress and even managed to give us an amazing deal. Let me just say I did not plan to leave with a bed, but Tanisha was amazing lol I could not resist. Expected a bad experience, not trusting chain stores, but everything worked out well. Tiffany was an excellent saleswoman - she was helpful, available, and checked in to offer tips, but wasn’t pushy or hovering around. Seemed to read us well as far as our comfort level. I purchased a mattress and base on 12-7-19 from store manager Jelani. He was very informative and helpful. However he wasnt aware that our base was out of stock and unavailable until 12-14-19. When I called in he said he would return my call and did not for 2 days. However sales person Jill Marie totally salvaged my experience by giving a free delivery to compensate for the lack of transparency at the time of purchase. I give her a 5/5 for her professional and customer friendly response. I highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a bed. I hope Jelani will be more informative in the future with regards to product availability.....

I recent brought a rental property in Georgia ,and was looking for a bedroom set.. Being that I was gonna mostly be doing Airbnb I decided to get a great mattress. Only thing is great mattresses cost and my budget was 800$ dollars.. The sales person Romeo not only got me under budget but also got me a quality mattress for under 500$ bucks.Most times people try to up sale u..This wasn’t the case.. He didn’t try to push the most expensive mattress on us, he was honest about the flaws in each of them and gave us a great bundle deal with pillows, sheets(which are beautiful!!), and a mattress protector.We went in wanting to try out the Purple mattress so we could buy it online. Honestly do not buy a bed in a box mattress, buy one that fits your individual needs, and mattress firm helped us do that.I have chronic back pain and he helped us find the perfect mattress for me. I gave two stars because the lady was nice albeit either completely naive or just really good at lying. I bought a mattress here, an outlet discounted mattress, but a mattress that I was assured would be new. Mattress gets delivered, when I unwrap it, there are stains on the bottom. It looks like its been dragged across a dirty warehouse floor. I work in warehouses, I see boxes with similar marks daily. I call the store, same day it was delivered, and have to call and call and call, because their phones were not working. I call other stores and have them try to contact the store for me. Finally I get through. The lady I speak to isnt the one who sold me the mattress. I advise her of the stains, she has me email them to her. And I wait. I live an exceptionally hectic life, so its almost 2 weeks later and I realize I havent been contacted back, so I reach back out. I get informed that this ladys management said it was stretch marks from the movers, and that since its an outlet mattress, they come stained, scuffed, whatever condition but not brand new, and since you cant see it on the top side, it doesnt matter that I was told specifically when I asked that this would be a brand new mattress just like any other they had in the showroom. And since it is an outlet mattress (read clearance) they couldnt just replace it. So I financed this mattress, because I had gone in for the black Friday sale of a queen Beautyrest foam mattress which was a 4 chunk of foam, and not worth the $99 sale price let alone the full price in my opinion. But I needed a new bed, so I get to pay this off, and Im still trying to figure out how this whole situation can be made right.If you buy a mattress from Mattress Firm, make sure you see it, in person, and a 360 degree view, before you buy. If they tell you its at an outlet or warehouse, or another store, go to that location and make them show you.
