We paid $12.50 for 3 small cups of only one flavor. No other flavors were working. One kid doesnt like strawberry at all so we just put a small amount of it in the dish just so we didnt leave with an empty dish and was still charged for it. But they are closing down this week. So best of luck with the rest of their ventures. I would not recommend going this week. Try a different location maybe.

Its a cute little aesthetic place. A tiny bit pricey but worth it. Love the billions of toppings to choose from ^.^ I enjoyed it.

Sugar, sugar, sugar in huge bowls of creamy goodness. Non-dairy options available too.Dont turn your back while your kid is getting toppings or youll end up paying eight dollars for a cup of gummy worms. :)

Loved it the workers their were nice and let us know what we need to know (for their covid-19 procedure at their store ) and helped us as much as they could ^_^

Sweet Frog is good. The Yogurt is mostly good, I enjoy the environment and the staff is very friendly. They have a great selection of toppings for the various types of yogurt, and a good selection of yogurt as well. My biggest problem with them is they only have vanilla flavor in soft serve ice cream not in yogurt. I would rather eat yogurt do to dietary concerns, but my favorite flavor is vanilla (yes I realize thats boring) but aside from that I still say its a great place to go, especially if you have kids.

Artificial ingredients and taste like all sugar. Very clean and happy atmosphere.

Aside from the solitary napkin I saw laying on the floor, everything was meticulous!The staff were friendly, and took great detail in refilling the toppings, appearance and cleanliness around the counter areas.The detail brush cleaning around the toppings was intriguing. Wish I had taken pictures or a video, sorry.Disappointed only, in that I saw but a few patrons. And the annoying ding ding ding from the door. If I worked there, I would be hearing that thing in my sleep... 🤔

Friendly staff and you cant go wrong with frozen yogurt! Always fun. Just saw they have a special on Tuesdays. That may become a date night.

This place used to be the go to for frozen yogurt! Very disappointing that they didnt have the 3 main flavors one would get with yogurt. Choc. Strawberry and Vanilla.They had Choc. and vanilla in ice cream. I hope you change this in the future. We came for yogurt. Still a nice clean setup otherwise.

Employees seemed friendly enough and this place has a fun vibe to it and all so I could see how kids would enjoy coming here but for as expensive as their frozen yogurt is, I expected so much more out of this place. They do have a huge selection of toppings and flavors but their frozen yogurt is meh.. really runny/watery....nothing special. Just ridiculously overpriced which is why I’m giving it such a poor rating.

The staff is still quite pleasant and the floors and tables are usually clean but things have really gone downhill since they first opened. The machines are often out of order and when they are working, the froyo is soupy. But my biggest personal disappointment is the fact they never have Original Tart.

Sweet Frog is always clean, the staff always friendly. I love that they have such a nice variety of options which they change up regularly. The fact that they also have non-fat, non-dairy, and lo-fat options is appreciated.

The machines were not working so there were only two flavors! We usually go for the fruit toppings with a little bit of chocolate. The fruit was all old. It didnt even look edible. Maybe the refrigeration was bad on it? I couldnt believe how run down it was since we went two years ago. The workers all stayed in the back and chatted. No one was out front the entire time, except when we went to pay. I was really disappointed

This was my second and last visit. Both times restroom a mess. No toilet paper. Sink clogged. Told employee and she acted like it was my fault. We had 5 children and 3 adults, and yes the children were having fun but not bothering anyone and she kept staring at us and glaring so we left. Too bad they hired an employee who obviously hated her job.

Signing up for the membership is worth it. Theres always $4 small cup deals, which are great if youre a poor student like me. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and lots of semi-healthy options!

Frozen yogurt is good, cotton candy and coconut cake are my favorites. I think the price of it is more then a little high. And the store is filthy. Tables and chairs are sticky and dirty. Walls and floor are disgusting like they bever been washed.

Make your own frozen yogurt sundays. Pay by the oz. However it adds up quick. Be prepared to spend around 20 bucks on 3 sundays

I love sweetfrog generally. But they are not all created equall. The choices at Chambersburg were not great. The yogurt was runny. Other then that the staff was compitant. The facilities were clean.

Super awesome place, cool staff very helpful and the toppings go great with the frozen yogurt. Made my whole families mouths happy.

Just went for the bathroom, but the place was spotless and I was greeted with a smile. Like....I just might come back for the ice cream.

So I have to say that the product is great however I have to add that I cannot stand when the employees/management are lazy I was sitting in the establishment at 8:30 when I noticed they started to close up (stacking chairs, cleaning the yogurt machines, sweeping) when they close at 9:00 when I inquired why they were cleaning machines so early they said that they clean the machines once a week and it takes a few hours now I can come up with a few options for them to fix this instead of turning away popular flavors of froyo it is just a shame I know that I will not going to go later at night anymore
