They do good work and they are always very busy so I felt shorted on my wheel balancing. Also they did not mount my wheels as I requested. I had to rent a van to transport the tires and wheels to another location to have the tires and wheels mounted and balanced. the guy in the office also made it seem as it was an inconvenience to paint my wheel logo as I requested.

Im very impressed with Wheel Wizard professionalism. They repaired the scratches in my X5s RIMs and it looks brand new when I picked it up. Cali (Manager) is very courteous and was able to get my car finished a day ahead from their committed completion. I came here to have a rim repaired. They said it would take 3 hours. Fine, so went to Dunkin for an hour and came in to sit down. Kyle ( the manager) tells me I cant sit in here, I need to go back to Dunkin to wait. If I dont like it, I can take my car and go. For a $200 wheel repair, I should be able to wait near my car.Kyle was very rude and dismissive so Im taking my business elsewhere

Left the car there to have work done and picked up my car within a few days.Jennifer was great in communicating with me when the work was complete, and helped me with the transaction.When I came to pick up the car, the owner Khalid, inspected the work with me and it was flawless. The four wheels on my 2007 BMW had a lot of “curb rash”. My mechanic recommended Wheel Wizard. I had an excellent experience. The the wheels look brand new. My husband is a perfectionist and he agreed they look really beautiful. The four wheels were done in three business days, even sooner than promised. Old paint and lacquer was stripped off, all of the damage was repaired, and then the wheels were painted, powder-coated and lacquered. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. My car is in pretty good shape, but getting the wheels done, makes the car look noticeably better. Don’t hesitate just get it done, you’ll be happy you did.

Dropped 2 of my wheels , just for them to tell me it isn’t repairable. They charged me a fee for just checking. If there were a real wheel specialist they would’ve tell me it isn’t fixable just by looking at it. He never told me there was going to be a price if there weren’t repairable also. Very bad business. I waited 1 whole hr just for them to bring me back my wheels. I took my wheels to alloy wheel repair and they took my wheels and also told me they weren’t repairable with no charge at all. They even had cheaper pricing. Highly don’t recommend this place at all .

Shipped my cracked and bent wheel here from Savannah Georgia and it was done wonderfully for my Mercedes C300. Really happy to have it all looking great. Looks better then the other wheels!

Took in my X5 that had road rashes on rims. They fixed it and painted in gloss black as well as got the calipers painted. Fantastic work. They told me to bring it in on Monday morning and said it could take as long as Friday to finish but they called Tuesday afternoon and had it done. It’s been 2 weeks now, and after 2 car washes and rainy weather the rims look great. I wanted to wait on the review to see if anything bubbled in the heat but nope all looks great. I read some reviews about people not knowing where to go, which was funny. The office is right there, I waited a maximum of 1min before I was seen and taken care of. Only thing to note is that when you pull into Longview from Peachtree Ind, look for the Mautai gym, they are on the right side of it. Park there for easy access to the front office. Highly recommend these guys, pro work!

ATTENTION ATTENTION! Wheel Wizard is THE place to go to for your most complicated wheel repair. Before deciding to just go out and buy a new wheel or wheels, save yourself time and money by giving them a try as I did. I have a set off 24 inch polish and white wheels and hit a curb causing MAJOR road rash and to both passenger side wheels and bending the front passenger wheel severely. I called several wheel repair companies and everyone stated they could not repair them. Then I called Wheel Wizard and they told me to bring it right in. They fixed my wheels as good as NEW and saved me from spending unnecessary money. Im forever greatful!

