Went to trade in my PS4 for store credit. I was SHOCKED to see how much I got for it. Now just waiting for GameStop to get a shipment of new PlayStation. I want to upgrade. Sadly covid has everything screwed up with new stock. Hopefully by mid November they say. But still sucks. I wont buy gaming stuff at a retail store, such as Walmart or Target because they are way over priced. So Ill be waiting patiently for GameStop restock. Happy gaming everyone!

They were extremely nice. Went above and beyond. I took my system in and he spent a lot of time figuring it out and making sure this 50 yr old knew how to run it. Charged me nothing. So grateful for him...i say him cuz I do forget his name. I Will update this after I find out.

I tried calling literally 8 different times in 2 hours, only to hear they were busy with customers and to call back later every time.

I have been calling for the last five days four times a day they refused to answer their phones it is very disrespectful and bad customer service I have tried since Monday to call and they have not answered the phone at all

This store has a great selection of games and other products compared to the other game stores in the area. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. All 4 of my kids love video games, and this is their favorite store to hit up when they want anything game related.

Highly Recommend waiting till the system has sales on games cause $60 for a new game whyll $20 on sale on psn so yea ill go with psn sales now on.

Walked in there yesterday hoping that the store had iPods in stock. Which they didnt, but I wasnt upset. Im pretty sure the guys name was Matthew. But he immediately offered to look it up on the computer. Needless to say I walked out of there with a smile and great customer service. He found me what I wanted and was extremely helpful and nice the entire time.

Business that promotes specials on items they dont even have. My son saved up to buy one of there instore advertised xboxes. Only to be told they only get them on occasion. Why put stacks of console boxes in your store promoting deals on items you know you dont have? Or even know when one my arrive. I went to a real business Best buy. And bought one from them because they actually have what they advertise. Ill never return to gamestop.

Good place sometimes but take trade ins and sells it at a higher price then what you got for it making for serious profit which isnt right imo.

Asked a clerk about a statue to see if it was on sale, he showed no interest in checking, responded with “I don’t know.”Was also trading in a few games, and they decided to charge a refurbishment fee because the games “didn’t have a case”, despite being in good condition from being stored in a cd binder.Absolutely horrible customer service, will not shop here again.

Tried to trade in a ps4 for an Xbox bundle. Started out as they couldnt take it because there was no charging cable for the controller or HDMI cord. My fault I forgot no problem. Went home got the cords, came back only to be told my controller didnt work. Literally just used it so I could restore the console. He tells me it doesnt vibrate. I said whatever take it Ill pay the difference only to be then told they were out of the bundle I came for. Why keep the signs up for it? or not put a sold out notification up? Needless to say I walked out, went home again and put the controller in my other ps4 and what do you know, its vibrating. These guys are shady business, make the extra 30 minute trip to hagerstown.

Their used prices for games and consoles are more than new ones at other retails. Will not go there again

I was looking for Super Mario 64 DS, which is like 5-10$ on eBay, at the Waynesboro store and they told me it was just 9.99$, I drove out here and its apparently 29.99$, huge waste of my time, 30$ for a 10 year old game that was probably 30$ when it was released.
