Id like to give a big THANK YOU to Staples for todays Teacher Appreciation Day. I was lucky enough to be able one of the first 50 teachers to receive the FREE student supplies. They will definitely be put to good use! Thanks again for supporting our local schools and teachers. Looking forward to next year already!!

Today was teacher appreciation day at Staples and they had student supply boxes for teachers that included erasers, pencils, whiteboard markers, highlighters, pens and a sharpie. They gave teachers a class set of 20 to the first 50 teachers. Thanks so much Staples for supporting teachers and students! Much appreciation to you!!!!

Just visited my local Staples to do a simple cash transaction document print at the print counter. Opt for cash transaction so small change debit doesnt complicate bank account. Staples States it opens at 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. particularly on Thursdays but could not get my document printed because they had no one available to work that counter at opening time. It is Wednesday evening that I was trying to complete this transaction and they assured I could not receive this document until 11:00 the following day. Not even due to work load or over loaded accounts, just simply they didnt have anybody to work until 10:00 a.m. . Why state that you open today a.m. if the services you provide are not available until 10:00 disappointed

Ordered Christmas cards from this location for same day pick up. When calling to inquire if my cards were done the associate said she would need to call me back after she checked because they were busy, I received no call back. Stopped after work, 3 hours later, to check the status of the order. Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to even come to the copy and print area to wait on me. The manager Justin waited on me when I asked about my order, he said it was not done. I asked if I could wait there until it was done if it would be that long. His was reply was we have until 830 tonight to finish it, it was 430 at the time. I asked why it would take so long since I placed the order the day before and it was ordered as same day. He rudely replied if I would read there policy that same day printing is “their last priority and that those orders get bumped for corporate and in store orders. He also said that if I didn’t like it I could contact corporate because they are the ones that made the policy. I told him I would be contacting corporate but not in regards to my order but in response to his smug, arrogant and belittling attitude. I received an email stating my order was done about 30 minutes after leaving. I was very disappointed in not only the customer service but that I had to make 2 trips to get my same day order.

I went in to buy an office chair because they had them on special.employees asked if they could help I said yes they said one minute Ill get a sales associate. I waited for 10-minutes.employees just walked around didnt even care if I was there, I wanted to spend money. I decided to leave, and went to Walmart.com. I needed it for $10 cheaper than what they had it thank you for the great experience staple. Last time I shop there. Buy buy.

What a waste of a trip, what a lousy store. They have floor models showing the different desks in which they sell. But yet they have none in stock and they have no idea whenever theyre going to get them in. College is starting you think they would have the proper equipment for sale for the students that are going back. And the employee on the floor had a lousy attitude.I highly recommend anyone to NEVER go to this store

Worse customer service ever... the cashier pulled her mask down and yelled at me spraying spit. The copy center person told me I was a liar... my business cards were wrong the first time... and getting the completed product was not a pleasant experience after three trips to the store... I left and before I got home I was called and told they were ready... management called offered an apology and said a manager who bring me the products at curbside. Well why would I think that would happen... I waited at the curb a redshirt associate gave me the cards. What a surprise I waited 15 minutes at the curb!

I went to the chambersburg staples two days ago to scan a picture so I could email it. I got to the copy section and the lady that worked there was in conversation with a customer so I stood and waited.I waited a good six minutes before I was sure their conversation had nothing to do with customer care. I interrupted the ladies to tell the staples worker how rude shed been. I told her shed seen me and continued with her non work related conversation regardless.She apologized and told me she could help me now. I told her I didnt want to be rude but I wasnt spending my money there. A simple hey, Ill be with you in a minute would have sufficed. I wont go back to staples again. Customer service really does make a difference.

Good customer service

I had a great experience with several employees at this store recently. I purchased and returned a laptop due to my own personal satisfaction - nothing wrong with the machine - and the folks here were nothing but polite and helpful. They helped me recover the software that I purchased and then lost with the return. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and their customer service.

Tried to buy 2 different computers than were on special. Not one in stock so I went to Walmart where they had 3 in stock. I felt sorry for the sales people. They were very nice and tried to be helpful.

If you shop at this Staples location, youre in for a real service treat! There is a delightful group of young people, full of warm smiles, sharp minds, and lots of willingness to help out. Come by if you need some office supplies!

NO MORE STAPLES IN MY LIFE. I AM DONE AFTER 7 YEARS11/13/2018, at Chambersburg PA location, I walking in by 4:30 pm the get a 200 pages file printed out. 2 associates on duty seating there, visibly not busy. My estimate to print out my file came out for nearly $42.00,They offered me to pick up my document next day or to pay an extra $15.00 to have the service done instantly.40% extra, to pay for service. They had to reboot the defective color printer.I am done with staples after 7 years of customer relation. I Just google printing services near me and I get possible better service stores.

Was able to quickly find what I was looking for, and got prompt service for an electronic item. Also they were quick at checkout.

The TECH group is outstanding!!! For the most part the employees are wonderful. But as for management, I have never been so looked down on and disrespected in my life. Hell, Ive been in all 50 and 7 countries.I am not asking for flags and a parade when I come in, but on 4 occasions this manager has been a total ass. Employees have even apologized to me for his remarks and Bipolar actions.I seldom confront any manage styles , but this man is a loose cannon. Staples, dont say you werent warned. I am sure this is a law suit just waiting to happen.

In and out with a little help, good service

Ive had to repair many phones damaged by the techs at staples, low quality part and poor labor. Avoid the extra cost of having to have your repaired twice. Take your phone to a professional

Well stocked store, they have computer paper, computers, cell phones, ink cartridges etc. They are a little over priced.

When you purchase something in store that you saw on the website at $49.99 and they charge you $69.99 each....thats pretty sad. If I want something today, and I purchase it on the website to pick up, I would have paid $49.99.

They help me with a free cord for my printer.

I thought this place deserves 0 stars, talked to manager Jim and never have I felt more disrespected in this store than I have ever previously encountered.

Staff is always helpful

I ordered prints online, and all the prints were wrong. I got 70 dollars worth of prints, and now Im a few days behind on my job due to having to figure out how to reprint the pages.

They always have more than what I planned to purchase.

Copy center helped me with my order

One register open, five people in line, staff standing around chatting or fussing with plastic boxes.

Staff friendly , but there shelves are never stocked and some the younger employees have no freaking idea what they are even talking about .

Prices has gone up.

If you drop your phone in the toilet ask for Brad at Staples and hell fix it for you 75 bucks