I felt like the gentleman was very helpful. I have had the service performed several times in the past with other cars, as well as, my current BMW. Maybe because I was a woman, others here in East Tennessee, felt the need to teach me about what I was asking them to do on my Alloy tire rim. They all tried to tell me how unsafe the option was which I was inquiring about and how it would completely take away from the ultimate driving experience. Finally, after calling several on a list given to me, I prefaced this call as it wasnt my first time to the rodeo. Being a native Northeast gal, you get used to tire rims getting everything from a small crack to large stress fractures from the harsh winters and the havoc which is reeked upon the roadways. From large potholes; uneven surfaces due to roads being under continuous construction; or simply curb drop offs from an unfinished paving surface that hasnt had the proper slopes lain for pulling off of a main highway or interstate. As far as my ultimate driving experience that I was told I would forever lose in my BMW as warned by too many to count in TN; I had never felt like I have sacrificed a smooth and downright enjoyable road trip; nor have I ever felt unsafe from having this procedure completed. There are rim shops everywhere in the Northeast that perform these procedures on alloy wheels every day. There may not have been one in the greater Knoxville area, but its going to be an amazing roadtrip to Atlanta to have it fixed. I was given options to get the rim to them. I could have put on my full size spare, shipped the rim and have it fixed for $175 plus shipping. Or the other option was a 3 hour short trip from Knoxville to Atlanta. We have dear friends in Atlanta as we used to live there and are making a long weekend of it, for some relaxation great friends and the bonus of getting our rim fixed. So if you ever need this service and dont want to pay $700 for a new rim, give these great guys a call and save yourself some serious cash!

I can not attest to the quality of their work because after being treated so rudely I left. I arrived at their shop and entered to find no one in the office or in the main work area. I waited a few minutes in the office but had no idea if anyone was coming back and there was no sign giving customers instructions. After waiting in the office I walked in the work area calling for anyone available with no response. I walked all the way to the opposite end of the shop and still saw no one. I looked to my right to an open work area and heard some noise. I walked in where I saw 3 people. I waved and one of them came towards me and began to tell me in a rude way “you can’t be back here”. He repeated this several times as I turned to walk away. I told him I had been in the office waiting and was just trying to see if anyone was around. He then said “well you can’t be back here so go wait in the office. I’ll be there in 5 minutes or you can just leave”. I walked out, got in my car and drove away. No way I’d pay for service from a business this rude. I fully understand that insurance rules may limit you from being in work areas but there was no need for his rudeness.

Weld was not smooth and tire began to lose air again, just days after repair. While the customer service was great, I ended up replacing the rim altogether.

I had vibrations issues and dealership couldnt balance the tires and recommended wheel wizard to repair my wheels. The gentleman at the front was professional and prompt; he ckecked all my wheels, at no cost, and informed that my two passenger rim were bent and needed repair, they also discovered a crack. The straightened the wheels and welded the crack the same day. The cost was very reasonable and a fraction of the cost to replace the wheels. Now my car drives so smooth. Thank you wheel wizard!

Wheel Wizards did a great job polishing the lips of wheels and repainting rest of wheels.

Had my body shop deliver some three-piece forged wheels to wheel wizard to have the aluminum lips re-polished because they had oxidized. Wheel wizard took six weeks to get the wheels back to me and after they were done they were cloudy, dull and scratched up all to hell. The lips appear as though they had been wet sanded and that was it. The lips on these work brombacher wheels that used to be Mirror finish are now destroyed. I have since had to take them to a professional company to have them polished. Hands-down the absolute worst quality polishing, if you wanna call it that, that has ever been. Wheel wizard would not reimburse my body shop and told us that that’s the way they were supposed to be. Unbelievable.

