Great shop with even better customer service. If they dont have what you need they will tell you the best place to find it! And the animals they have in store are always taken care of at the highest level. From puppies and kittens to exotic reptiles to live food(crickets - pinkies) they have everything. And will take the time to answer any questions you might have about all of the above! I love this store

This place has a tremendous amount of toys for dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. Lots of pet treats and food options. Fairly extensive hardware section as well and they have just about anything related. Fishing, hunting, camping, landscaping, etc. The only knock on this business, no public restroom. It is 2021.

Very well stocked with everything from pet food and supplies to hardware. Prices are fair and reasonable. They have a buyers club for dog food that allows you to earn a free bag with so many purchases. Best pet toy and treat and care products this side of Petsmart without the high prices.

Stopped by here while passing through the area, this place is great. Has pretty much anything you would ever need. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Hope to stop in again sometime to get more fish.

Its a nice locally owned store. Good variety of pet and hardware supplies. Nice if you dont want to go to the big national stores. Hours are shorter though close at 5pm and closed Sundays.

This is a very cool place. One could spend an hour looking around. Wish we were out of the pandemic so we could check it all out. Great farm store. When you get a chance check it out. We were looking for a carp for our pond. They have lots of other coy pond fish and plants. Didnt have what we needed but the staff was beyond helpful sharing much information in dealing with large fresh water pond life. Thank you to all who offered excellent education and advice.

Just wanted to make Franklin Feed aware that when I googled their business the new business hours HAD NOT been updated. So I wasted 45 minutes running across town to only find the business was closed. I try to support locally owned businesses as much as possible but not having proper hours posted makes that difficult.

Very nice staff with lots of knowledge on animals! We get our puppys food here per their recommendation and our puppys diet has never been better.

Staff is generally friendly some of them aren’t the nicest though. I think the pets and fish could use some updates and better housing more species specific enclosures but they are ok I guess... the prices are pretty high but they do have a wide selection of pets, pet supplies, and hardware... and tons of other stuff definitely wouldn’t be my first choice but hey supply and demand

Went for propane , the guy was super nice and even loaded them for me. Cashier was snippy and too busy doing 10 key work to have a care that a customer was in front of her.

You can probably find what you are looking for at this place no matter what you are looking for. Quality merchandise, large selection. Well worth a visit if only to look around. Great home-town hardware store. They have nice tools, gardening supplies, and keep pretty well stocked.If you want to start a fish tank, come here. Tons of fish to choose from, plus supplies cheaper than PetSmart.Pet supplies are also usually cheaper than PetSmart. When I had a pet mouse, I always came here for everything. Great selection at reasonable prices.Unique holistic style dog and cat food available here.Can find good gifts, too.bird feeders or houses, garden stuff... fun to look.As far as I know, they do not sell lumber or live plants like Lowes.Staff is always helpful and friendly.Sometimes in the summer the store gets very hot inside. Maybe theyve fixed that now, it has been a while since I was there in the dead of summer.Plenty of parking, and easy to get to being right on Route 11.

Definitely have about anything you would need. Fish service could use some serious improvement. I bought 10+/- basic fish from there and none of them lived more than 2 months (I have multiple years of fish keeping). Tanks need to be maintained a lot better I was in there to look one time and again a month later and the same brown algea was growing in the tanks. They also have a habit of letting their dead livestock in the tanks for multiple days. If youre buying fish go elsewhere with better quality fish

One of the best places around for pet supplies...no matter what kind of pet you own! Their selection is pretty dang big, their prices are normally cheaper than chain stores and the often have pretty good sales. Theyre normally staffed pretty heavily so getting help with something isnt hard. One of the cheapest places around for high-end pet foods if you prefer to feed your dog something other than grocery store garbage. And its nice to be able to buy just about anything you need for you house, garden, pets or farm all at once place. We go here quite often.

Great place for pet supplies! They have a good variety of dog supplies as well as small animal supplies. Not a lot of cat supplies but still a decent selection. They do have nice cat towers and other cat furniture. A lot of things are even cheaper than petsmart or Walmart! They do sell some small animals, like turtles and rabbits and what not. They occasionally have kittens. The staff is decent, overall a nice experience.

Locally owned and products are high quality at good prices. Staff is always helpful. When you buy here most of their products are made in the USA. If its price you want go somewhere else and blame yourself when your job disappears.

So much better than pet smart or petco. Animals are sourced from local breeders and they have a wider variety too. Unfortunately they dont carry the brand of dog food I use or I would only buy pet supplies here. Toys are a little expensive, but staff is always nice and helpful. I havent bought hardware here but thats because I dont...buy...hardware...

I today shop there for chicken feed and mouse feed. Its convenient location for me and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I like going to the local store instead of the big box store bc it is a more personal experience.

Got licenses for my dogs. The guy who took care of getting the licenses wasnt too happy to assist but the lady at the register was very nice.
