All my life I I have worked in retail. I did because I love to see the happiness a customer has when they get/receive what they were looking for! Which why I find it so hard to believe that someone who is in a business that specializes in creating memories would be so unprofessional, dishonest and rude. Our 10th year wedding anniversary was in April. We were both excited and happy to celebrate this milestone anniversary. My thoughtful caring husband had an idea of a special gift he wanted made for me. He visited Doug, told him his idea, and bought the materials with him for Doug to execute. While in the shop, he picked out another gift that Doug insured would be ready in time fir our anniversary. When my hubby went to pick up my gifts, Doug precede to tell him how he has “ messed” up the original , and had replaced them with a “ cheaper” quality product. Also, the item that he said would be here and engraved, hasn’t arrived. Disappointed thatwhat he had envisioned, didn’t quite panned out, he asked Doug what did he have in house to purchase. Doug assured him that he would make the gift right, told him he would “ redo “ the original gift on the spoons that My hubby wanted, and the other gift would be in and done a# well by the time we got back from our anniversary trip. Well, . . .here we are in July , . . .and have received neither! My husband contacted when we got back, he said his machine wasn’t working, he would need to get it fixed . My hubby then waited bout 2 weeks , and touched base with him again. Doug apologized and said give him till the end of that week. When my hubby showed up to pick up the merchandise he has paid for, it wasn’t ready. And we still have nothing . Heard nothing . We are talking about at least 5 months we have been dealing with this . . . .5 months . . . .It’s unbelievable. He is in the business that involves making/creating memories If you have an event, something special, or just because, I wouldn’t suggest going to this establishment.(First pic, the inscription is engraved upside down, second one, you see didn’t print, third fades off in the end)

We have ordered various items over the years from custom tumblers to t-shirts for special occasions! I think the t-shirts we ordered for the first day of school this year are my favorite so far! Beam Graphix has always been responsive and helpful when it comes to designs!