Please avoid - does not stand behind work and extremely rude.I had wheel repaired at Wheel Wizard. Within one week the tire was flat. I brought the tire to tire store where I was shown a small, unnoticeable dent in the wheel that was causing a slow leak.I brought the wheel back to Wheel Wizard within one week expecting to have the work I paid for corrected. The man told me very rudely the warranty is only 24 hours. He then said I hit another pot hole and was trying to steal from him and called me a thief. He would not even look at the wheel to see the issue. He told me to take my wheel and leave.You can read his response at BBB. Where he claimed I came back weeks later with a visible dent.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Khalid Mejrhirh can’t do his job. He tells you one price and you drive hours to get to his shop and he now says the price is $200 more than the agreed amount and I have his word in writing. DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Great work and great customer service. After doing my research I came here with all 4 of my wheels (26) being bent and 2 of them cracked. In 1 week all my wheels were fixed and re-finished, and the price was very fair. There were a few hiccups with the first finish but Khalid went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied... and thats exactly what happened. I couldnt be happier with the end result and I would recommend Wheel Wizard to anyone looking for wheel repair. I took my tire and wheel to Wheel Wizard to repair Khalid, whom I think is the owner, showed him the wheel and he said that he could repair it. I left it with him and picked it up days later paid $225.00 and took it home and put it on my car. It went flat the next day. I took it back and told him it was not fixed. He said I did not tell him to fix all another issue that was a problem with wheel. He examined the wheel and told me what the problem was. I was being hustled, but I had already paid 225.00. He said it would be another 125. 00 to complete the repair on wheel. Now I had paid 350.00 for my repair. I picked up my wheel days later and put it back on m hey car again, it appeared ok, but then days later it was flat again. The car only sat in the garage. I took it back a second time and he told me he would check for a nail. I told him that there was no need to check for a nail because the car only sat in garage. He then said that there was nothing he was willing to do. ZI ask for my refund and he refused to refund my money and said to leave his shop. I should have listened to that little voice when I first entered his shop that he was not a nice person. he is a fraud he takes your money and does not deliver service. he is the WORSE!!!

I couldnt be happier with the look of my wheels. I didnt realize on top of the powder coating they would repair the curb rash so that was a nice surprise. It was explained in detail what would be done so I knew what to expect. We scheduled the work and it was and done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and already have referred two people.

Great job on my 911 turbo wheels. They look amazing with the satin black powder coat and a machined edge. It does take time for perfection. Mine went in on Monday and I got it back on Friday. My only negative is they reversed the tire pressure settings, but easily fixed.

I unfortunately have visted the wheel wizard 3 times this year. If you know anything about his pricing, I spent over $600.Guess what? My steering wheel shook so much after my last visit I took it back to the tire store convinced I needed the tires balanced and/or aligned. Neither was the case, the tire store explained they couldnt fix this because the last repair had been done so bad that could not get it balanced.The owner, who is VERY RUDE, claims the rims are bent and that is why they cannot be balanced.I had read the reviews about how rude the owner is but my personal mechanic recommeneded him so I overlooked his behavior as long as my car was fixed.I took my car back to my personal mechanic to ask if what the tire store told me was true, and it was.I felt compelled to write this review because I dont want ANYONE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS GUY. I have decided to sell my car because I have spent so much on this issue and I am heartbroken about it. I am sure he will write a rebuttal to my claims but I can tell you, you are better off buying a new rim, or going somewhere else. This business is not worth your time or your money.

Wheel Wizard had me back on the road after two business days. I’ve been using Wheel Wizards for at least 15 years. Since my wheels always get scuffed or banged up over the life of a set of tires, I have tires delivered from Tire Rack and have Wheel Wizards put the wheels in order and replace the tires. They do an excellent job refinishing and realigning, and I always come back a satisfied customer.

I never leave reviews but this is my third time coming to this place to have my Bent rims repaired and I’ve also had a cracked rim repaired in the past. This place charges more then most Rim Repair shops, but they do a 100% great job. If your rim has after market paint, no worry. They match paints. I was worried that my rim would come back looking different then the others, but it matches perfectly! It was a pretty big bend too, and I can’t even tell it was ever bent. Phenomenal job. Their wait time is longer then most places too, but hey, you are getting the top quality service. They make your rims look how they looked when they first came out brand new. The manager Khalid is very rude and unprofessional. Plus they only give you a 24 HOUR WARRANTY ON CRACKED WHEELS. No kidding. And if you have a bend in the wheel they will leave it so that they can blame it on you when the wheel recracks (because they will recrack). I went to special rims on highway 85 and they took good care of me and offer lifetime warranty on all cracks and they are cheaper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY FOR A 24 Hour warranty. I would give 0 stars if I could.

So I hit a pothole downtown Atlanta my rim was bit pretty bad I was thinking it was just the tire that need to be replaced so when I went to a shop they showed me that the rim was bent and recommended that I go to wheel wizard and I can promise you this a wizard they are when I received my rim back I swear it was a brand new rim no marks no Telltale if it ever being repaired no vibration as if it came straight out of the factory I will recommend this company to anyone that have the problem excellent job guys I appreciate you!
