I made an appointment a month ago for today. I showed up on time for my appointment and they informed me my appointment had to be cancelled. They said they tried to call me to let me know but I never received any phone calls. The next available appointment is almost another month from today. They expected me to wait another few weeks when THEY cancelled my appointment!!! Really??? I said no thanks. This is not impressive and I wont be back. Go somewhere else. The Shippensburg Walmart honors their appointments.

You have gained a customer, i cannot appreciate or say enough about the service! Ive been going to american eyewear for years, after losing one and script expired as i have been sick and back and forth to university of maryland i was unable to get my yearly exam in time, i lost my last contact and when i called the place ive been going to for years not only couldnt get me in but had to ask manager later for a sample to get me by... i knew my eyes changed, i called walmart vision in chambersburg pa and they were amazing they didnt have anything until into july, then said if i have old script they would give me sample to get by i was happy with that alone but then ahe said when can you be here if we squeeze you in i said 10:30 she said lets go with 10:50 in case i needed more time... i seen doc was in and out in 20 mins and he even found astigmatism in right american eyewear didnt even tell me... he also switched me to a healthier contact i am simply very happy with the service and i pay put of pocket as i dont have eye insurance but company reimburses for full amount when receipt is turned in and they were cheaper then american eyewear! I hope walmart vision in chambersburg sees this ... thank you for all you did to help and everyone was so polite !!! I have 2 contacts for right eye to try to see whats better for astigmatism and got to go back in a week... but thank you to the doctor to the staff for caring and making sure my eyes are healthy !

I started coming here about a year ago, and Im glad I did. Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins from my appointment time, and the staff is very professional and efficient. The location is very convenient, and they have a wide variety of glasses to choose from.
