Would give a Zero, but Google reviews do not give you the option? Worst company I have ever dealt with....5th time no internet in over a year(only www provider in the area.) This time, no internet since Monday am, phoned them; did not put a repair ticket in! Phoned again Tuesday pm, finally got a repair ticket. Still no internet today, Friday; I am in one of their useless 9 hours window appointment system! Do not sign up with them if you have an option? Good luck.

I was overpaying for 1.5 mbps and when I called to upgrade, they told me no. I canceled, did an exit interview and was assured my account was canceled. But they kept charging me. Come to find out, they put my billing info on another account. I canceled that too. Today they ordered internet on the account I just got confirmation was canceled. Dont bother with this company. If you mess up, its the end of the world. But if they mess up, all youll get is an apology.

Place is great. I mean they have the best deals in town. Guy is nice and is helpful. Has a nice display when you walk in. Its clean too. Good selection. But location is a little odd. Needs better signage.

HORRIBLE. Worst Ive ever had. Have to reset every time I watch TV. I have to carry the box to the room where I want to watch tv.. HATE it, just cant afford a NORMAL service. How sad is that?

A few weeks back I wasted about an hour of gas and time only to leave this place empty handed. Had it been an even half way decent store I would have been fine leaving with nothing. The place is so empty inside that it literally looks like the place is going out of business. Random stuff strewn about the floors and the place barely has anything in stock at all. I have more trains and accessories in my 10x5 closet at home. And the name Wholesale is an understatement because the pricing is retail. Please dont waste your time like I did, go to The Train Room in Hagerstown or Mainline Hobby in Blue Ridge Summit.

Not even worth one star the place is a disaster 3 men sitting in the middle of the store on stools while there are boxes and boxes of stuff sitting on the floor not on display... not wholesale at all your better off going somewhere else imo

CenturyLink is not here, and neither is the hobby store. Neither have been here for years.
